“C.H.A.M.P.” is more than the name of my Training Facility and 24/7 Gym. The word C.H.A.M.P. and it’s letters represent many of my training systems, protocols and programs. I have same many developed so many programs throughout the years that I can easily square or cube the letters of CHAMP in order for flowchart descriptions of various training programs and sessions. This is my 2nd attempt to get my flowchart to post correctly and the image fully display. Hopefully it will work better than my last attempt.
