Kualitas Pemimpin dan Rakyatnya

Ibnu Qayyim Al Jauziyah rahimahullah mengatakan: “Sesungguhnya di antara hikmah Allah Ta’ala dalam keputusan-Nya memilih para raja, pemimpin dan pelindung umat manusia adalah sama dengan amalan rakyatnya bahkan perbuatan rakyat seakan-akan adalah cerminan dari pemimpin dan penguasa mereka. Jika rakyat lurus, maka akan lurus juga penguasa mereka. Jika rakyat adil, maka akan adil pula penguasa mereka. Namun, jika rakyat berbuat zholim, maka penguasa mereka akan ikut berbuat zholim …”

Kualitas pemimpin itu gambaran mayoritas kualitas masyarakatnya. Saya mencoba menggambarkannya dalam perspektif sistem. Panah yang ditandai dengan huruf A tandanya positif yang berarti sebab akibat yang semakna atau searah, artinya kalau kualitas rakyatnya baik maka kualitas pemimpinnya juga baik.

Saya juga menggambarkan ada dua versi kepemimpinan. Pada “versi ideal” gambar sebelah kiri, panah B yang berwarna merah tandanya positif, artinya pemimpin yang baik akan berusaha memperbaiki kualitas masyarakatnya. Loop yang terbentuk adalah loop positif yang bermakna growth (tumbuh). Apa artinya, baik kualitas masyarakat maupun kualitas pemimpin kedepan akan semakin baik.

Pada gambar sebelah kanan, “versi aristokrasi, oligarki, teknokrasi, dan semisalnya” yang berarti kekuasaan berada pada golongan tertentu saja, panah yang ditandai huruf B tandanya negatif. Artinya, pemimpinnya akan membuat masyarakatnya tetap pada kualitas yang sekarang atau bahkan dibuat makin buruk, dibuat makin bodoh, dst. Biar apa? Coba lihat loop yang terbentuk, loop-nya negatif. Loop negatif itu artinya goal seeking, atau keadaan suatu negara tetap pada keadaan tertentu. Bahasa di dunia nyatanya, biar kekuasannya langgeng terus. Tapi sisi lain juga bermakna, masyarakatnya dibuat agar kualitasnya seperti itu-itu saja. Jadi seperti lingkaran setan lah.

Jadi, bagaimana cara memperbaikinya? Di dalam strategi/kebijakan dikenal istilah leverage point atau titik pengungkit. Yakni, dimana intervensi strategi/kebijakan harus ditempatkan agar keadaan suatu sistem berubah. Sebenarnya bisa dua, (1) ubah kualitas pemimpinannya atau (2) ubah kualitas masyarakatnya. Kalau mengubah kualitas pemimpin, tapi kan pemimpin dipilih oleh masyarakat. Kembali ke panah A, ya pemimpin yang terpilih bergantung kepada kualitas masyarakatnya. Atau pilihan strategi yang kedua, ubah kualitas masyarakatnya. Saya kira ini yang paling tepat dalam mengubah keadaan sistem. Ini relevan dengan firman Allah SWT. “Sesungguhnya Allah tidak akan mengubah keadaan suatu kaum sebelum mereka mengubah keadaan diri mereka sendiri…” (Q.S Ar-Rad: 11) Walloohu a’lam

По странному стечению обстоятельств в ко��це 2019 года размышляя о том, что в нашей практике накопилось уже достаточно кейсов, на которых удалось окончательно обкатать разработанный «Эксперт Разведкой» SDF-метод (System Dynamics applied to Forensic, или «Метод Иевенко»), мы с командой решили сразу после новогодних праздников приступить к работе над новыми выпусками уже полюбившихся аудитории комиксов «Форензика». Откуда-то всплыло предложение, что 10 серий слишком много, а вот семь – это самое оптимальное число. Семь…. Эта цифра не «отпускала», так как, с одной стороны, второму сезону хотелось дать какое-то говорящее название, а с другой – что-то необъяснимо мистическое было в ней самой. Именно в это время позвонил мой приятель – режиссер-сценарист, успевший настолько влюбиться в тему по финансовым расследованиям, что даже решил написать сценарий для тематического сериала. Он попросил поделиться контекстом тех ситуаций, в которых оказываются участники «событий»: те, кто оказался либо на стороне, чьи интересы были ущемлены, либо на стороне, которая выступала организатором и/или исполнителем мошеннической схемы. Безусловно, ни о каком раскрытии реальных имен и «явок» речь не идет, так как мы обязаны соблюдать условия сохранения конфиденциальности наших клиентов. И тут осенило: «семь» – это число смертных грехов, один из которых, а чаще их комбинация являются триггерами совершения финансовых преступлений, которые нам приходилось распутывать. Поэтому второй сезон приключений Форензики и ее коллег мы назвали «ФОРЕНЗИКА и 7 СМЕРТНЫХ ГРЕХОВ». Это небольшое отступление сделано для того, чтобы пояснить уважаемому читателю, что название было придумано не из-за «модного» тренда, а точнее различного рода спекуляций со стороны оппонентов, которые под рассуждения о катастрофе сегодняшнего дня под названием «коронавирус», пытаются себя пиарить, а результат поэтапной работы целой команды, так как создание подобных комиксов начинается за несколько месяцев до выхода серий в свет. Работа, как правило начинается с адаптации, а именно упрощения тех кейсов, которые основаны на реальных событиях — расследованиях, где мне вместе с командой «Эксперт Разведки» удалось апробировать разработанный мною уникальный SDF-метод (или «метод Иевенко»).

Week 9: Digital Citizenship - SM influencers and Slow fashion

Often called 'eco-fashion', 'sustainable fashion', 'thrifting' or 'circular fashion', slow fashion is a movement concerning a sustainable consumption of material things, more specifically fashion material. It is built on concepts of sustainability values, ethical working conditions and decreasing environmental contaminants (Chi et al. 2021). The overall goal of slow fashion is therefore to reduce harm to the environment by recycling clothing or reusing material to make clothes. This trend has grown over the years as there’s has been an increased involvement online with digital citizens debating and raising concerns about the problems with social media influencers and them engaging in fast fashion for others to see and do the same.

The goal of fast fashion companies is to produce the most amount of fashionable and trendy apparel in the shortest amount of time, so consumers can keep up with the fast and ever-changing trend cycles and want to consume more products (Mehrjoo & Pasek, 2015). In saying this, there are a lot of companies that use influencers to promote their products with goals of rising sales as these influencers chosen are setting their posts up for quick and convenient purchase for the users that views it. The ethical dilemma of fast fashion is growing fast than slow fashion is which is having a good impact on the economy, yet the environment is the worry.

Influencers and organisations promote the concept of slow fashion to raise awareness through platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. Instagram has allowed for awareness as it establishes a digital community surrounding #slowfashion. Furthermore, the communities for slow fashion among platforms like these are there for individuals to develop products, ideas, express opinions freely & positively, so they can then contribute to a positive impact on the future of the planet.

Overall, fast fashion is having a horrible effect on today’s world and will continue to do so if big companies keep promoting the use of fast fashion. Slow fashion is a fantastic idea which will reduce environmental contaminants and ultimately deliver positive outcomes for the future of our one and only earth.
