Hi!! I don't know if anyone has drawn this before (sorry if they have!! I couldn't find any evidence of it) but I have recently been plagued with the question of "what if Machete and Vasco were in Bluey?"
Well. Now we know.
To my knowledge, the only Bluey dogs who wear clothes are the ones in uniforms. TECHNICALLY Machete's outfit could count, but I left it out because it's not typical of a main character. He must be naked 😔

#oh GEEZ they're so cute uaugh#no you're the first to make this crossover!#once someone told me that my dogs and Bluey could exist in the same universe#and even though I'm getting my Bluey lore from second hand sources I think that might be correct and feasible#so you know#take that and eat it with your breakfast#it's great how it's almost justified to let Machete keep his outfit but in the end he must be naked 😔#while everyone is on board with Vasco wearing only a smile#like yeah that tracks he doesn't seem to mind#I like how you managed to translate Vasco's gradients to a form that works with the art style#including the lighter chest/abdomen#also maybe this is an odd thing to say but I suddenly realized how monochrome they are#like their designs have very little contrast and are essentially just different hues of a same color#weird moment to notice that#thank you! this was so sweet#they're adorable#gift art#stafell#own characters#Machete#Vasco#I had sort of a rough day so this cheered me up a lot#cw needles#I had to go get blood tests done and this specific lab person had been really heavyhanded with me before so I asked her to be gentle#and she jabbed the needle into a nerve and I full on screamed in pain and sweated and shook and passed out for a couple of seconds#worst medical experience this far I never knew routine stuff like that could potentially hurt so immensely#I've never been scared of needles before and that has been sort of a point of pride for me#like at least I can do this one unpleasant thing effortlessly#but now I'm just terrified of that happening again#been feeling really weird/exhausted/nauseous all day and the arm still feels weak and tingly so I'm going to bed early tonight

How do I get things done?
How do I not get stressed about one thing I have to do and have it keep me from accomplishing anything else? How do I manage to buy groceries and take my cat to the vet and still sit down to draw?
How do other artists do studies, finish personal work and other projects, cramp in appointments, chores, handle social media and keep in touch with friends without feeling absolutely stressed out...? I can't figure it out. I can only do one of these things in a day and... I don't get it. What is your secret

#this takes place some years after the events of mgs4#ik snake had a short prognosis but living into your 50s-60s is possible with werners syndrome. let me have this#snake uses a lot of mobility aids#primarily a forearm crutch; cane; and wheelchair#they are ALL camo printed bc he is annoying#he also has glasses for cataracts/general poor eyesight#snake; otacon; and sunny all live together happily#otacon and sunny take amazing care of snake; they love him dearly 🥺#snake is stubborn and tends to overdo it which causes flare ups#years of being seen more as an object for others than a human will do that to you#but hes getting better at it; sunny and otacon have taught him how to be kinder to himself#otacon kisses his hands and massages them when they're cold#snake fears otacon is disgusted by his body and pities him; but thats just snake being insecure#otacon loves him more than ever. he thinks he's gorgeous (he always hae a thing for older men-)#otacon helps snake brush his hair and teeth and dress himself when the pain is bad#sunny makes breakfast often :)#they all eat together when snake wakes up; which is usually in the late morning/early afternoon#if snakes pain is too bad theyll eat breakfast in bed together#mgs#mgs4#hall emmerich#sunny emmerich#solid snake#old snake#disabled character#disability hcs#mobility aids

One day I’m going to write an Ochako character piece where she gets sick of standing in Deku’s shadow and breaks off their relationship in order to find herself - only for the media to begin constantly linking her to other Hero’s in the hopes of causing/unearthing drama.
She loses herself, succumbs to the idea that she’ll only ever be as good as the males she’s attached to and sinks…
It’s funny, she thinks, for someone who can control gravity - she sure does feel heavy.

having pcos is like; i have to lose weight to get a period again, but you cant lose weight easily so you need to eat and workout like this. but also this wont fix your hirsutism cause of the testosterone so you need to take these medications and combined contraceptive. but also it wont fix everything and you will have this condition forever, also you may never have children or a normal hormonal system. good luck tho also ur hair is gonna fall out like a man ok bye

Tfw when you're trying to limit the amount of calories you're eating, and you realize just how absurdly high calorie most things are.
#i'm trying to lose weight with the guidance of doctor by taking an appetite suppressant and eating fewer calories#it's working pretty good so far but im refusing to get my hopes up too much#i've only been taking the medicine and limiting my calories for less than 2 weeks and i've already lost almost 8 and a half pounds#i don't have a specific weight goal in mind so much as i want to be losing weight instead of gaining#at minimum i'm making sure to eat at least 1200 calories a day but no more than 1500 calories a day#this is mostly because i've read that the minimum amount you need to eat to avoid your metabolism slowing down is 1200 calories a day#the medicine has actually also been helping my ADHD some as my brain feels more....put together if that makes sense#i'm mostly just distraught because i fucking LOVE mcdonald's breakfast sandwiches but they're all like at least 400 calories#this means if i want to keep my intake low i'll need to stop buying breakfast from mcdonalds#i can be convinced to do just about anything if you offer me an sausage egg mcmuffin sandwich#it's hard and there's no way i'd be able to do this without the medicine#but at the same time i'm just so sick of being fat and not being able to wear certain clothes or do certain things because of it#i love myself i really do but i know deep down i can't keep living like this if i ever want to truly feel confident in my appearance

#look i dont think i was the one that fucked up breakfast but come on#who the hell looks away from food in this adhd ass body?#we all know if we dont immediately dig in we'll forget it exists and it'll get gross#so no breakfast and all i could manage to handle was the chips and nothing else sooooo#nothing went to plan today our life is in shambles#we should never rely on other people to do fucking anything and we should never plan around them either#didnt do chores didnt eat its a fucking miracle we took our meds#im gonna fucking drink and we're gonna TRY to not be snappish at our mum for not at least notifying us that the plans were cancelled#cant entirely blame her shes showing signs of VERY early stages of dementia. her memory isnt gonna last forever#and she doesnt have the coping mechanisms we have with our memory issues because shes used to having a reliable memory to fall back on#it'll take time for her to adjust to her brain being unreliable like this and it'll take longer than it took for us#amnesia from childhood is VERY different from amnesia appearing late into adulthood ('late' shes 41)#its gotta be weird and probably very upsetting#we were a little confused about it at first when she took our reminders as insults#if youre new to memory struggles reminders are helpful right? wrong. its not about practicality its about being deemed as unreliable#even if its true in a completely objective sense#whatever we know theres times where we wont completely understand what shes dealing with - different experiences and all that#the tism on our end doesnt help#we just cant tell when reminders are welcome so we dont give them at all anymore#even when it fucks us over - like today! ☆#gods we're tired

the #1 piece of life advice i can give anyone who doesn't Have It Together is to keep something to eat for breakfast by your bed so you can get something in you as soon as you wake up
#a granola bar or muffin and an apple or banana or something. youve just gotta get some nutrition in you before the Horrors and Terrors can#take advantage of your low blood sugar#a more advanced way of doing this is to have a kettle by your bed so you can make instant oatmeal#even more advanced‚ get a mini cooler and put some frozen fruit and yogurt and an ice pack in it the night before#even if you just eat something small or prepackaged you'll probably feel more up to going to the kitchen to make yourself something more#substantial afterwards#not eating breakfast is the mind killer man. it's the little death that fucking annihilates you bro#frankly you have got to start thinking about your morning self as a hamster in a cage#you wouldn't leave your hamster without food and water would you? no you fucking wouldn't
