As part of my Peter Krause binge, I tried to find as many episodes of the 1990-91 skit TV show Carol & Company as I could, and may or may not have saved the mp4 files to google drive.

Some episodes are missing, but the ones I was able to preserve are an absolute gold mine.

I'm actually kind of surprised by some of these. not terribly surprised by others though

#all of this being said with 'the audience for this was tumblr users' in mind because that does skew my expectations a bit #good kid maad city was in there partially to trip tumblr up on one of the easiest albums to check off for modern rap #surprised to see big black above health but that's also probably an audience thing (and me selecting against post-usa boys releases)#surprising amount of paysage d'hiver listeners but that's also like... selecting for within a few jumps of the blog #the LEAST listened to album here is The Fortress of the Pearl - The Shore #which is surprising to me because mortdecarna was a tape-exclusive release. TFotP is much more accessible

hey, do any trans guys with experience with taping having any tips for it? I'm using kt tape, not the official "trans tape" stuff, but from what I've heard its the same stuff. I still have to wear my normal binder over the top to see a difference. I have a pretty small chest, so does anyone have any tips?

I'm super grateful for Veilguard giving me something new to obsess over that easily aligns with my interests because I haven't spent an entire weekend glued to my computer drawing in years. Probably since January/February 2021. Also feeling a little less insecure about my drawing style and not hating it knowing the community thinks it's fugly as sin.

#le whiny text post #not to diminish the inspiration xlm had on me but boy oh boy did that community know how to make someone feel like shit #like creeps forever bc the things I drew weren't good enough but it was passable if they were desperate #and like several of my previous fandoms were just very not interested in anything I did. wasn't drawing smut so it was never good enough.#and I know I sound super entitled but like. Why share anything at all then right? Just draw or write and stick it on your fridge #and by “aligns with my interests” I mean swords and blood and violence and humour somewhere else #there certainly wasn't any red tape keeping me from doing so in any of my other fandoms but again:#I'd be better off just sticking it on my fridge #at times I really miss Lumi and Xiao and I love their character designs #but the way their designs translated in my style #it's not like cutesy and anime so like there's this unspoken “girl go away” that can be felt. and like. yeah. not worth the time/effort :')#even with xlm inspiring me and dragging me out of That Rut I still had to force myself to do digital #pre-2021 me I drew so much because I loved it and my idea queue was always full

Maybe because the closer to Halloween we get the more antsy I become, but I need to hunt a guy down. I'm talking about finding someone, the one, to stalk. I want to follow him home, familiarizing myself with the layout of his house and his schedule. And then I want to start welcoming myself to his home.

It'll start light. A few misplaced things here and there, a few knocked over items. And soon, belongings start disappearing; doors being left unlocked, and windows cracked open all night long. I want to change his locks, unscrew his lightbulbs, and steal his food. I want it to be obvious that something unwelcomed has entered his home.

And then I want him to catch glimpses of me at night. So fleeting and quiet that he questions if anything was ever really there. I want to harass him, sending him threats and pictures of himself from angles of his room where he should've been alone. I want to call him, be silent on the other line, and leave the phone on the counter; so, he knows the call came inside from the house.

I want him to lose all sense of security and safety from his home now-turned-slaughterhouse.

And I want to hunt him down. Chasing him through every room, breaking down every door, until I'm dragging him kicking and screaming into the basement where I was staying all along.
