Maybe some of you lovely peeps from Finland/Helsinki can help me with this one :3?

I'll be travelling to Helsinki twice this year and the second time (for käärijä's Böle concert) I will be arriving at 9 am friday and only be allowed into my hotel room at 3 so my plan is to get a tattoo in the mean time.

Do you guys have any recommendations for good tattoo studios/artists in or around Helsinki I could visit :3? I am especially interested in tattoo artists who:

Are queer friendly (maybe even queer themselves)

Are okay with me speaking english (since my finnish is nonexistent)

Feel free to send me your recommendations and their socials so I can stalk them >:3 xD

Otherwise I hope to see some of you in Helsinki either for the Joker Out show next month (I'll be attending the second/sunday show) or the Käärijä Böle gig in may :3

I run into more people than not who think that the only way to get a custom tattoo is to commission a traditional artist (for this purpose that means not a body modification artist) and take that design to a tattoo artist, making their prospective tattoo possibly hundreds of dollars more expensive than needed

If I had to guess, the main source of the misconception would be flash-- the display sheets of pre-made designs that are often on the walls of tattoo shops and are available to be tattooed on any number of people. But I really don't know! So feel free to share if you are aware of where your misconception came from!

when I made my maruchan instant ramen today I first fried a bit of onion & chives in butter & soy sauce, then poured in the water & added garlic powder, montreal chicken seasoning, and a tiny bit of smoked paprika along with only part of the ramen seasoning packet and it tastes sooo good 🥺 I love ingredience
