OKAY SO LIKE HEAR ME OUT. the foodies of tokrev would LOVE it when their S/O takes them out for dinner or makes dinner (some of them would even join!!). and if their S/O is a foreigner, they'd be down to try new cuisine !!

first one on the list is the one and only, MITSUYA <3 you can't tell me this man isn't open-minded, he's willing to try everything and thinks it's worth it. so when he tried vietnamese food, he absolutely loved it fr. would definitely love bún bò huế, would also love a bánh mì to start off his day at work.

second is BAJI. and tbh i think this guy loves spices so he'd love cá kho tộ, sometimes it only has a small amount of spice to give you a small kick and DAMN the sauce tastes so good !! (it's my fave too i love everything about it)

third is MIKEY, this mf is a whole foodie and it shows every damn second of the show. would LOVE chè trôi nước, or chè bưởi. he likes the sweets, so for me i genuinely think he likes chè a lot-

i recently finished tokrev manga and before starting it i so desperately wanted to be a ran simp because then id be able to indulge in ur works 😳😩,,, but i ended up being a mitsuya simp after he came in 😔 (mitsuya isn't even my usual type,, he's too sweet and loving for the degradation that i desire 🗿)

AH okay so i have a few episodes left in the anime until i’m totally caught up bUT i finished the manga last night (i cheated tho n started at like chapter 120 because i was too ravenous for more haitani bros waaaah) and that ending was just........The Worst in my opinion tbh!!! i was really, really disappointed with the way it ended and in my heart and my personal canon it ended with the bonten arc thank u and goodnight c: like so many others, i feel like this ending was rushed, unearned, but the thing i am most upset about is how it erases everyones traumas, tragedies, and hardships, because it makes the entire thing feel so soulless and meaningless. i would’ve preferred the message to have been ‘you can’t save everyone’ with mikey representing that.

but again, these are just my personal thoughts n opinions! it’s completely and totally 100% okay if you liked the ending; there’s no right or wrong answer here, just our personal thoughts! <33 other than the ending, though, i enjoyed it!
