High Maintenance Italian Energy
A strong head for heights was needed by Bloomberg's Rome-based photographer Alessia Pierdomenico as she joined engineers high above the Italian countryside for maintenance of Enel Green Power SpA's wind turbines.
The Frosolone, Italy-based wind farm operated by Enel SpA, Italy's biggest clean energy company, operates turbine units made by Spain's Gamesa Tecnologica SA.
According to a recent Bloomberg News report:
Enel is focusing its clean energy investments in emerging markets such as Latin America and has just begun building a 50-megawatt wind power project in eastern Uruguay, its first in the country.

There's only two hours left until the end of the BMOG Kickstarter. Enjoy Ursenal's character bio for the mass-release black color scheme and, if you haven't already, drop in and back the project.

Question for Xbox One users!!!
What are the requirements does an Xbox One need from a TV? Does it work on any HDTV or are there any additional parts in need of purchasing?
I have a 22′‘ Polaroid- Full LED TV TLAC-02255 with 1920X1080 display. It has one HDMI port in use but since the X1 plays blu-ray I can just unplug the one I have now.
I would really, REALLY, like an answer from somebody because I don’t want to make any moves until I’m sure I have everything I need, If there’s anything I left out that’s important then just tell me!
Thank you in advanced!

Knock Out is Swindle?
Apparently, ha ha!
Here are his other tech specs:
KO with energon driller
Knock Out has spent so much time in the underground weapon design and cyber-surgery racket that he's come to literally prefer being underground. For moving shipments of plasma fusers through Autobot territory there's nothing better than the Energon Driller.
Cyberverse KO
Once his weapons are thoroughly tested and proven safe, Knock Out keeps the best ones for himself. He boosts their power output, adds a few personal touches, and then takes them out into the field to see what sort of damage he can do.
Dark Energon KO
Knock Out doesn't often test weapons himself - the danger of a catastrophic malfunction is just too great. But when he saw the power granted by Dark Energon, he just had to have a taste. Now he's amped up and ready to bring the hurt to the Autobots.
I guess he did try to convince Starscream to get an upgraded arm in that one episode . . . I am calling BS on the “prefers to be underground” thing though.  Clearly Breakdown was sick that day and Knock Out had to go down with the energon driller to cover for him.
I do like that he makes other people test his crappy weapons.  Gotta protect the finish.

iPhone: Lets Talk Numbers
iPhone 5S Technical Specifications
The iPhone 5s might look like an iPhone 5 on the outside, but a few things have changed on the inside, making it, as you’ve probably guessed, the best iPhone yet.
Apple usually doesn’t brag too much about specs because, as my wife says, “it’s not about the size of your processor, it’s about what you do with it.” All jokes aside, even though Apple dropped a few tech specs today, we wanted to gather them up all under one roof.
More importantly, we have listed the iPhone 5s tech specs below for historical purposes. In several years from now, when the iPhone 5s is nowhere to be found on Apple’s website, this post will help us have a look back on the iPhone 5s and its specs in one convenient place…

iPhone 5C Technical Specifications
Those who dared saying the “the C in iPhone 5C is for Cheap” were proved to be wrong. As it stands, the iPhone 5c is anything but cheap. Pretty much an iPhone 5 in a new shell, the iPhone 5c is Apple’s most colorful iPhone yet.
The iPhone 5c tech specs don’t have anything very exciting, especially if you’ve already looked at the iPhone 5s specs, which we published not long ago. In an effort to document the release of the iPhone 5c, we will post the device’s tech specs here for posterity…

COMISSION Gutpunch by weremole Name: Gutpunch Allegiance: Beast Autobots Function: Former CMD (Cybertonians of Mass Destruction) Handler Primary Weapons: Piston-Powered Stun Gun Alternate Mode: Western Painted Turtle Strength: 7 Endurance: 8 Intelligence: 5 Courage: 7 Speed: 3 Firepower: 9 Skill: 8 Motto: "Today's problem tends to be tomorrow's adventure!" Bio: The muscle half of the Autobot Strategic Deployment squadron, Gutpunch has seen many an insane combat campaign in her life. From watching the dinobots pile on Predaking to sneak-attacking the Terrorcons when they tried to give Blot his monthly cleaning, she has seen it all. Many took this as the reasoning behind her cheerful nature during the Great War, that the constant conflict had taken it's toll over the years. The plain truth though was that Gutpunch had seen too many teammates become bitter and gruff due to doubt and worry. She felt that she would be damned if the same happened to her. This attitude followed her for the rest of her career in the war. After the end of the Great War, Gutpunch found herself relatively underused in the Autobot military and followed her teammate into the private investigation sector. She provided the muscle and bad cop to Launchpad's intelligence and good cop, as well as providing extra income inbetween cases as a security guard. Over time Gutpunch developed several exciting hobbies as the cases started to dry up, even joining the International Cybertronian Wrestling Federation as a masked wrestler. It wasn't until the end of a tendon tearing blockbuster fight that she finally retired fully from her hobbies and job, ending up in the same home as Launchpad. As a result of Deva Corp regressing the home's occupants in an attempt to gain employees, Gutpunch was returned to her younger years. Heading out on her own along with her rejuvenated partner, the two became aquainted with the Leo Kaiser member Snakebite who has recently offered them shelter. The trio have formed their own detective agency recently as a manner of providing funds for their room and board. Abilities: Gutpunch retains above-average strength and armor from her Great War days which allows her to fight on part with most warriors. Gutpunch also has energy generators built into her armor which can be utilized in two seperate ways. They can be used to enhance endurance as a secondary energy source or used to generate a sense overloading burst of sound, light, and electricity. Due to her years as a CMD handler, Gutpunch is highly knowledgable in cybertronian pressure points and grappling techniques. Weakness: Gutpunch's sensory burst completely drains the reserves of her energy generators, forcing her to rely on her normal endurance levels after use. Gutpunch can be a little oblivious to the severity of a situation due to years of dangerous combat and insane weirdness that came with being a handler. This same level of experience has caused her to overestimate her abilities to some extent due to the changes in strength and durability that came with the great reformatting, resulting in compounded injuries in the line of duty. Awesome picture and design by Weremole Bio and Tech Specs by myself

Okay so, all of you. I'm getting a new computer, a new laptop. This Dell Vostro 1720 is five years old now and it's a very unhappy camper and its processor stinks.
The question now is: I need a new machine, so what machine do I get?
Must be:
Windows (sorry Mac and Linux people...!)
A laptop, not a desktop.
Usable for work and capable of running a lot of stuff at the same time. (research tabs, word processing, adobe suites, etc.)
Usable for games! My 2.20 GHz Intel Core2 Duo processor and nVidea GeForce 9600M GS aren't cutting it much anymore; games released even a few years ago take a very long time to load, and my framerate is terrible, often less than 20fps. This isn't just a problem with games either, it's connected to more serious issues too; modern browsing suites and websites are hard on my computer. There's a good 2 second delay between typing in this very text box and the words appearing to be edited!
compatible with connection to other screens and TVs (my current computer does not have HDMI ports for instance.)
Uh other stuff?
Not prohibitively expensive, but it doesn't have to be cheap. This is my reward for finishing school.
It's tax free weekend soon, and I want to get a good deal maybe so it would be helpful to search now!

I feel like I'm missing something: can someone explain why Canon's $1,500 HF G10 has an effective pixel spec of approx. 2.07-megapixels at 1920 x 1080, and the $900 HF S200 has an effective pixel spec of approx. 6.01 Megapixels at 3264 x 1840? Actually, from what I saw while poking around, it seemed that the HF G10 is the only camera with a 2.07 megapixel spec, all the other HD Canon HF cameras seem to have something near a 6. This is over my head, anyone out there know about these things? Full stat chart here →
