PROTECT YOUR FILES AND RECOVER FROM LAPTOP VIRUSES: THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO SAFEGUARDING YOUR DATA
When your laptop is infected with a virus, there is a misconception that the only solution is to wipe or format the PC, resulting in the loss of files and programs. However, there is an alternative method that can help you keep your files intact.
First, check if your laptop has a restore point available, which is typically created at an earlier date as a fallback option when issues arise with your PC. If you have a restore point prior to the virus infection, follow these steps to restore your laptop:
1. Access the restore point settings on your laptop.
2. Choose a restore point from the available dates (there may be multiple restore points).
3. Initiate the restoration process and allow your laptop to revert to the selected earlier date.
4. During the restoration process, you may lose files or programs that were installed after the restore point date.
5. After the restoration is complete, you might be prompted to reinstall any programs you consider safe.
Keep in mind that the virus could have been embedded in a program or file that you downloaded shortly before realizing your PC was infected. Therefore, reinstalling those programs may not be necessary after your laptop has been restored to an earlier date.
Please note that this information may not be accurate in all cases, as the effectiveness of system restore depends on various factors such as the type of virus, system settings, and the availability of restore points. It's always a good idea to have reliable antivirus software and regularly back up your important files to ensure their safety.
Below is an article that shows you a step-by-step guide to creating a restore point, restoring your laptop to an earlier date, and jara.

Please feel free to share this valuable information with anyone who might find it useful, either now or in the future. By doing so, you can help others protect their files and programs when faced with a virus infection. Thank you for spreading the word!

much more representative of how quali will be later, colder and less windy
george is back to his original engine for this weekend -> was swapped yesterday as a preventative measure after some debris was found in an oil sample but has been cleared as safe to run
very mixed up session - less running anyway but red flags meant the whole session was spent on softs, trying for quick laps
perez and mv out quickly to scrub in some softs
daniel, yuki, valtteri and zhou scrubbed in a set of mediums and a set of hards
both astons also scrubbed in a set of hards
scrubbing tyres in puts them through an extra heat cycle that slightly reduces performance but increases durability and removes the shiny film left behind by the mold
red flag 14 mins in, esteban stopped between t17 and t18, on the radio saying 'ive got a problem, i dont think i can make it [back to the pits]'
session resumed 10mins later, everyone out very quickly -> the mercs, williams' and haas' were yet to set a time
oscar reporting 'some very light drops of rain' -> had been on and off all morning but not enough to affect the track
red flag 32mins in, ollie had too much speed into t1 so tried to bail out but made the decision too late so smashed the front left of his car into the techpro barriers of the runoff
brief yellow flag for lewis going deep and into the runoff at t3
george still not happy with his car for most of the session, asking the garage to 'check the PU, something feels and sounds a bit funny' and that 'the ride feels terrible down the straight'
george had a lock up into t1, span to rejoin
yellow flag for pierre who slowed and almost stopped at t2 to let someone through, then went into the runoff at t3 - cold brakes
nico also went off at t3, three point turn to rejoin
lando went wide over the kerbs at t16, put off slightly by someone pulled to the right ahead
another close moment for carlos and perez, this time perez was ahead, wasnt warned by his team in time and failed to get fully out of the way meaning carlos had to cut the corner to avoid him -> sent to the stewards
ferrari still looking strong, quali pace especially
perez is absolutely on pace this weekend, only a tenth off of mv
mercedes looking better than yesterday but george's lap was set right at the end of the session when the track's at its best
franco finished the session only 0.044s behind alex, and looked quite comfortable in the car
a tow in the final sector is worth about 2 tenths -> yuki gained 4kph and alex gained 7kph, across the line
most laps - zhou w/ 20
least laps - lewis and nico w/ 13, ollie w/ 2 and esteban w/ 1

i feel like they dodged two bullets in vegas that made them gloss over the issues there, firstly carlos not being injured by that manhole cover and then lando's crash happening where there was a techpro barrier to catch him rather than a concrete wall. because they both walked away more or less unscathed, the fia and fom are both able to sweep away just how dangerous both of those incidents were.
I agree that things could have been worse in Vegas but in the case of Norris’ crash they would have never not had TecPro there, they only use concrete as a barrier running parallel to the track, they wouldn’t have it in the runoff, you’d always have TecPro or tyre barriers perpendicular to the track to absorb the impact.

The onboard camera retrieved from the Alfa Romeo after Zhou Guanyu’s 2022 British GP crash.
📸 Ian Parkes
Wishing all drivers a safe race at Silverstone, without any crashes.
Would also like to take a moment to acknowledge the massive advances in F1 safety (from HANS device to halo to techpro barriers to marshalls with swift red flags) that allowed not only Zhou to walk away from his terrifying crash, but also protected Alex from more severe injuries and helped drivers avoid running over track invaders, all within the first lap of the 2022 British Grand Prix. I love so many of the current grid's drivers dearly, and I would be devastated to see them hurt (or worse). With the loss of Dilano van 't Hoff last week, we are once again reminded that this is a dangerous sport, where severe injuries and death would still be a regular occurance if it weren't for all the work done towards making the sport safer.
So thank you to each and every person who has helped or continues to help to make Formula 1 safe(r) for our drivers. 💕

circuit changes
new kerbs have been installed at turns 9, 10 and 18
new techpro barriers have been installed at turn 2, 6, 8, 10, and 13 to 15
tarmac has been shortened at the apex of turns 6, 13, 14 and 15
the white line at turns 9 and 19 have been moved to the back of the kerbs - adjusting the width of the track
the width of the white line has been doubled at turns 11, 12, 15 and 20
the revised white lines and new tarmac means track limits are likely to be a big issue this wknd
upgrades
alpine have a revised floor body and edge, and a reshaped rear wing to increase the overall load generated by the floor
aston have a revised front wing to improve local load and revised floor body and edge work w the improved engine cover to improve flow under the floor
sauber have new front wing and suspension to provide clean flow downstream, reshaped rear suspension and corner to improve efficiency which, together, will increase downforce
haas have upgraded their floor body, fence and edge to increase front floor suction and improve local load, revised cooling louvres to reduce drag and reshaped sidepod inlets to provide clean airflow to the rear - only on hulk's car
mercedes have a new front wing and suspension to improve flow to the rear, new floor edge and fences to increase local floor load, additional cooling exit and reprofiled sidepod inlets to increase operating range
mclaren have a new front wing, suspension and corner to improve the overall aerodynamic load, a reshaped rear corner to improve overall flow quality and cooling, and a new beam wing to reduce drag
track action
the only practice session of the entire wknd
all twenty cars out early on - only one hour to learn abt the resurfaced track and to learn any upgrades they've brought
franco went wide at t14 early on
pierre brought out the yellow flag after going wide at t1
lewis had a big spin at turn 4 - boxed to check the floor and tyres
george also went off at turn 4 - saying on the radio how weird it was
seems that both of them were affected by gusts of wind, at the highest point of the circuit
both mercs continued to look unsettled throughout the session - lewis lost two tenths to carlos in turn 1 alone
hulkenberg went in deep at t12
lando spent some of the sesaion in the pits having his front suspension worked on
perez reporting a lot of bouncing inm the slow speed corners - unusual for the car to be unsettled there
drivers spent much of the session focusing on long runs, using the hard tyres only - for all except valtteri, sq1 will be their first time running the mediums all wknd
both mclarens ran wide during their fastest laps so time to be found for them
ferrari looking very settled and quick
most laps - liam w/ 28
least laps - zhou w/ 15

Conclusion Choosing the best espresso machine in 2024 depends largely on your personal preferences, budget, and the specific features that matter most to you. Whether you prioritize technology, compact design, affordability, aesthetics, or professional-grade functionality, there’s a machine on this list that will meet your coffee brewing needs.
Before making a purchase, consider what features are most important for enhancing your daily coffee experience. Will it be the precision of temperature control, the convenience of a compact design, or the robustness of a professional-grade machine? Whatever your preference, ensure your chosen espresso machine aligns with your coffee lifestyle and enjoy the perfect cup every time.
