Excited to show a few films produced with Toyota now premiering on NYTimes.com
Excitement. Fear. Loss of control. Pride. Every parent of a teenager can relate to the roller coaster of emotions that occurs when their child receives a driver’s license. For a new series of documentary short films,@toyotausa partnered with @gettyreportage to tell the stories of teenagers grappling with this rite of passage.
In Los Angeles, @benlowy and @shaulschwarz followed the Vaught family’s story, exploring the ways in which teenage daughter Chloe’s new license helps her parents begin to view her as an adult. Visit TeenDrive365.com to see the other films.

Project I’ve been working on “TeenDrive365 Video Challenge: Happy Endings” I usually do photography stuff, but this was a great first step into filming and makes me want to do more! I so enjoyed making this and trying to come up with a way to make people drive safer. The kids were so willing to answer my questions and were super excited to share what they want for their future. Help them get to that future! Let’s try to get this message to as many people as possible!

Since the inception of the competition, thousands of video submissions have been considered, and the effort has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in student prizes.
