Alr so it's called Chronicles of Existentia!!Existentia is a high fantasy world where everyone is born with powers and like atla has it's countries based off cultures of color except for Gwendolyn's(who is the big villain of the series),which is based off european ones and has a bunch of other magical elements on it!The protagonist is an afro-dominican trans girl who grew up on earth,bullied and abused,named Mateo Santiago initially but then her egg cracks a few books in and she changes her name to Helena!!

Also,she's an Existentian with nature magic but didn't know it until she found a portal to her world on her 10th birthday and unlocked her powers,was adopted by the king of Girasol(her country)bc he was best friends with her parents when they were alive(and their last name was Reyes so she changes that too once she finds out),had adventures,made friends and even saved the world!!I picked her name to be that bc i came up with her by listening to the mcr song by the same name,the lyrics 'things are better if i stay,so long and good night' in particular being about her deciding to stay on Existentia at the end of the first book bc she's actually happy there unlike on earth.Also personality wise she's a mix of Luz and Willow!!

The secondary fem mc is Lang Son,who is Helena's best girl friend that's vietnamese(coded) and a transmasc he/they butch lesbian with healing magic and is a 'mean girl who's still heroic' type of character,and the male mc and Helena's love interest is Tharun Osei,who is afro-indian and has darkness magic and started off as Gwendolyn's ward under the name 'Nia' because he thought he was cis but eventually realized he's transmasc genderfluid and changed his name(his surname comes from his birth parents,who Gwendolyn kidnapped him from bc of his type of powers).Him and Helena have an enemies to reluctant allies to best friends to lovers dynamic-with the romance coming in later bc they're 10 and 12 at first-and the best way i can describe his personality and storylines is 'Zuko and Hunter but black'

Woah sorry this got way longer than i intended KFKDURJT but yeah for the last thing,the themes of the series are love,growth,that having fun is important and healing from bad things that have happened to you!!

Ik these are technically for OC of other's media but I want to ask this about how you think people would react to Chronicles of Extensia if that's ok. With Helena

Are there ship wars? Are they a popular character to ship, or the kind of character that gets shuffled off and away from shipping for whatever reason?

HOOOOOO BOY HELENA WOULD CAUSE SO MUCH SHIP DISCOURSE!In-canon she's only ever had feelings for Tharun but they met and fell for eachother pre-egg cracking and she calls other girls and also boys other than him hot so it's pretty obvious she's bipan even before she starts using the word for herself but so many people would 'headcanon' her as a lesbian instead💀💀💀Her,Lang,Uki and Aliyah don't view her as their sister but they also have zero attraction to her and vice versa but Helang shippers would call queerbaiting out the ass even though Lang expresses she's butch4butch exclusively(I changed Aliyah to be masc because she's the team's token white and it felt weird for her to be a white femme with a brownskin asian butch and a transfem afro-Inuk butch)and then there be all the pick mes pairing her off with every other non-Tharun guy because they think Thelena is 'hero gets the girl' as if HELENA isn't the protag but they be misogynists.This would all be even more unserious taking into account that Chronicles of Existentia is 13 books to match Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge and in all that time Helena didn't even think about dating and only realizes she loves Tharun in book 11.INSANE!!!
