Do you like romance in books? Personally, I don't really mind but I feel I've been craving some epic romance in books lately. The Glittering Court trilogy is probably one of my favourite romance series and the second one, Midnight Jewel is my favourite. Mirabelle was such a mysterious character in the first book so reading her story was so interesting as you found out exactly what she'd been up to. The romance is kind of friends to lovers I suppose, but the two are passionate characters and have a few heated discussions to say the least. I also loved the land pirates in this one and finding out exactly who they were. Where the first book focuses on heresy and freedom to practise faith, this one is full of espionage and disguises. I really love it. This is a fandom I wish there was more merch for.
