A personal observation:: Over time, I realized that the reason why I like Sub! Reader fics is not for self-insert reasons but bc my tendency is to visualize smut scenes from either third POV or the Character’s POV. The mental image of pretty little Reader crying and being subjected to Character’s touches…….aahhhhh maybe the Character was my self-insert all along (°▽°)
This may also stem from the fact that I usually indulge my Sub! Character needs by shipping them with other canon characters?? Though lately, I started writing more Dom! and Switch! Readers for WHB, and fufufu it’s been quite fun. And let’s not forget what happened between Dottore and Assistant! Darling in Chemistry <3

Little things in the Octopath 2 epilogue that made me smile :D (in no particular order):
(put under read more for extra spoiler protection!)
Ort trying to talk to Temenos but Temenos is totally zoning out, only leaving his head when you pick him up for the performance and he just leaves Ort behind
Throné being found on the same rooftop that she frequented in her first chapter
Osvald and Elena being together and Elena declaring that she's going to find a present for him before the performance
Posters of Agnea being all over New Delsta where Dolcinea's posters once were
Dolcinea dancing for a massive audience with Laila beside her and Veronica on the tambourine, while Platt and his wife watch and marvel at how Dolcinea and Laila have grown
Giselle's Traveling Troupe trying to persuade Juvah to join them
The fact that Ochette insisted on dragging Juvah to the celebration
Juvah and Cohazeh being beside each other when they were once enemies
The same as the last point but with Papp and Roque
Shirlutto making jerky for Pom and being surprised by how happy he is while eating
Rai rushing on horseback to the performance bcus she refuses to break her promise and be late
Zeto trying to flirt with Alpione but the best pickup line he can come up with is an awkward stammered "You have beautiful muscles" (which Alpione actually has a positive reaction to)
Garud hoping that Cuani is watching from the afterlife bcus their little girl's a superstar now
Mahina and Juvah get their own chairs at the performance (presumably Akala would too but I didn't pick him lol)
Agnea's words before her performance being the same as the words in the trailer ("The places you go, the deeds you do, the tales whose hero you've yet to become," etc)
The camera zooming out during Agnea's speech and you can see all of the friends you've made along your journey sitting in the audience
The ending card itself

Another Crazy TotK Theory
I haven’t finished the game yet. I’m tackling Hebra first like the game suggested and I’m up to the second shrine on the Rising Island Chain. I also have the 2nd and 3rd memories. (So no spoilers!)
Spoiler warning for part of the game
So we’ve been told that Sonia and Rauru are meant to be the first King and Queen of Hyrule but how would that work? Wasn’t Hyrule founded shortly after Skyward Sword? Why would a Zonai, a race we didn’t see in that game, be such an important figure?
Well we’ve seen in the trailers sky islands that seem to have Zora and Rito architecture. This implies that races other than the Zonai also lived in the sky at one point.
What if the situation is a bit like Skyward Sword where some disaster occurred (sometime after all games prior to BotW) and Hylia brought the citizens of Hyrule into the sky? When they return, the founders of this NEW Hyrule are Rauru and Sonia, hence why they are the ‘first’ King and Queen.

I started rewatching season one of mob psycho and having the context of the ending for some reason is making certain moments so much more impactful for me. Idk if I’m just paying more attention than the last time I watched it or if the ending legitimately changes that much for me but ough it’s making me think about so much I love it

eternal boys definitely ended the way i thought it would but ep 23 made me rlly appreciate how special this show is. like this is a series that had so little interest that it wasn’t licensed for an english sub and was instead fansubbed (ty for ur service!). i didn't even finish it until a while after the whole anime got translated. a lot of ppl who did still end up trying it out probably didn’t see it through to the end. it had 0 fanworks online for basically it’s entire run. and idk i think that’s so fitting for a show abt an idol group that basically experiences the same kind of “medium success but not enough to keep it going”. they were able to touch the hearts of a few fans and that’s all that matters. they will have these experiences and friends with them even after it’s over. and like yes that is a message that u see a lot but never was it so fitting lol.
it touched my heart :] thank you, eternal boys!
