Positive Reinforcement was kisses on the cheek from Allison and hugs from the rest of his friends. Negative Reinforcement was Matt and Allison distracting Day for him. Positive Punishment was that Allison had grown more willing to jab him in the side when he said something. Negative Punishment had Allison ignoring his texts for set periods of time.

"It never mattered before." Seth had argued.

"I want you to be a modern man." Allison had tossed her hair.

So Seth endured it all for her because he'd endure a lot for one of the few unequivocal good things in his life. He just wished Andrew and his boytoy would stop parading it in front of him all the time.
