Eduardo Tironi Arce (Director General Canal 13 - Corporación De Televisión De La Pontificia Universidad Católica De Chile), Dan unas palabras de saludo de año nuevo y explicación sobre el especial transmitido....

...."En este especial, en técnicas de la animación, hemos transmitido íntegramente en animación 2d, es decir, en Video. A nombre de tanto de las cadenas, como La Propia l'ORTF, agradecemos todo el esfuerzo, tiempo y dedicación total a todo el personal artístico como técnico.

En la sala de edición de video, con equipos AMPEX, El celebre director Garfield Badulaque Reyes (Mas conocido en el mundo como Garfield The Cat), se alegra felizmente del éxito de la transmisión del especial de 3 horas en Video-tape al ingeniero técnico Huevoduro, allá, en Lira 46.

En la imagen pequeña transmitiendo en el equipo de Videotape AMPEX, Aparece, en el Estudio C De Lira, Miriam Mendelsohn, dando el anuncio de cierre de transmisiones, vía video. En el estudio, Mir, como le decían sus amigas (Meilin, Priya y Abby) da lo que le dice el texto entregado para dar el anuncio de cierre.

En ella decía...   

- Muy bien, Señoras y Señores Telespectadores, al terminar este especial de fin de año o noche vieja, y con las palabras del Director General del Servicio, como de Las Cadenas y De La l'ORTF. Con estas imágenes, registradas en video, en  jerga del mundo de la industria de la  animación, en 2D. Finalizamos las transmisiones correspondientes por hoy 31 de Diciembre.

Al igual que todo el personal, les deseamos ante ustedes una muy buenas noches y buen 

feliz año"

Lo de la imagen de fondo en los monitores del equipo AMPEX de Video-tape, se debió a un rápido e imprevisto error técnico del camarógrafo por acercar mas el reflejo de la imagen y lo corrigió sigilosamente.

Después de eso, en los Mammouth Studios, na Lumiar, Tironi, como los demás autoridades felicitando a todo el personal por el éxito de la transmisión y registro integro del programa especial. Ademas, El Ministro de Información Y Turismo, Don Fraga Iribane, viaja al lugar, como a la sede de Calle Lira para felicitar personalmente por la hazaña. "Fue un éxito, la imagen salio, perfecta. en la Chusma, como en Los Mayos, Los Madrugas, El Norte y El Cómic y Concepción, la recepción, fue excelente". El decía.

Al rato, en Orchid Bay, en casa, Ophelia Ramírez, en su calidad de realizadora y directora del especial, con el televisor dando el cartel de cierre de transmisión, recibe la llamada de larga distancia nacional, proveniente de la capital, en esa sorpresiva llamada, Tanto Fraga como Tironi Arce la felicitan por el logro de la transmisión. Luego Lee, la felicita también.

Ojo:

Para esa noche, en la transmisión, Garfield, se llevo al lugar una enorme cantidad de comida chatarra.

What does your muse carry in their pockets?

A tan leather wallet to match his shirt and keep his important stuff on hand and organized at all times. He usually carried around 25-30 dollars, unless he goes shopping then he’ll take 100 with him easily. More of a fan of cash than credit, but keeps a debit card on hand juuust in case as well as to not accidentally incur credit card debt. Has at least a couple dollars worth in quarters. A photo I.D. and boating license, some personal business cards for his musical and artistic offerings (floral scented.) A photo of his clarinet, and a piece of paper should he need to jot something down. 

A spare key to his house and another for his boat.

An ordinary flip phone, having downgraded since a certain incident.

Hand sanitizer, generic.

A nice, shiny stone he found. ‘Good luck’.

Stain remover, y’know, in case he soils his shirt.

The Incomparable Squidward :: HEADCANONS PT. 1

“Vanity” as a coping mechanism

cw: Depression cw: Anxiety

     Squidward often speaks to himself via a mirror, primarily a hand mirror, to help himself cope with his anxiety and depression. This method also doubles as a handy way of boosting his self-confidence and esteem as often as needed. He’ll both praise himself as well as fairly criticize himself depending on the situation at hand, working himself through any obstacles he’s harshly faced with. This works wonders as it allows him to rely on himself as a source of support, and if anything, empowers him as a result.

     Of course, as with anything, sometimes he takes it too far and crosses into the realm of full-on vanity. Squidward, of course, does not pay any mind to this and relishes in it, even though it’s not exactly much help. If anything, it’s detrimental to any build up he has made through this method.

     Another, albeit just as vain method, Squidward employs is self-portraiture in various mediums. He does this to reaffirm his genius and self-esteem surrounding his artistic ability and looks. Not only does this help him feel quite good about himself, but it also forces him to look at himself daily in various angles which challenges himself to accept every detail about his physical appearance. Needless to say it simply works.

(( Would you believe me if I said my depressive cycle made me REALLY want to write that side of Squidward??? Like, emphasize it and actually show it more than usual. I feel it would be great to actually touch up on that part of the guy. While I’m at it: I feel Squidward is a very depressed guy, but he’s had therapy and can honestly grin and bear it to a degree. He’s been around for a long time now and has picked up techniques along the way. He’s able to function well enough, but it’s not perfect of course. Sometimes it CAN get to him, but it’s not constant either. Idk of this makes sense so far, but there’s some rough ideas. ))

(( He’s gotten off to reminiscing over stuff he did with Squilliam, even though they’ve broken up forever ago. Sometimes he likes being stomped on by him these days, it’s humiliating sure, but that’s exactly why he likes it. Granted he’s in no hurry to ‘set himself up for failure’ around the guy, but if it ends up happening then that’s a bit of a plus. ))

(( Tired, a little worn out but exhilarated. Quite affectionate, content with either falling asleep with his partner or getting up and doing something super super gentle liiiike bathing together, or having tea and a chat for example. ))

(( It’s majorly suppressed these days! But as a teenager it spiked pretty bad, and it lingered a bit as a young adult. He was pretty into peaking at magazines while in high school, and honestly? Squilliam brought that side out of him while they dated, so whenever they were isolated together Squidward would get pretty handsy with the guy. ))

O = Oral (Preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)

(( IIIII already responded to this! I can’t think of what else to add, other than a story??? Not really a story, but???? He gave Squilliam a BJ while he drove at night once. Does that count as an answer? ))

(( Yup you bet he likes to tease! He loooks stringing his partner along, and if they try to get back at him he’ll double up his efforts. Ironically, Squidward HATES being teased badly himself, and will put up some resistance if it gets to be too much. ))

(( Mhmm yup. He DID take big risks in dating Squilliam back in high school, even though they kept it secret it was a pretty risky situation all the same. As a result, he’s gotten adventurous on how to not only sneak affection in the day-to-day, but he’s pretty sly at public sexual stuff now. Granted he won’t be stupid and try anything with folks around, but like let’s say in a restroom or the park… ))
