Happy International Women's Day! These are women involved in theatre that I believe have paved the future for female artists. I think it would be apt for you to read their names and stories and then let me know women who inspire you in the theatre world and how you think they're shaping the future. Reblog if you see your inspirations and share their stories.
1. Jennifer Kirby. We may only be 3 months into 2019, but I'm ready to call Jennifer Kirby woman of the year. At age 30, I'd already consider her a veteran of the RSC, a company where she has portrayed so many Shakespearean females with a new found voice and personality. She first appeared on our screens in Call The Midwife in 2016 as Nurse Valerie Dyer. From the start Val has faced some of the most brutal storylines, most involving the rights of women and the working class, and been an absolute inspiration due to her brave and loving personality. However over the last 8 weeks she has been the pioneer character of the most powerful women's rights stories I've seen in entertainment ever. If it hadn't been for Kirby's authentic, sensitive performance and her deep understanding of the human condition from women who've walked different lives from her own, this storyline would not have had the impact that it has. She never complains about a hard storyline either, when interviewers ask how difficult scenes were, her response is always one of gratitude enthusiasm and excitement for the changes it could bring about in society. I believe this will be the start of more powerful storylines for women in the media and moreover I know her performance has had a real life effect on society, changing and developing people's opinions and giving them fresh eyes to see other people's experiences through with sympathy and care.
2. Jessie Mueller. During her Broadway career this far, Mueller has portrayed some of the most complex women with such heart and integrity. She has proven endlessly that vulnerability and strength can coexist. In 2016 Jessie won the Lilly Award (awards for females making a difference in society) for best actress following her run as Jenna in Waitress. A not was left in the theatre's lobby saying that Jessie's heartfelt performance helped a woman decide to leave the abusive relationship she was in. Additionally Jessie has done countless benefits for charities benefiting women, is an activist for equal rights and a dedicated educator. Jessie has defied type casting and shown us all that we are not defined by anything but our hearts and work ethic.
3. Ruthie Ann Miles. Strength, power, inspiration - Ruthie is the true embodiment of all these things. Moreover she spreads happiness and joy, ever since I watched her win her Tony I just felt this overwhelming sense of happiness. This woman spreads light everywhere she goes and never fails to make me brim with happiness and smiles. In today's world we need a light and Ruthie truly is that light.
4. Marianne Elliott. To me, Marianne Elliott is the best theatre director of our times. Directing is a profession that is predominantly male dominated and I believe that Elliott will be one of the key figures in changing that. Her love for her work is evident in the current revival of Company a true highlight of the theatre scene in recent years. Her integrity, leadership skills and incredible visions have led to a groundbreaking piece of theatre for women.
5. Rosalie Craig. Her incredible portrayal of the 'new' Bobbie in the 2018 Company Revival has given an in depth, layered portrayal of a woman who is unapologetic for her decisions and personal internal debates. Craig brings so much to this role that you don't see Bobbie as promiscuous like expected but rather as someone simply living life making her own calls and it's absolutely refreshing and unique to see. Furthermore her talent is so stellar that it is guaranteed to inspire a generation of young performers.
6. Katrina Lenk. Resilience strikes me when I think of Katrina Lenk. Her break came in her 40s, prior to this she was relatively unknown in the mainstream theatre world however she never stopped working. Women are ingrained to believe their value decreases as they age, especially in the arts, however Katrina has proven that this is not true. We gain experience, life lessons, emotional qualities, skills and ethics that helps us grow as people and performers. When I think of Katrina Lenk I think of someone so driven by love rather than fame. Additionally, through the characters she portrayed, Katrina has given a voice to so many women who's stories would typically go untold.
7. Jessie Nelson. A valued part of the first all female Broadway creative team for Waitress, Nelson wrote the book for the musical and in doing so helped create a masterpiece and a true gift for all women who feel their story doesn't matter. She comprehensively understands what it means to be female, the importance of female friendship and the responsibility that came with writing a script like this. Thanks to Nelson we have a musical that honours our stories and inspires us to go out and speak of our own experiences. She helped create the living proof that female stories sell and I'm sure we will see many more following in its footsteps.
8. Paula Vogel. Scriptwriter, Vogel, first came to my intention when I first watched Indecent on Broadway HD. The main two things that hit me regarding women's rights upon watching the play, was the portrayal of sexuality between Dina and Ruth outside of the internal play 'God of Vengeance', this relationship is powerful and much more emotionally based than trying to portray lesbian relationships as sexual items for men's pleasure as many arts still find acceptable. Additionally at the start of the play when describing the casting type of each troupe member, Vogel avoids attaching gender to the description starting the tone with the message they desire to continue with, equality for all.
9. Eva Noblezada. I will never forget Noblezada's performance as Kim, I remember being truly in awe and inspired. Then when learning how young she was I was admired at her dedication to travel thousands of miles from home at such a young age in true dedication to telling a story she believes in. Miss Saigon has a story line so beautifully reflective of the maternal side of women and Noblezada's performance portrayed this beautifully showing the true fierce strength that women posses.
10. Hailey Kilgore. A Tony award nomination at age 19! That is more than enough to inspire. Additionally the profound and positive outlook Kilgore has about the world is beyond beautiful and heartwarming.
11. Patti Murin. I admire anyone who speaks out about mental illness and Murin does so so candidly that it is unbelievably inspirational. It's a daunting thing to do because mental illness can be mistaken for being 'overly emotional' or 'unreliable' and I commend Murin for speaking out anyway knowing what she is risking because it will remind an entire generation who struggle with their mental health not to give up because of it. Despite her struggles Murin's work is incredibly joyful and can brighten up any day.
12. Sara Bareilles. Always dedicated to writing her truth, Bareilles has never cabed into the pressure of writing a traditional love song at times when it didn't feel authentic to her. Being motivated to make art rather than money, Sara Bareilles has written so many anthems for women reminding them to feel and fight. Furthermore she's proved that you don't have to write songs about men to sell music, authenticity leads to success.
13. Adrienne Warren. This woman is a force. She is currently giving everything she's got to bring the empowering story of Tina Turner to life 8 times a week in the west end. She is the driving force of a vital story for women in society and she treats it with the importance and passion it deserves. Furthermore her social media is dedicated to educating people about equality for all in society.
14. Marin Mazzie. In September 2018 Marin lost her battle to Ovarain cancer but her legacy will pass from generation to the next. Her dedication to what she loved during her battle is the epitome of female strength, additionally she committed time to activism and raising awareness of ovarian cancer. To me 'Back to Before' - Ragtime is the ultimate theatre anthem for women's rights and Marin's recording and perspective is so moving and empowering that it has the ability to motivate anyone who listens to change the world.
15. Bernadette Peters. A true theatre icon Peters has wrestled with all the names in the book, the classic term 'Diva' that was constantly thrown around when a woman was so powerful and successful in their field that people didn't know how to react. I don't think anything will stop this woman..... I mean did you see the press ups on The View, in high heels and a dress! Icon! Furthermore this was the week before her 70th birthday. I don't think Peters will ever age in spirit or appearance but she embraces her age regardless, the host with held her name but Peters made it clear that she feels age shouldn't be hidden from as our value does not decrease in anyway. Her work in theatre and charity should be inspirational to all.
16. Lindsay Mendez. Firstly I admire any women dedicated to educating and teaching, like Lindsay is. I could say a lot about Lindsay, but I feel she says it best herself. She is true to her identity, body positive and wants to represent everyday people through her art, as we all should if we consider art as a mirror to society.
“When I moved to New York, I was told to change my last name from Mendez to Matthews, or I wouldn’t work. I’m so proud to be part of a community that celebrates diversity and individuality … Be your true self and the world will take note.”
"When you hear you’re going to audition for “Dogfight,” the show about bringing ugly women to parties, you’re like, ‘Oh, great, thank you.’ But that’s also our dream as actors, to play someone else and give someone else a voice. I love this character so much."
17. Cobie Smulders. Whilst filming HIMYM Cobie was privately battling Ovarian Cancer, she beat it and later went on to defy odds by having her own children. Her dedication to her art during this time is a testimony to her strength and will. Furthermore during her time on the show Cobie brought to life incredibly moving stories specific to women in society giving them a voice. She has since gone on to have a successful career in film and theatre and has a large voice in social activism. Her accounts about her battle with ovarian cancer will help to give so much support to women going through similar difficult times and hopefully raise awareness in others so they're able to detect this illness in early stages.
18. Ella Fitzgerald. To me Ella is the American song book, she is the voice of all the Gershwin, Porter, Berlin musicals that came to follow. She gave a voice to a minority and inspired so many people. She continues to inspire people when ever you listen to recordings of her and feel the raw emotion. The modern musical stands on Ella's shoulders.
19. Audra McDonald. SIX TONY AWARDS. She's defied every odd and stereotype by purely working hard and being a truly good person. She's inspired many people and shown us all that anything is possible when you're prepared to prove people wrong. Furthermore she always takes time to thank and honour those who came before her, the people who's shoulders she stands on and that to me is what female empowerment is more than anything else.
20. Judy Garland. My personal inspiration and to be honest I struggle to articulate how she inspires me as it's more of an emotion than a string of thoughts. I just believe Garland strove for love, kindness and friendship over anything. I also believe her work is a sign of hope, no matter how she was treated she never gave in, she didn't stop doing what she loved because of the way she was treated she kept going. It's debatable if that's the right decision, but it doesn't matter as it was a strong decision and it was Judy's. I respect her an unbelievable amount for her voice, her heart and her perspective on the world. Imagine what would be if that sweet girl hadn't sang 'Over The Rainbow' all those years ago, and imagine even more what could have been if we saw Garland for the layered, complex human being she was rather than sweet and cheery Dorothy Gale. Personally whenever I get the chance to perform I always think of Garland before I step on stage, I thank her for her sacrifices to the art because it wouldn't be what it is today if it weren't for her, I don't think there will ever be a star as bright again. It's also to remember that whilst addiction and mental illness don't descriminate, Judy wouldn't have faced many of the issues she did if she wasn't a woman.
"Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else."
The perspective we all should have had:
"I've always taken 'The Wizard of Oz' very seriously, you know. I believe in the idea of the rainbow. And I've spent my entire life trying to get over it."
I hope to hear of those who inspire you and I hope we all continue to inspire and empower each other. Alicia x

ML: Are They Worthy? Chapter 28: Kindred Spirits!
Vlad spent some of his free time during the school day manning a little booth he set up to sell Pride flag pins and sign people up for Paris Pride. Juleka and Rose were some of the first to stop by. “Hey Vlad.”
“Hey Juleka. Rose” Vlad replied.
“Hi Vlad. I love that you’re helping out with this event” Rose said.
“You can too. All you gotta do is sign here” Vlad said, displaying a piece of paper.
The two of them signed it. “So, does this also allow us to walk in the parade as well?” Juleka asked.
“No” Vlad replied. “For that, you need to sign THIS piece of paper.” He presented a second piece of paper. “If you want to walk together, you only need to take up one slot.”
“Ooooo. How fun!” Rose said. The two of them signed that one as well.
“Now, can I interest you ladies in some pins?” asked Vlad.
“Of course! That’s why we’re here!” Rose said.
“I’ll take a lesbian one” Juleka said.
“I’ll take a bi one!” Rose said.
“Sure thing” Vlad said.
After school, Marinette was walking out when she saw Adrien’s car. “Um, I thought Adrien had fencing after school,” she said.
“I do” said Adrien appearing behind her. “It’s for you.”
“Me?! No. I couldn’t, I-”
“Relax Marinette” Adrien said. “Father is helping you in any way he can. This is him trying to help.”
Marinette paused. “O-OK then” she said. She walked up to Adrien’s bodyguard. He opened the door for her. “Thank you.” She said Adrien’s bodyguard was caught off guard by this. He looked away and blushed at the compliment. Marinette got in, and then the bodyguard got in, and they drove off.
Adrien’s stare lingered a little bit. “Isn’t Marinette cute when she gets nervous?” Vlad asked from behind Adrien. “Or is it cuter when she’s confident?”
Adrien turned around. “Vlad” he said. “I’m not fully over Ladybug to admit what I think yet.”
“Well, you don’t need to be fully over her, you just need to be over her enough” Vlad said.
“Is this why you’re here Vlad? To get me to maybe ask Marinette out?” Adrien said.
“No, that’s just a bonus” Vlad said. He went to whisper into Adrien’s ear “I actually need to talk about some hero stuff.”
“Well can it wait? I’ve got fencing” Adrien said.
“No problem. I can watch” Vlad said.
Adrien was surprised. “I’m not sure if Mr. D'Argencourt will allow it.”
“No harm in asking, right?” Vlad said.
When they asked, Mr. D'Argencourt said “I will allow it.” Vlad and Adrien got excited. “IF you can beat one of my students.”
“Sure, I’ll go against him” Adrien said.
“Part le fer! If Vlad is to face off against anyone, it’s someone who won’t let him win because he has a vested interest in it” Mr. D’Argentcourt.
“I get it. Fencing is serious business” Vlad said. “So, who am I taking on?”
“How about Kagami?” Adrien asked.
“She wouldn’t happen to be in on this” Mr. D'Argencourt said. “I know how close you and her are.”
“No sir. They haven’t even met yet” Adrien said.
Mr. D’Argencourt stared Adrien down. “Well, since I know you wouldn’t lie to me… KAGAMI!”
Kagami ran over after wrapping up a practice match. “Yes sir” she said, lifting her helmet up.
“This young man is named Vlad. He wants to watch today’s practice. Please see to it that he earns that spot” D’Argencourt said.
“Yes sir!” Kagami said.
“Is that all you know how to say?” Vlad said.
“Vlad. Don’t antagonize her” Adrien said.
“He’s right. I don’t play nice” Kagami said.
“Oh ho ho. Interesting” Vlad said. “Wanna know something? I don’t play nice either.” Kagami lowered her helmet. “Anyway, where do I suit up?” Adrien led Vlad to the locker rooms.
A few minutes later, Vlad and Kagami were squaring off. “Pret… allez!” Mr. D’Argencourt called. Vlad and Kagami were going against each other really hard. Their movements were aggressive, yet elegant. Eventually though, Vlad got a hit on Kagami. Mr. D’Argencourt was shocked. Still, as a gentleman and a lover of the sport, he signaled Vlad and declared him the winner.
Vlad lifted his helmet and said “Still got it.”
“Young man, how did you become such a good fencer?” Mr. D’Argencourt asked.
“I was the top fencer back at my school in Toulouse” Vlad explained.
“Well, if you are interested in joining, we could certainly use a talent such as yourself” Mr. D’Argencourt said.
“Unfortunately, I can’t” Vlad said.
“Why not?” Kagami asked angrily.
Vlad sighed. “Because I was eventually kicked off the team,” he explained.
“What happened?” Kagami asked.
“Well, as I said earlier, I don’t play nice” Vlad said. “When I don’t like someone I am very clear about it. One person I didn’t like just happened to be on the fencing team. He gathered a bunch of other students, and tried to ambush me. Lucky for me, I can hold my own. They however could not, and things got messy. I explained to everyone what had happened, and he promptly kicked both the orchestrator of the attack and me off the team. Although, mine was supposed to be temporary, I made it permanent. I didn’t feel like I could work well there. I really only liked one other person on the team. It just wasn’t a good fit.”
“Well, if you change your mind, my invitation stands” Mr. D’Argencourt said. “Although, I do want to check on this incident. What was your instructor’s name?”
“Mr. Renaud” Vlad told him.
“Renaud? As in Bernard Renaude?” Mr. D’Argencourt said.
“Yeah. Why?” Vlad said.
“I used to go to school with him” Mr. D’Argencourt said. “Anyway, you may watch. Everyone else. ALLEZ!” Vlad went to sit on the sidelines while everyone began practice. Kagami looked at Vlad, concerned. She eventually went to practice as well.
Meanwhile, Marinette was busy working on her designs in Gabriel’s home work station. “Your design looks great Marinette” Tikki said. “I’m sure Vlad and Adrien will love them.”
“Thanks Tikki” Marinette said. “I sure hope so. It’s nice of Mr. Agreste to let me use this room and his supplies. It gives me the confidence that I need to finish these.”
“Marinette you need to have to be confident in yourself” Tikki said.
Marinette came back with “Yeah, but-”
“Trust your instincts, Marinette” Tikki said.
Marinette smiled. “Thanks Tikki.” The door was opening. “Tikki, hide!” she whispered. Gabriel entered the room. “Mr. Agreste?”
“I thought I would keep you company” Gabriel said.
“Um, aren’t you busy?” Marinette asked.
“Not at the moment,” Gabriel said. “Besides, I know it can get kind of boring working on something alone.” He sat down next to Marinette. Marinette continued to work. “So, you like Adrien huh?”
Marientte was shocked by this sudden topic of conversation. “Well, of course. I mean, I like all my friends.”
“Marinette” Gabriel said in a tone that indicated he knew.
Marinette looked down. “Is it that obvious?” she asked.
Gabriel chuckled. “Relax. I don’t think he knows yet. I won’t tell if you won’t.”
Marinette turned to Gabriel and said “Well, I’m going to have to tell him eventually.”
“I suppose that’s true” Gabriel said.”But you know what I mean.” Marintte giggled. “You know, he speaks highly of you.”
Marinette was curious. “He does?”
“Yes” Gabriel said. “I’ve heard him refer to you as your class’s ‘Everyday Ladybug.’ You must be impressive to earn that title.”
“Well, I just do what I think is right,” Marinette said.
“Wouldn’t it be right to tell him how you feel?” Gabriel said.
“Oh. Well…” Marinette said. “Whenever I try, I get all nervous, and I freak out super hard. I mean, Adrien is just so perfect.”
“No he isn’t” Gabriel said. Marinette looked confused. “Well, at least that’s what he told me. He hates being seen as perfect. I’d agree with you, but after we spoke, I began to see his flaws. In his heart, he’s just as much a child as anyone his age. Maybe even more so.”
“In what ways?” Marinette asked.
“Well, this is his first time going to school. Meeting people outside of social events. To him, it’s like being in a candy store, and he’s allowed to pick whatever candy he wants” Gabriel explained.
“Oh. I didn’t know. He seems to be so calm about everything” Marinette said.
“It’s alright” Gabriel said. “You know, he gets that from his mother. She was such a calm, caring person. She loved seeing what the world had to offer, yet she remained calm. To be honest, sometimes I worry that I might be a bit too distant and Adrien gets nothing from me.”
“I don’t think that’s true” Marinette said. “I think he gets some of your kindness from you. I mean, you came here to keep me company apropos of nothing. Plus, I think you both function better with other people around.”
“What do you mean by that?” Gabriel asked.
“Well, it’s just that Vlad told me the story of how he and Adrien met” Marinette said. “He said you told Adrien that Nathalie is helping you maintain your sanity after your wife’s disappearance. I think it’s the same with Adrien. While his presence does light up the room, I think the room lights him up too.”
Gabriel was aghast. “I had never thought about it like that before. But you’re right. Having someone there certainly helps me. I don’t understand why I didn’t see why it could help Adrien as well. Especially since he has his mother’s ability to socialize. She was a social butterfly. Me? I’m more of a moth. Still, she knew when someone was sincere or not. Wanna hear about how we met?” Marinette nodded.
“Alright then” Gabriel said. “It all began when I had won a design contest. My prize was a ticket to a high class social event. I had trouble socializing, but I managed to keep a low profile. Or so I thought.”
“Hi there” Emilie said, reaching her hand out. Gabriel looked at her. “I thought when people do that, the other person was supposed to shake their hand.”
“Oh, uh..” Gabriel said, nervously. He reached out and shook Emilie’s hand.
“Thank you” Emilie said. “Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t you the talented young designer that won your way in here, correct?”
“Well yes I am, but…” Gabriel stuttered. “I...don’t do well at parties.”
“Wanna know something? Me either?” Emilie said. “Don’t get me wrong. I love meeting people, but these events just seem so overwhelming. I mean, there’s just so much I have to do to keep up appearances.”
“I more have trouble with the people aspect” Gabriel said.
“So, why did you enter the contest?” Emilie asked.
“Well, I’m an aspiring designer” Gabriel said. “I wanted to get my designs out there, simple as that. Tell me to talk to a stranger and I turn to stone. But if you ask me what their ideal outfit should be, then I’m your man.”
“So, what would my ideal outfit be?” Emilie asked.
Gabriel was taken aback. Nevertheless, he accepted the challenge. “Well, I think it would be an elegant yellow dress with one shoulder, a pair of white pumps, and a green necklace to match your eyes.”
“Wow” Emilie said.
“But, I also love what you have on currently” Gabriel said. She was wearing a white tank top, a yellow coat, a black fluffy skirt, white and black striped stockings, and a pair of white flats.
“You think so too? My friend Audrey designed this for me” Emilie said. She pointed her friend out.
“Wait, you’re friends with Audrey Bisset?” Gabriel said.
“Yeah. You know her?” Emilie said.
“Not personally” Gabriel said. “But she is the up and coming name in the world of style.”
Emilie took Gabriel’s hand. “She won’t be the only one.” Emilie dragged Gabriel to meet Audrey. “Hello Audrey. I just thought you would want to meet the young man who won the design contest.”
Audrey turned to Gabriel. “Well it’s about time you make yourself known. Just so you know, I was the deciding vote on the committee. So, you better thank me for letting you in here. And you should have met me first” she said.
“Audrey. Don’t be like that” Emilie said. “He doesn’t do well at parties.”
“I gathered that from when you had to drag him to me,” Audrey said.
“Thank you, Miss Bisset” Gabriel said.
Audrey handed Gabriel her business card. “If you have any more good ideas, let me be the first person you call.” She walked off.
“Well, that could have gone better,” Gabriel said.
“Nah, for Audrey, that was a great first encounter” Emilie said.
“I take it she’s not as personable as you” Gabriel said.
“Nope. But she’s really sweet once you get to know her Emilie said.
“I’ll take your word on that, Miss…?” Gabriel said.
“Oh. Right. Emilie” she said. “Emilie Blanchet.”
“Gabriel Agreste” he responded.
“Enchante” she said.
“We spent the rest of the evening together” Gabriel said, telling the story to Marinette. “We laughed. We ate. We learned about each other. It was a magical evening. By the time the party was winding down, I found myself having a great time.”
“So, Miss Blanchet?” Gabriel said.
“Please, call me Emilie” she responded.
“Fine. Emilie” Gabriel said. “I had a great time with you tonight.”
“Me too, Gabriel” Emilie said.
“I don’t suppose we could meet again sometime. Could we?” Gabriel asked nervously.
“Of course” Emilie said. “Here, do you have a pen?” Gabriel handed her a pen. “Now, can I have Audrey’s card?” He gave that to her as well. Emilie wrote her number on the back of Audrey’s card. “Here you go.”
“Thank you, Emilie” Gabriel said. “I should give you my number” he said, trying to find something to write on. “You know? Because I’m not the best at socializing. Especially with someone as pretty as you.” Gabriel then blushed when he realized what he had said.
Emilie giggled. “You know? A lot of boys say that about me, but this is the first time I believe it.”
“Why is that?” Gabriel said, nervously.
“Partially because I didn’t tell you exactly HOW rich I am” Emilie began. “But more importantly, because I want to.” She gave him a kiss on the cheek. “Oo. Here.” Emilie grabbed a napkin. Gabriel focused as he wrote his number down. He had never been quite as flustered before. “Thank you” she said. “Well, I’ll see you later then.” She walked out the door.
Audrey was waiting for her. “Really? You wanna go out with that guy? You just met him” Audrey said.
“Well, when you know, you know. I have a good feeling about this guy” Emilie said.
“If you get bored, or he breaks your heart, I have a number of gentlemen callers. I’m sure one of them would like you” Audrey said.
“And yet, you always go back to Andre” Emilie retorted. Audrey scoffed and walked off. Emilie giggled, following her.
“And that’s how we met” Gabriel said.
Marinette was on the verge of tears. “What a beautiful story.”
Gabriel smiled. “Mind if I look at your designs?” he asked.
“Uhhhhhhhhh” Marintte said.
“It’s alright” Gabriel said. “I’m sure you did a good job. You’ve impressed both me and Audrey Bourgeois before. You don’t need to worry about anything.”
Marinette stared at him. “Well, OK,” she said, grabbing he sketches. She handed them to him. Gabriel looked over them. “I wanted to keep the design simple because I only have so much time to work on it but I also wanted it to be bold.”
“Well, I’d say you succeed in both of those” Gabriel said. “These look good Marinette. I’m sure you’ll have a bright future in the world of design.”
Marinette blushed. “Thank you, Mr. Agreste.”
After fencing practice wrapped up, Adrien met up with Vlad. “Ready to go?” Vlad asked.
“I need to change, but then I’ll be ready” Adrien said.
“Sure thing” Vlad said. Adrien walked off.
“Hey! Kagami called out. “How did you get so good at fencing?”
“Practice” Vlad said.
“That’s it?” Kagami said.
“Yeah” Vlad replied. “Although I’m a bit rusty. If I were battling you for the heck of it, you probably would have won. But because there was something I wanted, I tried harder.” Kagami looked perplexed. “What’s wrong?” Vlad asked.
“It’s nothing” Kagami said. “I just come from a family of fencers. I hate to be embarrassed. It reflects poorly on my mother and my grandfather.”
“Nonsense” Vlad said. “I’d say you have something worth fighting for there. That’s half the battle in my opinion. You’re an excellent fencer. You just gotta learn how to move forward after a loss.”
“I’ve been trying since I’ve got here…” Kagami said. “Sometimes it’s hard.”
“What happened?” Vlad asked.
“The day I arrived, I challenged Adrien to a match. It got really intense” Kagami explained. “It got so intense that we moved around, and the only person who was witnessing the event was this girl, Marinette.” Vlad’s eyebrow raised. “She called the victory in favor of Adrien. I was so upset that I was eventually Akumatized.”
“Sounds rough” Vlad said. “But it happens to the best of us.”
“Have you been Akumatized?” Kagami asked.
“No. But I’m new here. Give it time” Vlad said.
“I’ve been Akumatized twice” Kagami said. “Three times if you count Hero’s Day.”
“You know what that tells me?” Vlad asked. “It tells me your emotions are strong. You just need to not let them get the best of you.”
Kagami stared at Vlad. “Thanks” she said.
“OK. I’m ready” Adrien said. “Kagami?”
“I was just here talking to your friend,” she said. “He seems really nice.”
“I’m surprised” Adrien said.
“Why’s that?” Vlad said.
“It’s just that both of you can be hard-headed at times” Adrien said. “I was worried that it would turn ugly if you two met.”
“Well, if I were to fight him, you might be upset with me, and I don’t want that” Kagami said. “Even though I believe you are also worth fighting for.” Adrien smiled.
“We just had a lovely chat about fencing” Vlad said. “I didn’t want things to turn south either. Especially since you recommended I fight her in fencing.”
“What makes you say that?” Kagami said.
“Well, knowing Adrien, he wouldn’t let just anyone fight me” Vlad said. “He’s a little too nice for his own good sometimes. He wouldn't recommend someone who would lose to me in a heartbeat. He’s not that under-handed. No, he selected someone who he thinks could be a fair fight. And that scares me a little. Seeing how much he trusts you to do your best made me think ‘I don’t want to get on this person’s bad side.’”
Kagmi was shocked, and then blushed. “Thanks.”
“What can I say, Vlad? You can read me like a book” Adrien said. “Oh, by the way, Kagami.” Kagami looked up. “I have been thinking of switching targets recently. Would you mind giving me pointers?”
“Oh. Uh, sure” Kagami said. “Just give me a call.”
“Thanks” Adrien said. Kagami walked off to change.
“Boy, you are really bad at this, aren’t you?” Vlad said.
“Bad at what?” Adrien said.
Vlad giggled. “You seriously can’t see it? Boy, you’re hopeless.”
“Hey, come on. What’s this about?” Adrien asked. Vlad started walking off. “Vlad. Where are you going?”
“The exit” Vlad said. “Your ride is almost here, right?”
“Uh, yeah. Vlad, can you tell me what’s going on?” Adrien said.
“Maybe when we get in the car” Vlad said.
Back the Agreste’s, Marinette was wrapping up her work for the day. “Alright, that’s a good place to call it for now,” she said. “I should get going.”
She walked out of the room and was about to leave. “Finished for the day, Marinette?” Gabriel said.
“Oh, yeah” Marinette said. “I just wanted to get home before it’s too late.”
“My driver should be back any second. He can drop you off” Gabriel said.
“Oh. Thanks” Marinette said.
“You know, if I had known someone like you was out there, I might have let Adrien go out sooner,” Gabriel said.
Marinette blushed. “Oh. Thank you, Mr. Agreste.” Marinette walked out the door. Adrien’s car pulled up. The bodyguard walked out and opened the door. “Adrien? Vlad?”
“Oh, hey Marinette” Adrien said.
“You leaving?” Vlad asked.
“Uh, yeah. I didn’t want to stay too late. It is a school night, after all” Marinette said.
“Well, my bodyguard can take you home” Adrien said.
Marinette giggled. “You father told me as much. But thank you anyway.” She got in the car. “See you tomorrow?”
“Of course” Adrien said. The bodyguard got back into the car and drove off.
“Hey father” Adrien said. He was getting used to seeing his father more. “Vlad’s going to hang out for a little bit. He needs to talk to me about something. We’ll just be in my room.”
“Of course” Gabriel said. After all, he’s your friend, right?”
Adrien smiled. “Right.” The two of them went to Adrien’s room.
Gabriel walked into his office. “What’s on your mind, sir?” Nathalie asked.
“I was just thinking. If Emilie were here, she would have gobbled Marinette right up” Gabriel said.
Nathalie looked at her boos. “She will, Mr. Agreste. Just give it time.”
“Of course, Nathalie” Gabriel said. “Now I have another reason to get her back.”
In Adrien’s room, Adrien asked “So, you’re saying Kagami likes me?”
“Yup” Vlad said.
“I knew that” Adrien said, setting up Ultimate Mecha Strike III
“Really? Then why’d you play dumb?” Vlad said.
“Because I only know it as Cat Noir” Adrien said. “I didn't want to raise suspicions of anyone there by saying something I shouldn’t know.” He started playing.
Vlad was confused. “It was fairly obvious from the outset.”
“I don’t know about that” Adrien said.
Vlad sighed. Beyyo popped out. “Can we please talk about the matter at hand? I’m getting a headache hearing all of this love talk!”
“I second that” Plagg said. “Also, where’s my Camembert?”
“Vlad, can you get Plagg some cheese? It’s in the safe” Adrien asked.
“Sure” Vlad said. He went to the safe and grabbed some and gave it to Plagg.
“Thanks” Plagg said.
“Sure thing. Just stay far away from Beyyo” Vlad said.
“In a room this big, it should be manageable” Beyyo said.
“Whatever” Plagg said. He began munching on his cheese.
Vlad reached into his coat. “Here’s something for you too, Beyyo” he said, handing him some jerky.”
“Thanks” Beyyo said, munching down.
“So, what’s the problem?” Adrien asked.
“Well, last night we tested Chloe, and things got a little intense” Vlad said.
“In what way?” Adrien asked.
“Well, we asked what would happen if everyone listened to Chloe” Vlad began. “It ended with her stopping the world and crying.”
“What happened afterwards?” Adrien continued.
Vlad went on. “I stopped the dream and I had a chat with Chloe. She told me that she felt like she couldn’t be herself in front of people, so she came up with a mean persona so that when people hate her, at least it will be genuine, instead of hiding behind fake appreciation.”
“Did Chloe tell you why she couldn’t be herself?” Adrien inquired.
“No. But I assume you know” Vlad said.
“I’m not telling” Adrien said.
“I wouldn’t expect you to” Vlad retorted. “Anyway, Ladybug is worried about leaving Chloe alone for too long. So I came to you because you know Chloe so well. How would you recommend speeding things up?”
Adrien smiled. “Well, if it is what I think it is, I don’t think Chloe will be ready until she admits that secret to people. And you can’t force that. However, it seems like Chloe is at least ready to change. So maybe we just need to keep pushing her in the right direction.”
“I see” Vlad said. “Say, if I were to learn her secret, would you agree to meet with her about it with me as Judgement Wolf?”
“Sure, but how do you plan on doing that?” Adrien asked.
“I think I’m going to run some more tests,” Vlad said. “If that’s alright with you.”
“Of course. Just don’t push her too hard. Maybe give her a break” Adrien said.
“Fine” Vlad said. “I’ll put it off until tomorrow. But Ladybug would like an answer sooner than later. For Chloe’s sake.”
“I know” Adrien said. “I want one too. She’s my oldest friend. Of course I want to protect her.” Vlad smiled.
“Double K.O.” the game said.
“I think I’m getting better” Adrien said. “Come Friday, I should be able to win.”
“Let’s hope so” Vlad said.

Serbia has a new lesbian prime minster but LGBTQ life there is still terrible
Serbia's inside-out relationship with its LGBTQ community
Image: Vicky leta/MASHABLE
"If I came out, I would lose my job."
Ivan is a primary school teacher in a village outside Serbia's capital Belgrade. His sexual identity would not be accepted by his colleagues or the parents of his pupils. This is a troubling sign of the everyday discrimination LGBTQ people face every day, especially considering that the country's new leader is a lesbian woman.
SEE ALSO: 78-year-old Percy and 13-year-old Louis talk about being openly gay in different eras
Far from marking the dawn of a new era, the election of Ana Brnabi as prime minister has triggered a discussion about Serbia's deep-seated homophobia and the role she plays in perpetuating this.
I periodically wrote messages asking people in the main chat if they'd like speak to me.
Image: Screenshot via gay-serbia.com
Ivan, which is not his real name (his identity has been kept anonymous for safety reasons) hasn't even come out to his parents. No one in his family knows, except a cousin.
"I'm afraid of how my father would react and treat my mother if he ever knew about me," he told me.
I got to know Ivan through another man I met on a Serbian gay chatroom, Mia.
Mia (who wanted to give his real name) was the first person I met on the chatroom. He told me that being gay today at least "isn't taboo" compared to 10 years ago, but there's been a deficit of any real, meaningful change.
Both Mia and Ivan say that any perceived changes in Serbia are just "cosmetic". They're also skeptical about what someone like Ana Brnabi can do because the lesbian community in Serbia faces a double stigma based on gender and sexuality.
So Brnabi, politically speaking, finds herself in a unique position.
Brnabi is the first woman and openly gay person leading the Serbian government.
Image: CUKIC/EPA/REX/Shutterstock
Ana Brnabi is Serbia's first female and first openly gay politician to hold office. She's been in the historic post for over a month. It makes her only the second woman in a short list of five LGBTQ heads of government. Ever.
"The thought of holding hands or kissing, even in Belgrade is pure science fiction. It's just not safe."
It's a symbolic win for the LGBTQ community, but one that doesn't necessarily equate to a difference for people IRL.
I spent the last few weeks speaking with a dozen people and activists to find out more about how these rights are suddenly and seemingly popular in a conservative country like Serbia.
Serbia has a violent history of homophobia, not unlike its neighbouring and post-socialist countries. And, to be clear, Brnabi was a minister in the previous government, where LGBTQ issues were by no means on the agenda. Not to mention that she didn't even come out on her own she was outed by then-prime minister, and current President, Aleksandar Vui. But, now that she's the new prime minister, could it signal a new chapter in Serbia's stance on LGBTQ rights?
The verdict: over a month into Brnabi's historic appointment, there's little sign of change.
"The thought of holding hands or kissing, even in Belgrade is pure science fiction," said Ivan. "It's just not safe." The situation in the rest of the country is worse still and attacks against LGBTQ people are frequent, but often going underreported.
Mashable contacted Brnabi's office for comment and at time of publication had not yet received a response.
Never gonna give EU up
Brnabi was nominated by Vui after his Progressive Party won a landslide election in April. She wasMinister of the State Administration and Local Self Government in his previous cabinet.
While in public office, Brnabi has never been vocal about LGBTQ rights or issues and has disassociated with that aspect of her identity, saying it actually stands in the way of her doing "her job." So while Brnabi is out, there's no sign she is actively representing people from the LGBTQ community.
It is the view among many Serbia-watchers, as well as LGBTQ groups, that she was appointed because she's a lesbian at a time when Serbia is aggressively pursuing its EU membership talks. Electing a lesbian prime minister in 2017 is good PR for a government that wants to look more liberal and European. And LGBTQ rights are like a barometer for many Eastern European and Balkan countries.
In #Serbia, illiberal "pink washing" wins headlines and praise across Europe. Good txt by @kslootmaeckers. https://t.co/FhsulfGnjO
Jasmin Mujanovi (@JasminMuj) June 18, 2017
"The president has such a huge influence, his presence is everywhere. His decision to appoint her is for two reasons one is to say to the EU, 'Yes, we can have a gay prime minister and woman at the same time.' It sounds perfect for headlines," Mia said.
Mia, who is a scriptwriter in Belgrade, is also not openly gay. He, like Ivan, has to keep his sexual identity private. But he admits his profession and social circle make his life a lot easier. He said things have changed enormously, particularly in Belgrade, in the last decade. But Brnabi has nothing to do with these changes. It's all smoke and mirrors.
Brnabi's appointment indeed made international headlines coinciding with the election of Ireland's first openly gay prime minister Leo Varadkar and the celebration of Pride around the world. In Belgrade, their first Pride march, called Pride Weekend, was held between June 23-26, and was attended by around 200 people, a minuscule number compared to other countries in the region. Ninety percent of gay people, Ivan tells me, are afraid to go. Mia says he does not like the groups behind the march. "Just because they say they are defending our rights, doesn't actually mean they are good protectors."
Belgrade Pride, June 24, 2017.
Image: AP/REX/Shutterstock
Pride is one of the biggest and most politicised events relating to the rights of that community. It was banned between 2011-2014 because of violence. This year, there are rival Prides the one held in June, organized independently and a second, supported by the state, which is to be held next month, called Belgrade Pride. The LGBTQ groups organizing the two parades are actually in conflict with one another, each side trying to shut the other march down.
Each side tries to delegitimize the other and present the march as "regime" demonstrations as events sponsored by and for the government's own benefit. According to one of the organizers of the Pride march held in June, a fake letter bearing the logo of the leading Progressive Party spread across social media in Serbia urging members of the party to come and show the support the new prime minister. In the end, there were no politicians or diplomats allowed to participate. Pride Weekend was more or less just about the friends and family of the LGBTQ community that organized it.
Pink washing
For many, like Ivan and Mia, its all about pink-washing, not LGBTQ rights. Its about a checklist of things to make Serbia look more European. LGBTQ rights have become a major benchmark in EU accession talks, where they are seen as a reflection of how a country has 'progressed'. Pride is equally politicized and highlighted in other countries looking to the EU, most notably Ukraine, and to a smaller extent, Moldova.
According to Koen Slootmaeckers, an expert on LGBTQ rights in Serbia and newly appointed Lecturer in International Politics at City, University of London, this reflects a long-standing strategy by President Vui of "tactical Europeanisation."
"When he was elected, I actually joked with some of my colleagues, 'I wouldnt be surprised if he offers the prime ministership to Brnabi. That would reward him with so many points.' Just look at the media reactions, 'Oh, my god! Serbia has a lesbian prime minister, look at how much has changed, Slootmaeckers said.
A pawn in their game?
I asked Ivan and Mia if the election of a female, lesbian prime minister is progress for LGBTQ people in Serbia. They say nothing in their daily life has changed. Progress will be the legalisation of same-sex partnerships. Or, at least, the enforcement of the existing anti-discrimination legislation, passed in 2009, which seems to exist only on paper.
"Yes, we can have a gay prime minister and woman at the same time. It sounds perfect for headlines."
Compared to seven years ago, when there were riots in the streets, a lesbian prime minister is a big deal for a country like Serbia. In a recent interview with CNN's Christiane Amanpour, Brnabi spoke about being "openly gay" all her life and how she had never faced problems in Serbia. But she is not an outspoken LGBTQ activist, stating that her role as prime minister is continuity with the previous government, where she held a ministerial role. She just wants people to get over it, so she can get on with the job of running the country.
According to Dragoslava Barzut, President of Da se zna, which is an association working "to end discrimination against LGBTI people in Serbia", the relevant indicator for better life of LGBTI community in Serbia "is not the election of Ana Brnabi as Prime Minister, but number of processed cases of violence/discrimination based on homophobia and transphobia."
While Serbia has adopted legal protections for LGBTQ people, those are seldom implemented in practice and few people actually have access to them, especially if they live outside of Belgrade. Research conducted in 2010 shows that 67 percent of Serbians considered homosexuality an illness. And a recent European Commission report stated that members of the LGBTQ population are the most heavily discriminated against after the Roma population.
Lesbian, not gay
During my time working on this story, I reached out in the "chat for women" side of the Serbian gay chatroom. I was also put through to two of Ivan's friends, who are lesbian, via Skype. They didn't respond to my request for comment about what it means to have a woman in public office who shares their identity.
Ivan says lesbian women have it hardest in Serbia, because they are invisible inside a patriarchal and conservative society. Women in general are less economically independent and have a harder time finding a well-paying job. Lesbian women therefore are faced with a double stigma when it comes to moving out of the family home, let alone coming out.
Take the media response following Brnabi's nomination as prime minister. The local media focused entirely on the fact that she is female, while at the same time ignoring her lesbian identity by calling her "gay." It's a nuanced kind of homophobia that doubles down on women in a much more insidious way than men in Serbia.
"Maybe the 'L word' is a bad word."
So, even the prime minster is publicly pink-washed, by being identified as gay. Predrag Azdejkovic, editor-in-chief of the only gay magazine, Optimist, in Serbia, gave a recent newspaper interview insisting on the use of the word lesbian when describing Brnabi's sexuality. The final article once again just simply referred to Brnabi as gay. "Maybe the 'L word' is a bad word," he said.
According Serbia's long-established lesbian organization, Labris, this shows that Serbia cannot automatically become a place where "the human rights of LGBTI people are respected, where we are safe and secure." And the lesbian community seems to be in a particularly vulnerable position, because they remain invisible.
Azdejkovic acknowledged that concerns about pink-washing are salient, but kind of in the short term. Now that the box of having a female and openly lesbian prime minister has been ticked, the expectations for delivering actual results in terms of securing rights and freedoms of members of the LGBTQ community will be higher.
Azdejkovic said he's already seeing this unfold in social media where discussions and jokes are flaring up about how Serbian constitution doesnt allow the prime minister to get married because of her sexuality. For him, this is a slow path to achieving civil partnership in the future, with Brnabi as the unwitting symbol of resistance. And attitudes are changing among younger people in Serbia. Take Grindr for example. The profiles of slightly older people feature selfies of bodies with the heads cropped off. The younger members dont hide their faces. They are transparent about their sexual identity and seemingly unafraid to show themselves.
Digital shelter from the storm

But, again, there is a very big difference in the lived experience of gay men and lesbian women. The political and social climate in Serbia also affects gender identity, including trans and gender-nonconforming people.
Boris Milievi. the only openly gay politician prior to Brnabi, said that in a society defined by machoism, where "National Geographic is promoted as a men's magazine," her election could change public discourse, even if it is very slow. He sees a big chance by the LGBTQ community to make Brnabi a rogue symbol for their own cause for equal rights. It is uncertain how successful this can be in Serbia, but a changing sentiment is already being felt.
The big problem is theres no community. LGBTQ rights are heavily politicized and people are sceptical. Apart from a growing number of clubs and bars in Belgrade, theres nowhere else you can be openly and publicly gay. Ivan and Mia both told me that no matter who was gets elected, they still have to count the seconds they give a friend a hug, for fear of anyone noticing it lingering. They remain positive that things will change, just as they did in Europe, but neither of them believes it's going to happen overnight in Serbia.

So I blocked him upon principle after seeing this... And because Matt told me to. Because I'm not chicken but Matt is all "I got this 'handled'" So I will let the Man handle.. all that. I was telling my younger brother and he was all "Jesus" And I was all "yeah that's what that boy needs" And he was all "I think he needs more of a Jessica, since Matt's your boyfriend and obviously not into dudes" Hahahaha So apparently the little creep who enjoys "hitting it hard" deleted his hard photo. Matt says he didn't notice because the kid often rolls his pants up.. and to each their own right? Apparently the kid has figured that is how to disguise his giant dick... Sigh So the quads will eventually work into the ass muscles... The lower ass muscles... believe it or not, I left that Google job up to you. So.. y'all see this pecker? It goes to the right--for viewing pleasure it's on the left. I only noticed because I was looking at his pants and well cause they're so tight where else did it go? Other people apparently just look at legs ... Sorry... I don't.. plus like he barely had his legs in the photo. Okay maybe he did. Maybe I'm just a perv Whatever but when your pants are that tight, where is it? Anyways... I'm just glad it's not me all "oh my god, how did I miss all the signals?!?" This time. It's not me the guys are getting hard ons about. This time I'm perv free. So matt had deleted alot of his photos because alot of girls were being perv on them... Haha and he told that guy that so the guy was all mmmm... No girls... I'm a guy. Yummy So this kid is a total control freak. He used to be all scrawny and supposedly although he keeps cropping girls out of his scrawny photos, he claims that he used to be made fun of and was picked on because he was little. So he's like won body building competitions and has totally overgrown his ego to fit his now inflated body... Like it's too big. Matt says he talked about me all the time but that kid was talking about how like... I'm not important.. like talking like Matt's dad. Which Matt's relatively immune to that after hearing it all his life. So the guy thought he was winning in his race to ... Uhm.. getting a head... Haha So... I forgot why I wrote this...But none of this information can be replicated into a for profit literary or theatre venture. It's my information I chose to share. So watch out for predators. This guy is one. You may share the Information but you must correctly claim where you got the information and if I find out some hooch wrote it in some book ... We will further discuss it in a legal suit. Matt's dealing with this now. He wanted to further embarrass the kid since the kid has balls enough to delete the photo after leaving it up for two weeks for everyone to see his cock-iness. Apparently he thought I wouldn't notice. That he's cocky and he's cocky about my friend and my friend doesn't like it. He doesn't like cockiness. Or skaggs. Alright. Jesse is getting anxious to see this dude's penis and so I should post it now. You see that? Jesse wants to see it. I all tried to put my hand over the kid's Johnson so that my brother could see his face and my brother was all screaming no. So Jesse wants his eyes to be raped. Y'all have a good day. I think for Matt.. we could manipulate it into a sexual assault of sorts... There's some type of sexual ... Idk.. I don't know the legal words but there's something... So have fun. Gossip Indulge You know...Matt's not using the photo for its intended purpose.. so girls, guys, you like creeps? Feel free to jack off. Whatever. I think it's offensive and I kinda question myself about posting this. I guess in the end I just like to speak about predators and their natural habitat. Oh.. Matt text him last night and told him that he doesn't want to work out with him anymore and so the kid was all I think we should talk about this in person After he was talking about how he had asked Matt if he could "rub his socket" like shoulder... Anyways. So Matt's elbow hit the kid... I would say Matt blew it off but that's the wrong terminology to use at this time. So the kid is about Control. Like seductive control. He thinks he's got shit under wraps by being sneaky. He's like the kind that's gonna put a camera in the locker room to watch someone shower. And he knows he's strong enough to use violence to win when seduction doesn't work. Idk where or how this kid grew up but... He's certainly trying to take advantage of life now. It's pretty gross and extremely sad. It's sad because he is so lame as to think he can take over someones life because they ask for advice. Totally and completely take over their life. He wants a intimate sexual relationship with Matt and matt is not interested and daily told him he was interested in someone else. Instead of listening he in public tells Matt he's got a hard on with him Sure it could been a joke. But it wasn't. It was sexual harrassment. Complete sexual harrassment which would gone unnoticed had I not noticed he goes to the right. And it's gross. We always laughed as kids about flashers... Guys in big trench coats flashing people in the streets. It's not funny anymore. It's not funny when it happens. And it's not funny when it happens to you. But in the child spirit we laugh at the flashers still today. I've made jokes. I know you've laughed.. some of you. Others whom are probably victims or activists have not. This happens to everyone. Alot of us know Matt. Matt is all rich and famous. Loved. Smart. Strong. Spiritual. Etc etc But this kid thinks that Matt is WEAK enough to be taken over. He thinks Matt is WEAK enough to see a giant dick and fall in love. What about those girls whom think they are in love? They don't what... Wash the car in the right bikini so he slaps them across the face? Because he can? Because she won't leave because she, like Matt, doesn't understand the control process this guy has. Sure professional body builder by 20 and murderer by 25. That's what I see. At least rapist or peeping tom or some creep ass shit. Because this guy is a creep. He's not funny. He's not cute. He's gross. He's controlling and he's dangerous. It's not about Matt and some creep. It's about how people get into relationships (business or personal) and don't understand the other person. My mother is a psychopath. I never really knew, as an adult. I moved out at 22 and never went back. I also moved out at 18. So seriously. You don't know who people are until you know who people are. Everyone was in love with me and Jesse being together. Okay well some people. But Jesse is a sociopath with psychopathic tendencies. I had to not care what anyone thought and make my own decision about our relationship, which everyday Jesse is trying to veto my decision. Same thing when I got a divorce. Everyone was against me. I took it. I didn't give a shit. I got divorced. I refused to care what other people thought about my life and my relationships. This little creeping pecker is doing the same... Except I was living in reality and he is not. He stole Matt's shirts and is jizzing on them at nighttime. I gave my ex an apartment full of furniture and stuff, which he still uses, and told him to get lost. He was like it's okay. but for him it wasn't. He lied. The point is. Don't get with creeps. It's bad. If you feel you're in a dangerous situation, you probably are and you don't need facts such as a photo of a hard dick with literally your name on it when you don't want it. My ex Robby said he didn't like physical therapy because he had a bitch lesbian type grab his junk once... And she was all "no one would believe you, look at me!!" So he left. Didn't go back. Didn't report it. And now won't go to physical therapy. So that bitch won. This kid deleted his photo. But his intentions to take over Matt's life still remains. Who wouldn't want a super rich sweet sexy guy?? But this case, the kid, who is a trainer, is all "I made that body" "I control it" "his body would be nothing without me" that's control. That's wrong. That's bad. That's evil. Because actually Matt took the initiative to ask for help... Ironically so he wouldn't hurt himself working on parts of the body that he hadn't before. Sadly this is painful. My advice to matt is he's smart enough to look at muscle alignments and feel his own contractions in his body and to watch his bowel movements, to know exactly what sort of exercise to do and how and when. I can do it. I know Matt can do it. I don't like him to go to the gym alone cause he could get hurt and no one notice... But at this rate... He could get raped when there's people there!!!!! But ironically my advice is to always trust yourself. It's ironic because this guy trusted himself enough to take over Matt's life. To control Matt. I'm gonna rock this little bitch's world. Cause I heard he reads my Tumblr. I may commented and ran off in insta but here. I don't run. And he's gonna know that now everyone knows what he did. If it helps shame him. Or see himself the way real people see him. People with life experience. Then good If it angers him to the point he wants to be violent, then good. He can go to jail. Because everyone knows that he's a bad boy. And he can delete something but it's not going away. He can know that. He can know I know what he did and does and so can everyone else So he can look at those shirts he cums on and think he can be a good person and toss them and write an apology note and $100 so matt can get new shirts. Oh and btw Matt, that one he gave you back probably at one time, if not, still, has cum on it..So that can be tested.. if he washes his at home cummed on shirts. Or he can go wash his DNA off the shirts and hide and hope I/Matt don't convince someone to get a search warrant for his house. He could even burn them. Or he can be like for real I did a bad thing Or he could bury his face in the shirts and cry and say oh how he will miss Matt and sniff his cum mixed with Matt's sweat. And angrily jack off with the shirts wrapped around his dick. Throw shit. Scream and rampage his room. Then cry on his stolen shirts and sniff Matt's sweat and decide that no one is holding him back and become way more of a criminal he is now. Or just keep repeating that process until he finds someone new to put his creepy dick on, while working out. Like I said. Matt is not weak. But one day someone weak could come across this creep... And their life will end before it ever began because he will be in control of them. He's bi so it could be a girl. A small, tiny, bony girl with no muscle that he keeps that way so she can't fight back.
