every day, i go into the batman tag on tumblr and i'm subjected to the worst comic opinions known to man
#why are people like this#the people who believe they are the ones that understand a character the most are normally the worst of these kind#the elitists as i call them#the ones who don't touch a comic but are also somehow elitist are fascinating to me (pls read comics there are very good comics i swear)#but the ones that believe they understand the comics soooo well and then write meta or fics they believe are so “deep” and “thoughtful”#when in reality they're just a rehashed fandom take but worse#are so annoying#literally most annoying people on earth lmao#like i like canon compliant but cmon your bias shows and your story is not as “compliant” as you'd like it to be#you made up dynamics and character traits and are so lost in your little bubble#you don't realize you're no better than the fandom people you complain so much about#you're literally no better#cmon have some self reflection#writing with a lot of vocabulary doesn't make your point good#vent#personal#rant
