the meal i'm eating right now... Exquisite
sautéed mushrooms and spinach with garlic, onion, lemon, turmeric, salt, n pepper (my go to, quick meal) mixed in with quinoa, all inside a spaghetti squash omfg..........
#op#food /#this recipe is SOOO easy and SO yummy#i baked the spaghetti squash yesterday - 400° F generously seasoned + olive oil for 40ish mins#(after scooping out seeds ofc lol)#n then when im hungry n lazy lol i just throw some diced mushrooms n spinach n whatever other veggies n seasoning i want in a pan n sautee#- it all with olive oil!#it literally takes ten mins and is so easy and SO good for u#the other day i did that veggie mix with some veggie n tofu dumplings i pan fried n steamed??
