this feels like an offensively bad way to divide these things
#in a number of ways. ehhh.#chief among them being 'middle eastern' being used at all#which as i grow older i have less tolerance to even pretending thats not a racist turn of phrase#but also. there are 'middle eastern' ethnic jews. that exist like as an ethnicity.#indigenous is so broad as to basically mean nothing.#ethnically jewish being a distinct category at all. these people are either white or they arent#depending on which group they're from. a large number of them are white.#i was going to keep complaining about other issues but i just realized: its a tumblr poll#and the fact that i politically take offense to my arab part being lumped in with#the part that was arabized . is like. nobody not involved in swana racial politics gives a shit
