sadly, since muzan slaughtered all the lowermoons after the mugen train, the criteria for becoming a hashira dwindled to just being a kinoe and killing fifty demons. because of this, basically all the hashira look down upon her because she didn't become a hashira the same way they did.

but, she's in the butterfly mansion so often due to illness that shinobu sort of had forced proximity, and both being the fastest hashira were able to train together. also mitsuri is just mitsuri, nothing more to say lol

michiko still does respect them all! theres just ones she interacts with more (iguro really hates her bland face same as he does for giyuu)
