Pony express is never late, boss.
Every scene of Eliot riding a horse in Leverage. Can't believe I hadn't already made these gifs, being a certified Horse Girl™️ myself! Speaking of, Aimee's face in that one gif is exactly my face when I see Christian Kane on a horse - it's the most attractive thing the world!

This little sterling nemesis side plot doesn't feel totally necessary this early in the series but I'm here for it.

I just caught this, so in the Two Horse Job when we first meet Sterling we have this exchange:
Parker: Is it true Sterling spent three days in the trunk of a car waiting to catch someone? Nate: No, no. Sophie: It was five.
And then next season in the Zanzibar Marketplace Job, when he stages his great breakthrough that gets him into interpol he does it by hiding in the trunk of the mark’s car and emerging dramatically with the stolen egg.
Man really has a thing for cramped spaces and new car smell.

[ID: Set of three sketches of Eliot Spencer in his original-series flashbacks. The first is his flashback of having someone load a revolver and place it to his head in a sort of Russian Roulette game from The Miracle Job (a situation that is less unpleasant than watching Sophie’s play). The second is Eliot shirtless and in chains being dragged along a corridor from The Two Horse Job. The third is Eliot under the influence of the psychotropic drug used in The White Rabbit Job. End ID]

Day 25 cheeky bonus: Flashbacks
Just a bunch of flashbacks as practice drawing canon scenes, which always takes ages so why did I decide to do it in the midst of a month-long prompt event??? -_-

Believe me, you don't want to be the target of Sterling.

While I do agree on some level with the new wave of arguments that a "problem" with AI art is that you're skipping all the long and difficult steps of honing a skill and training yourself to improve, I do think it's important to point out that
1. This is basically just a more grounded articulation of the whole "it has no soul" thing that isn't really solid enough to be useful for anything beyond saying why you think some people are cringe (i.e. this isn't grounds to start engaging legislation or break out the Bad Person lables) and
2. Last I checked when people used this exact same argument as to why games like dark souls don't need to compromise their artistic integrity to add easy modes, a lot of you got Big Mad. Including the same people using this argument against AI art. I guess devoting effort to develop a skill is only necessary when it's your own hobby? Strange.

[ID: Sketch of Eliot Spencer lying shirtless on a beach with a few visible cuts and bruises on his arms and head, and handcuffs linking his wrists. Beside him is a small pale blue monkey statue, and in the background is the ocean. A man in a suit is standing beside the monkey, only his legs visible. End ID]

Episode art for Two Horse Job (only four more left for season 1).
This is based on the flashback of Eliot being dragged through a hallway. Headcanon that Eliot escapes the prison after having been there long enough to go through a hefty bit of torture, manages to get the sapphire monkey from where he stashed it, and escapes being caught again by swimming to Japan with the monkey and no time to rest. He makes it to shore but passes out from exhaustion. In that brief time, he’s found by a random rich guy who doesn’t try to help the obviously injured man, but just steals the obviously valuable item.
