Yan!MIGUEL O'HARA (platonic)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
warnings; obv possessiveness, creepy shit, Miguel 'feral' O'hara.
i just watched ATSV and I am OBSESSED with the thought of Miguel being this overprotective dad for a spider-kid. so here's a lil oneshot for you :))
Obviously SPOILER WARNING FOR ATSV, so shoo shoo if you haven't watched the movie
Tumblr media
Miguel watched you, it's wrong but he had been watching over you since he had first asked you to be in the spider society. He watched you as you strolled through the Spider-society, laughing as Hobie told you a joke, your smile. it was warm and wide, your laughs could easily melt anyone's heart. And it melted his cold, hurt heart. He felt protective of you, how a father would for his child.
And ever since, Miguel felt protective and he obsessed over you. From your health, to how you were doing, things he would normally never care about. Especially when it came to teens, usually he would leave it up to Jessica to deal with the younger spiders. But with you, he felt like he had to protect you. And that he did.
When he first found you hurt on a mission, he felt something snap, it was as if he was possessed. He tore into the villain as if they were nothing.
Ever since then , you couldn't see him the same, every time you saw him you hid. You noticed how he changed around you, the amount of times that he had benched you because of some minor injury that wasn't even related to the missions he sent you on. Miguel became suffocating.
He noticed it, he noticed how meek you were around him. Your sunshine personality toned down around him as you timidly bowed your head around him. You were the closest thing to a child he had, ever since he let his daughter slip through his fingers. There was no way he would let you do the same.
This time was no different, he had called the 5 of you down to his space for a mission briefing.
"Fuck, I really don't wanna go." You whined as the hologram of him went back down in your watch. "I mean, we can ditch if you want. Y'know I'm down." Hobie said as he shoved his hands into his vest.
"Ughhh, I've missed like 3 of his dumb meetings, Jess said if I didn't want to get kicked out of this society I'd have to attend this one." Hobie shrugged.
"And? The entire point of being a spider-person is so that you could do anythin' you want. So fuck him, let's ditch that prick, alright?"
You laughed but then sighed, your shoulders sagging. You were going through something similar to what Gwen was going through. Your parents had found out that you were the spider-person in your dimension, when Miguel had found you, you were on the bridge of getting thrown in prison for being a vigilante.
He took you in, and your were stuck in HQ's dormitory for the time being. You were terrifed that the moment you went back home you were going to get thrown out on the streets or arrested by your dad.
"You know why I can't just ditch." You said, Hobie nodded. "Right, yeah I forgot. Sorry you can't just stay at my place, Gwendy took the only other shitty mattress I have."
"Eh, don't worry about it." You said as you kicked the non-existent gravel away. "Where are the others?"
"Oh, they're just finishin' up some mission, said that they're coming a little later." Hobie said as they got to what Hobie called Miguel's 'cave'.
"Y'know what lil' spider, Imma get goin', can't stand that knob right now." You rolled your eyes at that nickname as he ruffled your hair. He walked away, giving you a two fingered salute. "Yeah, yeah, what a great friend you are for abandoning me."
"You'll survive mate, you're tough like me." he says as he disappears into the brightly colored portal. You grumbled to yourself as the portal closed behind you.
"Tough my ass, god I hate that British asshole sometimes." You grumbled some more, you fiddled with your watch a little before a small hologram of Jessica pops up. "Heeeey Jessy-"
"Oh so you finally decided to show up hm?" You wince slightly at the tone and laughed it off awkwardly. "Harsh, but, valid. Sorry for missing all those briefings Jess, can you let me in...?"
You saw as the hologram sighed and the giant doors open, a gust of wind hitting your face. You sputtered a little before walking into the cold room, you walked up to the intimidating Spider-woman and grinned sheepishly at her.
"Finally listened to me, the threat worked right?"
"Oh yeah, definitely, scared the shit outta me." You nodded aggressively as you said it, Jessica let out a little laugh. "I was kidding by the way, Miguel would've murdered me if I kicked you out." She whispered as she walked up towards the platform as it descended.
You shivered. murder. You always heard, at least in your time at the spider-society, that superheroes never killed. But what you saw, what he did, it was burned into your head.
"Where are the others." Miguel's deep voice boomed, interrupting your thoughts. "We sent Pav, Miles and Gwen on a mission, they said that they would be here in a few minutes aaaand Hobie...?" Jessica turned to you.
"Oh!- Oh right uhm he said he didn't wanna come." You trailed off, Miguel sighed and muttered a few curses under his breath. "Y/n, you can inform him of the mission right?"
"Totes! Ahem I mean, totally yeah." You coughed, you felt as your face heated up. You wanted to curl up and die right there and there, why couldn't a portal open up below you and transport you literally anywhere else.
Miguel on the other hand thought you were adorable, how embarrassed you looked as you tried to hide behind Jessica. He wanted to scoop you up there, hold you close to him. He had to be patient.
"Alright," The platform finally descended down to the ground, allowing Miguel to walk down and near you. Yay, the last thing you wanted. He easily towered over you, his hulking mass of muscles were intimidating.
"You're not going on the mission." He says after he stares at you.
"...What?!" You exclaimed, earning a confused look from Jessica as well. "Right, we need all of them for this particular mission. Miguel, what are you talking about?"
"I've made up my mind, take Ben with them." He says to Jessica, his tone firm. Jessica wants to speak out but she shuts her mouth, walking out to talk to Ben.
"I- wait, no this is wrong, I've been benched for the past 3 fucking weeks-"
"Language."
"What?- That doesn't matter, just listen to me." You practically begged him. He let out a long sigh as he walked away, you followed behind him. "I swear I won't do anything reckless on this mission, I haven't been on a mission with my friends in too long. I'm missing on things."
"It doesn't matter, mi hija, it's too dangerous." He slightly turns his head. You scoff. "What, you think I'm not strong enough? I'm as much a spider-person as any other fucking spider-people in this society."
"LANGUAGE." He turns around sharply, fangs bared as he yelled at you. You flinched backwards, stumbling a little at the harshness of his voice.
"Mierda- sorry, I didn't mean to-" He says, you were backing away from him, memories from that night came back again. "Sorry for scaring you, I didn't mean to hm?" He tried going closer to you, he could see the fear in your eyes, how you cowered from him.
"Please don't look at me like that." Now he was begging you. He stalked closer to you, grabbing onto your arms harshly bringing you closer to him.
"N-No, stay back. You killed- you killed that man I-" You were hyperventilating, you couldn't catch your breath as the memories came back.
"He hurt you, I did it to protect you." He muttered darkly, but it still had an eerie hint of softness behind his words. He admitted it, he fucking admitted it. "And this, this is also to protect you, you'll understand in time, kid."
You were too busy struggling to notice what he wanted to do, he barred his fangs again and bit your neck, you gasp sharply at the sudden pain in your neck, you felt the feeling in your upper body start to lose control. You fell limp in his arms, you could feel him brush your hair from your face.
"I'm doing this to protect you, every time you come back from missions with injuries my heart aches." Miguel says as he brushes away the tears from your cheek. "That's why I've benched you, I can't lose you, you're mine."
You looked up at him as he looked back down at you lovingly, it was sickening. You couldn't move, the pain from the bite was throbbing as you felt yourself being lifted up. You felt small as his figure dwarfed you as he stood up, cradling you to his chest.
"I'll protect you, no matter what it takes." He whispers into your hair.
Tumblr media
A/n: Ok this got out of hand, I am extremely inspired though I might make a follow up to this :))
we love a crazy dad around these parts, also hi i didn't die, i'm back with a new obsession teehee

A lil about me and the reason I am here…
I married him more than 10 years ago and had 3 wonderful children. We been through ups and downs but never in a million years did I think the person who I thought was my everything would turn to be something unpredictable.
It began 2 years ago when he turned 40 (not sure if the age matters). During a family trip I began to notice unusual behaviors such as flirting on Facebook. My curiosity made me start snooping around. I always trusted him and he never gave me a reason. He is loveable, affectionate and pleased me in every way. I took a look at our phone bill and saw a phone number that stood out. I researched and had that number saved already in my phone (I guess there were issues before with it just did not remember). I asked and the lies began - for a year this number kept coming up to the point I called the woman, who denied any wrong doing. She mentioned they were friends. The red flags continued even when I asked to stop. It continued and all I got was stories and because there was no concrete evidence I would cave it and let it go. Other than calls I still tried to do everything to make it stop by trying to control; fights, left my house for a day, cellphones were broken, found out he had a second phone, stocked him and more. Despite my efforts it did not stop. All I got was “we are friends” “I just help” “it's nothing” etc. He did all in his power to stay connected to her. While still telling me that he loved me, family is everything, he will always be by my side, planning a future and making small changes. So easily convinced was I.
On the second year, I was depressd and he was having a great day and left his phone unattended. I checked and there was some conversation which I sent both a voice note saying go to hell what he do? Laughed. The next day he left the phone unattended again, I remember the new feature on iPhones where you can retrieve deleted messages. I did and the truth finally came out. I read conversations that were intimate, emotional and he told her that he loves her, he will always be with her and did not want to loose her. He vented to her about money and even said that he was tired and did not leave because of the kids and he had no where to go. I was upset and all I got was it was just talking, she likes me and those are things to make her feel good, I am older and someone paid attention, she is good to talk to and we have things in common like upbringing of kids etc. I was destroyed. Still he did what he could to make me feel better and not leave his side. Machismo, pride, selfish man.
After some time I accepted that he had feelings for her even when he denied it. But his feelings for her do not take away what he feels for me. I decided to fight. He said, it would stop and it's done. However, a month later found that he was still talking to her and telling her again he loved her. He told me that he had not been unfaithful, that it was just talking. He thinks cause they have not slept together this was not a reason to leave him. I still do not want to give up. If he loved her then why had he not left I told myself. I spoke to her a few times and she seemed to understand, apologized but admitted that she liked him. She tried to stop but our was not easy because he continuously looking for her. She said that she does not think he loves her and that men lie. She said he loves me and he will not leave his family. She said to fight for my marriage cause he is a good person overall. I saw a few times where she seemed to block him and him begging to unblock.
I read messages where they spent time together, Songs shared, Him being jealous, times where while I was with him getting surgery he reached out to her to tell her, money sent, when we argued he reached out and more. He gave me his location but that was always an issue. The were minor efforts to make me think it was over but I always found. I found out they go to the same gym and still today continues to go knowing how it makes me feel. More happened but this is the idea of what I been dealing with for 2 years. I have tried different tactics such as low to no contact but in a marriage that is hard to maintain. I have disappeared which made him jealous and act out. He basically wants his cake and eat too. Selfish bastard.
This year I started the year positive and with plans to save my marriage but found in a work phone that I opened a series of calls; all day every day and for long periods. I never got calls, attention, and more the way she was getting it. I was hurt cause I am at home waiting for calls, being considerate cause he is working and those moment compared to the calls you can see it was spent giving her attention. No wonder he has not acted right. I knew something was wrong. He lied so much I can no longer trust him. I think he is in love with her and the love he once had for me is gone. He still won't let me go. I decided to continue working on myself and let God. I have no energy and can't stop him. I tried everything and nothing works. I am stuck and praying to God to repair my marriage. I love him and don't want to give up but I have no choice. I am in a constant stage of anxiety and stress. This is not the life I want to continue but am stuck.
He has done nothing to prove to me that he stopped, just the same manipulative tactics and his words never align with his actions. He does not like to be controlled or told what to do. The worse part is that our family, friends and kids know of this and still nothing. He is not remorseful, he is inconsiderate and decipeful. He has mild narcissistic style so you can imagine. The sad part it was never like this… what happen? I am not perfect and maybe neglect and maybe there were things I could have done better but at the end this is all not acceptable and so ready to have a 2nd marriage but with him. But how? He does not like talking about it, sweeps under the rug so I know it has not stopped. He still does not understand what he did, the level that I put this is too much. He says its just talking. He acts like nothing is happening and avoid. He is an avoidant attach and I am anxious so you can imagine.
I am so tired, hurt, confused, and lost… I have to accept this new person and work on changing myself who is the only person I can control…

Perfect
Tumblr media
Summary : You were the perfect padawan and jedi knight. You had everything in line and under control, which may or may not have caused you to catch Obi-Wan Kenobi’s eye.
Warnings : None :) the only thing is the reader is depicted with having longer hair, or long enough hair to pull into a bun. (also not proofread bc im lazy)
Notes : instead of us simping, how about he simps for us? am i right guys? also the start isn’t my favorite and a lil weak. also pt 2, sorry i’ve been dead for over a month now, i havent had motivation to write that much and school is ending which meant testing :) hopefully ill get my motivation back so i can pump out more fics
Ever since you were a youngling and padawan, your master and other jedi praised you for being the perfect example of a new jedi. You got all the training forms down quickly, you were in control of your force abilities and you were always on time to everything.
It wasn’t even hard for you to do so, it was just natural for you. So that’s what stood out Obi-Wan Kenobi the most. You and him had classes together, bunked near each other and advanced around the same pace. You two were knighted around the same time as well.
You even helped Obi-Wan out when his padawan, Anakin, caused him stress and trouble. Especially during the Clone Wars. You were a very put together general and your clone squadron was highly renowned, so you were ready to go help 501st and, if needed, the 212th. In Obi-Wan’s eyes, you were perfect
Now, here you two were, working together again. You were on Obi-Wan’s star destroyer and the two of you, along with both of your clone squadrons, were tasked to go check in on a planet. The Republic had gotten reports of Separatist forces trying to turn the planet against the Republic. You and Obi-Wan were standing around a hologram of the planet with points highlighted where there were attacks.
“I saw we spread our forces out in order to reach all those areas quicker,” Obi-Wan commented, crossing his arms in front of his chest.
You put your hands on your hips. “I agree with General Kenobi. Cody, go tell the men our plan. Once we get on planet, we’ll split into groups then and spread out,” you replied.
Cody saluted you and left, leaving you and Obi-Wan alone. Your gaze fell on Obi-Wan, who was avoiding it. “General Kenobi,” you said, breaking the silence.
His head flicked towards yours, a little bit of blush forming on his cheeks. “Yes General L/N?”
“I’ve been sensing your emotions shifting a lot lately, is everything alright?” You asked, your head titling to the side ever so slightly. Your question made Obi-Wan’s blush increase.
“Uh,” he paused to clear his throat and think of a excuse, “it’s nothing, just some stress with Anakin is all.”
You hummed as a reply and nodded. “Well, we should go get to the transport ships.”
-----
The trip to planet was easy and so was splitting up. Your men, along with the 212th, were assigned a area of the planet to patrol. Once everything was evenly divided, there was still a little bit of land to cover. It was a flat plain of tall grass with a few tall mountain formations in it. You and Obi-Wan both volunteered to cover it with land speeders.
A transport ship dropped you and Obi-Wan off with two land speeders, once again leaving you two alone. You two prepped your bikes and small amount of supplies you had. The sun was close to setting on the planet and you two planned on only taking a few hours. You pulled your hair into a neat bun so it wouldn’t become a mess from riding your speeder. Obi-Wan watched you and how the late day sunlight made you look as if you were a golden goddess.
“Are you ready to go?” You asked, snapping him out of his thoughts as you mounted your speeder.
“Oh, yes,” he quickly replied, following your actions. The two of you set off towards the setting sun, scanners ready and eyes peeled for any separatist action.
A little while into your patrol, you were getting tired of being quiet. Twilight was setting in at that point. “Do you wanna talk about your stress with Anakin? I know you mentioned it earlier and it seems intense, at least from what I can sense,” you said louder than usual, since you were speeding through tall grass.
“Well, um,” Obi-Wan paused to think of a excuse again, “I think him and his padawan are pulling risky moves in their missions.”
“Don’t they complete their missions successfully?”
Obi-Wan mentally slapped himself. Anakin and Ahsoka were very successful their missions, of course you’ve heard about them. “Uh, yeah, well-”
“Bandits.”
“What?”
“Bandits, coming our way on speeders,” you said, switching the gears on your speeder so you could speed away. You turned right and Obi-Wan followed you. After a few moments, you two saw the bandits still on your tail. “We have to shake them!”
“Let’s split up! I see four, we can each take two,” Obi-Wan replied. You nodded and turned right again while Obi-Wan turned left.
You were doing fine until you looked behind you and saw one of the two bandits following had their blaster rifle out and aiming at your speeder. You gasped as they shot. You jumped right as your speeder exploded. Luckily there was tall grass beside you so you weren’t that hurt from the fall. You had to act dead though, you sensed the bandits coming to check that you were.
Obi-Wan heard an explosion behind him and looked, seeing your speeder blow up. His eyes widened as he thought he worse. He quickly made a sharp turn with his speeder and turned around, causing the two bandits following him to crash into each other in confusion.
Obi-Wan sped over to where you were, seeing the two other bandits speeding over to him. He jumped off his speeder and grabbed his lightsaber, activating it. As the two speeders were barreling towards him, Obi-Wan simply inhaled and exhaled. Then raced towards them, slicing through both of them. The bandits jumped off their destroyed speeders and hopped onto Obi-Wan’s, stealing it and riding off. Obi-Wan stood their for a moment before deactivating his lightsaber and running to find you.
You sat yourself up and rubbed your head. Obi-Wan quickly made his way over to you and crouched beside you. “Did they take your speeder?” You asked.
“Yes, come on. I think I see a cave not to far from here. We can stay there for the night and you can contact Cody. My comm link was on my speeder,” Obi-Wan answered, helping you up. Your hair was messy now from the fight and your clothes were dirty from falling on the ground.
“My comm link is a little bit busted, but I think the tracker still works on it. We can activate that once we’re safe,” you replied, following Obi-Wan as he lead you to the cave that he had seen.
--
Obi-Wan was able to make a fire while you tried to fix your comm link’s tracker. You two sat in silence, the fire crackling every once in a while. Obi-Wan watched as you worked, so focused on what you were doing. Some of your hair had fallen out of it’s bun, framing your face. Obi-Wan smiled to himself.
“There, I think I fixed it,” you said, breaking Obi-Wan out of his trance. You pressed a button and moved over to the opening of the cave. “It may take a while to reach the ship since the signal isn’t that strong. I think setting it over here will give it a better chance to reach.”
You sighed and leaned your head against the cave wall, a wave of tiredness washing over you.
“If you want, you can get some rest. I’ll take first watch,” Obi-Wan said, moving over to where you were so he could see outside. You smiled as a thank you then closed your eyes.
You were making it harder for Obi-Wan to ignore his feelings for you. Attachments were forbidden by the jedi. With you being the perfect jedi, he didn’t want to be the reason you messed up. No matter how much a struggle it was for him.
Only a little bit in his watch, he felt something heavy fall on his shoulder. He looked over and saw your head there as quiet snores escaped your mouth. Obi-Wan smiled then went back to watching outside. Though, it wouldn’t be long until he got tired and leaned his against yours as he fell asleep.
--
The morning light shined through the cave entrance and woke you and Obi-Wan up. Your fire had died out a while ago, only the ashes and burnt ground left behind. Your comm link was right where you left it. You got up tiredly and picked it up to check on it.
Obi-Wan stretched a little while you looked around outside. Moments later, you went back into the cave. “There’s a transport ship landing right now,” you said, taking Obi-Wan’s hand and leading him out.
He felt his face heat up at your touch. You didn’t let go of his hand as you two watched the transport ship land in the field below. “Obi-Wan, one last thing,” you started to say.
“What is it?” Obi-Wan replied.
You pressed a kiss to his cheek before letting go of his hand and making your way down to the transport ship. Obi-Wan smiled and touched where you kissed on his cheek. He watched as you met up with Cody in the field and started to explain what happened on your patrol together. Obi-Wan sighed happily before making his way down to you. You were so perfect to him.

“Not My Bias”: Park Jimin Imagine: Plus Size Reader
Tumblr media
Park Jimin Imagine Summary: Jimin is upset because he is not the chosen bias of his girlfriend but instead it's actually Namjoon.   A/N: Also, this is just an imagine, a oneshot if you will.  However, if you want to see more of the story, just let me know.   Extra: Plus Size.  Also, woman is older than the man by a few years. Pre-established relationship, Jimin is dating an Army, ft Platonic moments with Yoongi.   Warning: Fluff, Angst, mentions of suicide and issues with mental health, arguing, jealously... teeeeennnnnnsssssiiiooonn.   Anyway, yeah. ----
Flared nostrils and a deep breath.
'He's just having a day.  Let it go.  He's just in a mood.'
The thought swirled around in that head like smoke.
"Babe, you were all over him.  I don't know how you can think that's ok? If I had done that to someone you would've flipped out!" Jimin's voice sounded.
Regardless of the fact that Jimin was continuously all over people because he was very affectionate and naturally flirty.
Also, regardless of the fact that he literally had millions of people ready to volunteer like Katniss for the Hunger Games at the drop of a hat.
Regardless of the fact that it was very much clear as to how much he was loved and adored by his partner.
Still.
'Don't snap.  Don't lash out.  Just let it go.'
The thought swirled less like smoke and more like the unstable circle of terror that was the beginnings of a hurricane.
"I mean, fuck, you might as well just be with him.  You were practically eye fucking him right in front of me."
Stone cold.
Every thought brewing in that mind was screaming to let it go, to talk to him calmly, to just fix it.
But that's not what happened.
Because even though Jimin was clearly feeling insecure and it had turned into jealously... you had feelings too.
You slowly turned to look at him.
Jimin's gaze was hard as he looked back.
He had that about him where one second he could be cute and adorable and the next he could be very intimidating.
However, his duality was no match for yours in that moment.
"Jimin, you've got about three seconds to apologize." you said evenly.
"Apologize?" He scoffed.  "For what? Apologize for calling the bullshit when I see my girlfriend trying to fuck one of my best friends right in front of me?"
That was it.
You had a long fuse on a big bomb and right now... you weren't just a stick of dynamite.
You were a nuclear bomb.
You ran your tongue over your teeth trying in vain to calm down.
"First of all, fuck you." you snapped and his brows lifted on his forehead.  "Yeah I said it.  Don't you ever insinuate that I am anything less to faithful to you.  God dammit, Jimin.  I didn't want to have a fucking fight with you but since you seem so hell bent on it, let's go.  It's time for war, mother fucker."
His gaze intensified at your response, "Don't you talk to me like -"
"Me?!" you snapped. "You want to talk about me? You're the one who stood right there, basically called me a whore and accused me of fucking your friend! Who by the way, you owe a god damn apology to! He didn't do anything to you and you've been a dick the whole day!"
It was the wrong thing to say and you knew it.
Bringing up Namjoon during a fight, especially considering the context was the worse thing you could've done.
It further ignited his anger and his jealously all but consumed him.
But you didn't care.
He may have started the fire but you brought the gasoline.
"That's just great, Y/N.  Wonderful.   Exactly the way to convince your boyfriend that you're not fucking someone else.  Defending them in the middle of an argument."
Your screaming had clearly drawn attention and the door opened to reveal Jin's concerned face.
He said something but the two of you were too far gone in trying to outscream each other to hear him.
"That you started!" you snapped at Jimin.
"I was trying to talk to you!"
"You were accusing me!"
"Because it was obvious!"
You were shaking when Yoongi's head popped in beside Jin's but you paid them no mind even when Hobi appeared in the doorway.
"Guys, come on." Hobi said trying to calm you both down.  "Don't do this."
"Come on. Let's go get some food and chill out." Jin offered, knowing very well how Jimin's temper could be and also how he could say some horrible things when he really didn't mean them.
He had a sinking feeling that they'd already been said though and there wasn't much that could be done.
"What was so obvious to you, Jimin? Hm? I am a fan.  You know this? I was an Army before I ever met you.  This was abundantly clear to you from the beginning.  Did you really think that there would never be moments when I wouldn't be starstruck occasionally?" you seethed. "Because I'm sorry I'm not perfect Park fucking Jimin! I'm human!"
His jaw tightened and he narrowed his eyes at you.
"That's not what this is about." he said.
"Yeah, the fuck, it is." you snapped.  "Listen, I'm about to make myself abundantly clear about something.  You don't fucking know me as well as you seem to think you do."
"Clearly." he responded and you had to fight the urge not to strangle him.
Yoongi almost rolled his eyes at Jimin and his fucking mouth.
The rest of the members had joined the chaos at this point and you... you just no longer cared.
You were ready to go to war.
Fuck it all.
You drew a deep breath in through your nose, staring at the carpet before lifting your eyes up to Jimin's again.
"You seem to think that you have me completely figured out and you know everything about me.  But you don't know shit, Jimin.  Just because we've been dating for three months does not mean that you suddenly know every thought in my head.  But you're about to find some shit out about me right now."
"You're right. I don't know wh-"
"Shut the fuck up." you said coldly.  "You want to know so god damn badly why Namjoon is my bias?  Fine, I'll tell you and you can either deal with it or you can continue to be a spoiled, selfish little brat.  I don't really care anymore."
He would've fought you for calling him that but internally something stopped him.
"I was never into this type of music.  It wasn't my thing.  I listened to metal and classic rock.  That was what I liked.   So BTS was never really in my statosphere.  But a few years ago, I was at my lowest. My husband had cheated on me leading me to file for an immediate divorce.  I had just lost our baby and I was wrecked.   I didn't want to do it anymore.  So let me paint you a picture here, Jimin.  I was standing in my childhood bedroom because I couldn't bare to be in that house where he fucked his secretary.   I'm standing there in front of my little vanity from when I was a kid and I had my grandpa's pistol loaded, the barrel in my mouth.  My finger was on the trigger and I started to press down."
Jimin, all with everyone else, had gone completely pale.
"And then suddenly my cousin's stereo starts thudding from the other side of the wall.  And it's "Voice" from Joon's first mixtape and I stopped.  Because for the first time in a long time, I felt like someone understood what I was going through.   I put the gun down and I saw there on the floor with my ear pressed against the wall listening to that song.  I cried until I couldn't breathe because no one had ever put my feelings into words like that before.  That song.  Those lyrics.  They saved me.   I put the gun away as if it had burned me,  I cried because I had been so close to ending it all over someone else who wasn't worth it.  I went home that night, researched the lyrics and figured out who wrote them and then I began listening to anything and everything that Namjoon had a hand in creating.  Because it was those words that kicked me back off the ledge."
Jimin was completely still at this point.
No movement.
No sound.
No nothing.
You were staring straight into his soul in that moment.
"So you'll have to excuse me if ever so often I get a little starstruck with the person who literally wrote the wrong that kept me from killing myself." you said lowly.
You finally looked around to see the rest of the members there, skin heating with embarassment that they'd just watched you and Jimin verbally rip each other's throats out and then hear your suicide attempt story.
You looked at Jimin once more before you shook your head and pushed your way through the members.
Several tried to comfort you but you didn't want to hear it.
You just wanted out.
And that was exactly what you did, shoving through the door and disappearing from sight.
Immediately, upon the slam of the door, Jimin erupted into tears, crashing to the ground.
He hadn't known any of that.
Taehyung rushed to his side, pulling him into his arms and trying to calm him down enough to function.
Yoongi pursed his lips before going after you.
He knew what it was like to pick at old scars like that and how fresh those old wounds could still be.
He caught up to you rather easily, insisting that you let him take you out to eat.
You fought him on it but he did something that he rarely ever did.
He pulled out his super power on you and used his cuteness.
And you couldn't resist the lil meow meow so you caved... just like he knew you would.
You didn't mind it as much as you thought you would.
Yoongi didn't push you and instead the two of just enjoyed a meal together.
You fought him over the check but he already slipped the waitress his card before you could even get a word in edgewise.
Then he took you to a local dog park, watching puppies chase their own tails because he knew it was impossible to watch dogs smack into each other and not smile.
He didn't force you to talk or to address what had just happened.
But what he did do was stay with you, offer you kindness, made sure you ate and did something that made you smile.
He reached out to place his hand on yours and gave it a squeeze.
"I won't pretend that I know what you've been through.  I'm not that arrogant and I'm not you.  But I do understand what it's like to get to a point where you don't want to do it anymore." he said as the two of you focused on a pomeranian with an attitude problem who reminded you both of Yeontan.
"You can talk to me.  Anytime." he said.  "I know I don't usually say alot but I'll listen. I promise."
"Thanks, Yoongi.  I'm fine.  I promise.  I'm alot better now.  I'm not the person I used to be.   Things are different.  Jimin just really hit a nerve with what he was saying and I snapped." you explained.
He nodded with a sigh.
"Jimin is someone who is full of emotion.  He's passionate.  That sometimes means that he loses his temper when he's scared.  He loves you and he's more insecure about losing you than he lets on.   He didn't express that in the right way at all.  I won't defend him on that.  I'm just saying, don't give up just because you two had a fight.  A hell of one, mind you.  Do you realize that you're terrifying when you're angry?"
You finally broke into a laugh at his words.
"I thought Jimin was the scary one." you commented, knowing very well that every single one of them collectively thought Jimin was terrifying when he was really angry.
"Shit, he's a punk compared to you." Yoongi chuckled. "You looked like an absolute demon.  If I hadn't seen it for myself, I'd have never believed sweet Y/N looked like she was forged in the fires of hell."
You nearly snorted at his response before finally looking over at him.
"Thanks, Yoongi.  Really.  You made me feel a lot better." you admitted. "I'm glad you came after me.  This was much better than how I likely would've handled it."
"How would you have handled it?" he questioned.
"Probably something self sabotaging and toxic as hell." you shrugged. "Or maybe I just would've cried when I cooled off.  Or took off.  I've been known to jump in the car and just keep driving when I'm angry.  It's literally me running from my problems but for the lazy because fuck that.  I'm not running from anybody.  Zombies can just eat this ass."
He shook with laughter.
It was one of the reasons he liked you a lot and he thought you were perfect for Jimin.
You were naturally funny and had a great wit about you... and you were tough.
You needed to be tough if you were going to date someone who worked in the business they did.
You don't fall in love with the idol, you fall for the person.... but that person still has a job and to be their partner is really hard.
It wasn't for the weak of heart.
The two of you sat there for a while.
You'd turned your phone off almost instantly as soon as you cleared the building, not even entertaining the thought of dealing with any questions.
You assumed that Yoongi had likely told someone he was with you since he'd been with you for hours and no one was calling him.
You took in his profile as he watched a squirrel run up a tree.
You could practically see him thinking.
"Just spit it out." you sighed and his lips quirked just a little before looking at you.
"What makes you think I have something to say?" he questioned.
"Because, unfortunately, we are too much alike in some ways." you said.
He chuckled, "All I'm going to say is, cut Jimin some slack.   He's crazy about you.   Anyone can see that.   And also, give him a chance to digest everything you just told him today.  That was a lot.   You know that better than anyone."
"I didn't mean to tell him like that." you shrugged. "I didn't mean to tell him that at all."
"Why not?" Yoongi asked, very seriously.  "You love Jimin right?"
"Yeah, of course." you said.
"And you trust him?" he said.
"Yeaaahhh." you said.
"Then how come you haven't talked to him about that before?" he asked.
"Because we've only been together for three months, Yoongi and we haven't spent a ton of time with one another in those three months. You don't just blurt your past suicide attempts out to people like that." you all but snapped.
You were getting defensive and he knew it.
But Yoongi also knew that you were only being like that because he'd hit a nerve.
He knew because he was like that at times.
"You were friends before you got together." he pointed out. "I know you're an Army. I get it.  But you and Jimin clicked at that fan event that day.  Don't get me wrongs.  He's a hopeless flirt but Jimin has never willingly forked over his phone number like that.   He didn't even know your name and he was hooked."
You ground your teeth because you knew he was right.
"All I'm saying is, give him a chance.  He's jealous of Joon.  He can't help it.  A part of him wants to be your bias because he's your boyfriend.  I can get that." Yoongi shrugged.
"It's not like Joon is my bias is a romantic way, Yoongi." you sighed.  "I literally just -"
"I know." Yoongi cut you off.  "I know.  I get it.  Trust me.  We are all painfully aware of that situation now."
You chewed on your lip, vulnerable at having your business out there like that.
"Hey." he said reaching for your hand.  "I didn't meant that to come off the way it did.  I'm glad we know.  I wish you hadn't felt like you were so backed into the corner that you had to come out with it like that.  But still, it's good to know that about you.   I think it'll bring us closer as a group."
You just nodded.
He sighed, "Listen, I'm gonna tell you something that I think we'll help.   Men are rather simple in a lot of ways.  Some not so much but others- incredibly so."
You lifted a brow at him.
"Ok?"
"Explain that Joon's work inspires you and it helped you through a lot." he said.
"I literally just-"
"No, stop and listen to me." he cut you off.  "Explain that you admire Namjoon and his work. You love his writing.   This is also true for me or Hobi right?  You and I have talked for hours about some of my stuff and I know you and Hobi sat there and dissected Hope World for like three days.   You admire the work, the lyrics, the content, right?"
"Well, yeah, but-"
"I know that it's a little different with Joon because his song was the first one you'd heard and it was a rather traumatic time.  So there's somewhat of an emotional attachment there.  And honestly, I think that's what Jimin is so scared of." he said.
"Scared of what?  It's music and yeah, I love the way Joon writes and yeah it was a crazy time but I'm in love with Jimin." you argued.
"Jimin is scared that Namjoon could take you away from him." Yoongi said directly.
"What?" you gasped. "But I love Jimin."
"I know that." Yoongi said.  "Everyone knows that. But he also knows how much you obsess over anything Joon writes."
"It's good music." you said.
Yoongi nodded, "Yeah, it is.  But Jimin has likely got it in his head that you could easily just run off with Joon and have this philosophical conversations about poetry and lyrics.  I'd be willing to be money on it that he's insecure because you didn't start out loving BTS, you started out loving RM.   And that scares him."
"It was never about loving RM or BTS." you countered. "I needed those lyrics.  I liked RM as a musician.  I liked BTS as a group.  But I fell in love with Jimin.  And I'll tell you another god damn thing, I never fucking meant to either! I didn't want to love anyone after that shit happened!"
Your temper was flaring, which truthfully was dangerous, as Yoongi could match you in it.
But he also realized you were just very sensitive right now and not actually angry so he just watched you calmly.
"I didn't want to fall in love with anyone.  Ever again, Yoongi.  I was terrified.  I'm still terrified.  But I met Jimin and he fucking smiled at me and I crumbled.  It wasn't really about me falling in love with him.  I jumped head first into the darkness because even though it scared me shitless, I didn't care.  He's worth it.  No matter what."
You didn't realize that you'd gotten to your feet until Yoongi was smiling at you and he gently nodded over your shoulder.
You turned around and there he was.
Of course.
Jimin.
With his expressive dark eyes and his dreamy lips.
As cliche as it is, it was almost as if time stopped.
There was nothing else but Jimin and you.
It became a race to get to one another and as soon as you got within arms reach of each other, your kisses were feverent.
"I'm sorry's" and "No I'm sorry" and "You didn't do anything wrong"  "I was just jealous" "No, no, no"
They all clanged together in a jumbled mess of mutterings slurred with kisses.
"Joon is not my bias, Jimin." you breathed.
"Baby, it's fine.  It's not a big deal.  I just got a little -"
"No, listen." you breathed.  "He's not.  I admire him.  I admire his work.  But he's not my bias.  I don't have a bias."
Jimin pulled back to look at you, "What?"
"I don't have a bias." you clarified.  "I don't pick favorites."
"Uh..." he said.
"I don't have a bias." you repeated. "But I do have something else.  Something super special."
"What's that?" he asked, brows furrowed.
"A keeper." you said.
"A keeper?" he asked.
"Yep, the keeper of my heart.  Only one person can be that and that's you."
It was cheesy.
Ridiculously so.
But Jimin melted for you and he squeezed your soft body to his so tightly that you could barely breathe.
And all the while, Min Yoongi sat on that park bench, watching the scene from the corner of his eye, a smirk tugging at his lips.
Smug grin ever permanent on his impish features.
"Lil Meow Meow strikes again..." he whispered to himself.

Seungmin never liked your cooking, or at least, he’d often mumble this into his spoon while beginning his second serving. He was probably just being nice, or respectful. Your best friend of four years had never been less.
Aside from the fact the he had a 70 pound golden retriever, never had you once seen a strand of that golden hair cling to the cloth of his winter coats. In the autumn, he would drive you in his hand-me-down ‘91 Mitsubishi to the city where you would tutor the English students just so you wouldn’t have to bear the cold of the subway. In the summers he would toss soju down his throat with you, sitting on the carpet of your living room and turning his head to the side with a hand raised to hide his glass. In the spring, he would remember your birthday--several months before his--and take you to coffee shops and bookstores, then the grocery store (which he knew you hated) and would buy for you the most expensive beef he could find.
You would cook the meat for the two of you, and he would say that he liked it...even if you had charred it black on the edges.
Seungmin flicked at the little aluminum tab on his beer can while he watched you murder yet another plate of perfectly fine vegetables on your stovetop.
“At least it smells nice.” You flipped the circle of white onion.
“It does.” He returned, nonchalant, flicking the beer tab a little poink.
“You’re being uncharacteristically quiet. Too tired to complain about those dicks from the marketing team? They put you on a shitty pitch again didn’t they?”
“Every pitch is a shitty pitch there. God, you wouldn’t believe the kinds of slogans that they make me say sometimes. It’s humiliating.”
“Hey, you’re the one that took the pay raise over that job at that high school.”
“Well, you didn’t have rent staring you dead in the face and a dog that’s practically active and sentient enough to be a real child.” He slugged down a sip of his drink. “I’m a single father you know.”
“As if!” You choked out your laughter. “Since when did you turn into Hyunjin? You were never one for dramatics anyway.”
“Go get your vegetables, they’ll burn.” He nodded his head to the stove. The thing was, they were already burnt.
You salvaged what you could of the vegetables then placed them over your rice balls (not intended to be balls in the first place) and the chicken strips which had undoubtedly been seasoned just a little too much. You slid the ceramic bowl in front of him. At least it was steaming. That was a good sign.
Seungmin nodded a little in thanks, then let out a less than obvious sigh before taking his first bite.
“Spicy...but good.”
The way that his breath sounded thin made it convincing enough to you that it wasn’t just “spicy.”
He scrunched up his face in that adorably puppy-like way that you had long gotten used to.
“Really. Tell me. It isn’t the pitches. Don’t pretend like I can’t read you.”
Your best friend squeezed his eyes shut with a rather generous slug of his beer. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“Whaaaat?” You whined a little while opening up your own can. “Oh my god. It’s that girl from the art division. She has a boyfriend doesn’t she? Dammit.”
“No.” Your friend drew the disdain in his eyes up to you from the chicken that had made his nose start to run. He wiped at it quickly.
“I hope it’s not my mother that’s getting to you. She’s too damn nosy for her own good and twice as cocky as she should be. Don’t listen to her. What did she tell you anyway?”
Seungmin poked at his food with his fork then twisted a crispy-tipped red pepper. “Have you talked to him again?”
“--Minho?”
You shied at the memory of meeting him on his morning run two days prior. He would go out at nearly 8:00 on the dot every morning, just when the sun started to peek into the dewy pink and blue mornings.
“You should put on a sweater if you’re going to get up this early for those plants of yours. Don’t want you catching a cold.”
“Yes.” You answered your friend. A tiny ache pinged at your chest--and it wasn’t the kind that felt all twisted. “He asked me to watch the meteor shower with him this weekend. I hope I can cook something edible for him.”
Seungmin’s knee bounced, “Aren’t you at least at little suspicious of him?”
“Suspicious? Why would I be?”
“You hardly even know anything about him, or where he came from, what he does for a living--”
“--Now you’re starting to sound like my mother Seung. Relax. Besides, sometimes it doesn’t take much to feel...comfortable around a person. I mean, look at us! Soju nights started like, three weeks after we met. And I do know where he works. He works for a company that makes windows; fancy ones.”
“Windows?” He cocked a brow.
“He did say that it was kind of boring...”
“I just--” Your friend sighed out, resting anxious hands on his knees. Here he was again, being nice and respectful, like always. “--You could get hurt if you’re not careful.”
“What?”
“I’m saying, don’t get your hopes up.”
“Geez Seung...” Your voice trailed off with a different pain in your chest. This was the kind that twisted.
His expression softened, and he lent a hand to your shoulder, lingering, squeezing lightly. “Your mom...she told me to look after you...not like I do that already with you falling all over yourself and burning things...I don’t want to see you get hurt.”
“Hm. Thanks.”
“You’re also miserable to deal with when you’re sad. You make me blow my grocery budget with how much frickin’ ice cream and freezer tater tots you force me to get.”
“You like those tater tots too though.”

Bomi purred in your lap swaddled into a little ball of white, orange, black and brown. She was napping, or rather, trying to nap with the way that her little cat-shaped eyes blinked slowly. You tried your best to soak every little moment of it up: you knew that with her, it would be fleeting. There was something supremely calming about being close to your little furball like this. After all the love that you poured over her in the form of useless cat toys and new cat food every week, this somehow made it all worth it.
You tapped lightly at your keyboard, not too harshly, just lightly enough so that you wouldn’t startle your sleeping cat. The tips of your toes were cold, but you didn’t dare to move to grab a blanket to ruin the moment. Outside, a light spring rain befell on your small cement patio. Droplets of the warm showers patted at the roof of your home softly.
Your eyes had grown tired and dry at this late hour, but the end of the chapter was near. One more time you hovered your mouse over the little notification bar, clicking at it for that one last push of motivation:
Bomi needs to quit MESSING AROUND. Blaze is right in front of her!!! Ahhhh I want them to get together soooo bad
Is Herbie okay?? Poor bb, its so cute how we would do anything for Bomi.
Bomi:
Blaze:
*now kiss*
Are we really getting to the end of Book 1??? This has been such an amazing story N/n, I always look forward to your updates <3 they make my Thursdays hehe
I can feel like something big and bad is coming...oh no...I hope that Blaze and Bomi make it through
A thankful little chuckle hummed on your lips, then you pressed enter to start a new paragraph.
“Oh Bomi,” You exhaled, “If only Blaze knew how you felt too.”
Chapter 27
...The group journeyed through the cavern with flickering white flames dancing and casting shadows on the stone walls dripping in stalactites. Bomi held on to the hilt of her sword tighter with a sense of dread creeping up her throat. Blaze looked onward, much as he had been doing these days.
His leg was wrapped in a bloodied bandage: a reminder of the battle won against the Boar in Hilgram. He had jumped in front of her as he had countless times before.
“Hello??” Blaze’s voice echoed against the long and winding chambers of the cave. In his tone he was confident, but his shoulders still shook with an uncertainty.
Herbie’s little hedgehog feet patted the damp floor, and he looked up at his Princess with fear in his soft black eyes. The little velvet banner wrapped around his body had been torn and tattered from one too many battles.
Had it been darker, Bomi wondered if she had reached out for Blaze’s hand to find in him. She shook her head with her resolve, eyes painfully shut. It was only in the darkness that she allowed herself to want for him.
₍⸍⸌̣ʷ̣̫⸍̣⸌₎
Today must be one of those spring-summer days.
Your warbled reflection chased after you in the blue glass of the university’s library windows. You had hoped that no one was on the other side watching you as you wrinkled up your nose to look like one of those devilish gargoyles that you had been writing of the night before. From the inside, rows and rows of books were lined up perfectly, however there were almost no students inside. It always did make you a little sad how few students would be there when you clocked in for your mandatory office hours.
Spring-summer days meant that the businesswomen on the sidewalks had exchanged with trousers with flowing skirts and little clicky ballet flats and each businessman had his tie and collar tugged down. There was a comforting warmth to the spring air that reminded you of your own college days when you and your friends--long gone now--had stayed up late to study, then would scour the buzzing streets for snacks. Things were much simplier then.
At the library’s entrance, budding tulips and geraniums of light purple hues were greeted by round bumblebees. Had the city not been as loud as it was, you could nearly hear the cicadas in the park on the east edge of the shining silver building.
You bowed slightly to the attendant at the desk who always would smile at you with adorable smiling eyes to match. She would often wear earrings of strange shapes that you had never seen before. She wore a lanyard too that had little cat paw prints decorating it; it was because of this you knew she was someone you could trust.
“Are you having a nice week?” You said to her customarily.
“Oh, I am. It’s always the same around here. My daughter will be having her baby soon! Sometimes I think that I’m more excited than she is.”
“You’ll have to tell me when that happens so I can bring her a gift, okay?”
The attendant smiled warmly, and nodded you off with a little oh, you don’t have to.
“Remember your key card this time?” She watched as you jingled around your own keys with the obsessive amount of plastic and silicon keychains.
You tsked. It seemed like nearly everyone in your life had now known how forgetful you tended to be sometimes.
“Yes. Don’t worry about me. I’ll be over there.”
Once more the two of you exchanged little bows and you made your way over to the back of the four storied library with the atrium of trees in between. There was a marble fountain encircled by the trees that had little oval shaped leaves. Two tiny birds, all black, bounced from branch to branch. It was your secret, but you had written about that fountain many times in your writing, but you were the only one who knew that it was real.
You tapped the reader to hear that familiar do-do doot along with the flash of the green lock. As always, the study room was a bit messy with eraser shavings sprinkled about and the odd dry marker laying next to the trashcan where someone had tried to toss it in, but had missed. The minute hand on the wall clock scooted right on to the 12.
“Are you busy?” That fluff on white hair peeked into your study room just like clockwork.
“For my favorite student? Do you even have to ask?”
Jeongin, the oldest and most attentive student in your class hopped in with his adorably boy-ish charm. Regardless of the fact that he was in the last year of his grad degree, it was impossible for him to look that old. You didn’t have the heart to tell him, but he technically shouldn’t have been in your class for undergrads, but you weren’t going to stop him.
“Why’d you decide to take this class anyway?” You would ask him.
He’d answer, “For fun.” with that cute little smile of his.
“I hope I’m not bothering you.”
“I just got here.” You pulled out a seat for him.
“Oh. Good. I was wondering if you could proof read my short story again. I’m having trouble with the ending. I just don’t think I understand all the way how to make it full circle like you said in lecture.”
He unzipped his leather backpack: obviously a gift from someone in his family that must have thought it would make him look his age. It didn’t. What didn’t help further was how he had adorned it with all kinds of keychains; much like your own keys. It was because of this that you knew he was someone you could trust.
His manuscript already had dozens of scribbles in his own handwriting with tons of question marks riddling the margins.
“Let me take a look.”
You skimmed the pages of the short story--one which you had already read the week prior--for all of his new edits. The notes made it a bit hard to read, but you were used to how he would make a mess of his papers now. He leaned in close to you with glossy eyes that might have even twinkled a little like a cartoon. Both of his knees bounced furiously while he watched you read, and would look from the paper, to your face, then back to the paper, then back to your face...
“Is-is it good? Better?”
Jeongin had written a love story. His first one that you had known of. It was about a boy and a girl who had met on an airplane, and had been seated together. The two of them found out that they had shared so much about their two lives without ever meeting until this very moment. They had realized they went to the same high school, worked in the same building, and were travelling for the same reason: to meet up with someone that they had once loved. It was beautiful, tragic, and in some ways, familiar.
“I think that it’s wonderful Jeongin. The edits that you made to it from last week really help with the narrative flow as well as the vertical plot. You’re really good at asking the deeper questions behind the piece like “why are they really there,” and “why is it important that they are there.” All you need to do is tie it up.”
“But howwww?” Jeongin slumped in his wheely chair. “What should I say?”
“Well...” You tapped your pen to your lip. “The ending scene is when they land at the airport right? Why don’t you have your main character say something that calls back to all of their similarities and makes it seem like they’ve known eachother all along?”
“But I don’t want it to seem like they’re going to forget eachother.”
“They won’t. You established that they’ve both found something different than what they were looking for in the first place.”
Your student’s face tangled up into concentrated knots and he puffed those thin strands of bleached white hair away from his eyes.
“I could say...‘see you at home’? Or...maybe that’s too cheesy--”
“--No it’s not! If you like it, I think that it also fits the story well. Its like, now they understand, and they’ve got something in eachother now that they hadn’t had before; also juxtaposing with your themes of travelling to make a reference to home.”
“Damn, you’re much better at this kind of stuff than I am...” Jeongin wrote down the new ending on his print out.
“Its just...what I like to do.”
“I’m glad I came.” He grinned out with his mischievous and trademark smile. “How’s your story going by the way? Almost finished?”
“Oh...”
A heat rose in your cheeks. You had decided to tell Jeongin about Princess Bomi a few weeks back, but you had neglected to tell him exactly what the story was about. That was a secret better kept to yourself.
“Its...good. I think. My readers seem to really like it.”
“Maybe you’ll let me read it someday. I bet there would be tons of other people who would like to read it too, you know, outside of the internet.”
“That’s what I’ve been told...” Hyunjin’s urgings echoed in your head. “Maybe...” Your eyes wandered to those scribblings of his. “How about we make a deal?”
“What kind of deal?”
“Once we get both of our stories sorted, lets submit them together. I’m sure people would like to read yours too.”
“Mine?!” Your adorable student’s face flushed as deeply pink as the sweater he wore. “Oh no, no no no no no.”
“I’m telling you it’s good! Its relatable, raw, well written. It never hurts to try. How about submitting it for the literary journal they do at the end of the semester?”
“You mean the one that all the arts majors read and fuckin’ eviscerate?? Hell no.”
“Hey, I could get eviscerated too by my chief editor.”
Jeongin gulped with his terrified, brown, cartoon-character glistening eyes boring holes into his manuscript.
You sang, “~Wanna go down together~?”
“A-as long as we’re going down together...I guess it’s worth a shot.”
“Alright then!!”
He made a little sound of disgust, then shoved his papers back into his much-too-old-for-him bag. “That was all I needed to ask you for. Thank you.” He bowed with respect. “I won’t be bothering you for too long today.”
“You wrote a good story Jeongin.”
“Mm. Thank you.” His smile turned into a tiny flustered line.

STUPID NEW CAT FOOD. AGAIN.
In one hand, you held the crinkled up grocery list with angry doodles of your cat folded into the corners of the page. You didn’t quite know if cats had eyebrows like the ones you had drawn onto your cat’s smug face, but you were for certain that this cat must’ve had them...and they were angry.
Bomi had selfishly decided at the end of your week that she no longer liked the last brand of cat food that you had found on the shelves of the grocery store. It was the brand stored next to the one that you had nearly concussed Minho with.
You were at your wits end. There must have been something wrong with your cat--to hell with her being a picky eater. Maybe she really was just a little alien inside there. A little alien that hated cat food. The image of you sitting at your dining table across from Bomi eating two plates of people food crossed your mind. She picked up the fork with her white paw and dabbed at her mouth with a cloth napkin. The idea didn’t seem the most out of reach.
In your other hand was your phone opened to the maps app with the small blue dot leading you to the specialty pet store.
“Damn spoiled, stuck up, good for nothing, pain in my as--”
“Hey! Blossom??”
Your head whipped around so fast you cracked the bones of your neck with a startling pop. You rubbed at your neck to ease the pain.
“You okay?”
At first you figured you must have dreamt him up in your neck-induced-pain. You cursed at your overactive imagination, still just as strong as it was when you had been small.
Blaze in the flesh he was alllll the way from his battered Converse to his stupidly handsome curly hair.
You laughed out incredulously with a hand still glued to the back of your neck.
“Didn’t think that I would be seeing you around here again. Or at least, I was kind of hoping that I would.”
He marched right up to you with that same smile you had pictured on Princess Bomi’s companion countless times before. Today he wore a leather jacket over the arms that you knew were covered in all kinds of flowers and vines. It hadn’t quite hit you yet that he had said he was hoping to see you.
“Sorry if I startled you. I was just...really surprised.”
“You’re fine, it’s fine.”
You neck didn’t tell you it was fine.
“What are you doing around here?”
“Pet store.” Was all you could get out. It shouldn’t have come as a surprise to you, but for someone who worked at a flower shop, he did end up smelling an awful lot like flowers. It was a sweet aroma, much like your garden.
“Ahh, I just got off.”
You walked on, also not noticing that he had started to follow you a couple steps behind.
“I realized I didn’t get your name last time.”
“Oh. It’s Y/n.”
He hummed with a smirk. “I do kinda like Blossom more.” He crammed his hands into his pants pockets with a wistful little sigh. “Pretty nickname for someone as pretty as yourself.”
“Psh. Stop.” You had said it sarcastically, but you didn’t intend for your heart to skip as harshly as it did when he had said so.
“You’ve got a pet then? Dog? Cat?”
“Cat. Just one.”
“I wish I could take care of a pet like that. Don’t think I would be too good at it though. I see myself as more of a plant person. They’re quiet, don’t do too much, and they sort of love you back in their own way.”
“How's that?”
“By growing. And flowering. Changing colors and looking good in your windowsill. Nothing too crazy.”
“I...guess I can see what you mean.”
He flicked at the black hoop pierced into his lip in the way that you certainly hadn’t forgotten; and you were one for forgetting much.
“Mind if I go in with you? I don’t have a whole lot going on.”
Jisung. You had also remembered his name. He carried Blaze with him in the way that he had that fiery glint in his eye like he knew he was getting away with something. He was brash and forward, and charming as all hell. The sunset of blood orange and cotton candy pink seemed to melt into his shoulders where he stood before you in the golden hour of the evening. A yellow carnation was tucked into the pocket of his jacket.
“You don’t have to...”
He had already made up his mind, and swung open the door to the pet shop neighboring the floral shop. You didn’t know how you had missed it.
The squawking of birds chimed with the bells hung over the shop door.
“You coming?” He held it open for you.
You sheepishly entered before him, nearly tripping on the little incline to the entrance and catching yourself three seconds before disaster.
Jisung prompted, “Lead the way.”
Normally you would have been concerned over the cleanliness of the store, but that seemed insignificant compared to the way that he looked around all in his Blaze-like wonder. He widened his eyes at the rows of fish tanks and twiddled with the little feather cat toys at the ends of the isles.
Granted, he seemed much more immersed in the kinds of aquatic plants and moss balls that they had rather than the cute bunnies and mice, but still, you couldn’t help but shy away when he caught your glances.
“Glad that I joined ya Blossom.”
₍⸍⸌̣ʷ̣̫⸍̣⸌₎
There was something about Minho that felt like a lullaby. He wore a lavender colored sweater when he arrived at your doorstep: of course it was pooling into paws at his hands as always. The collar dipped deep enough for you to see the tops of his collarbones, and they were gorgeous and curved. His eyes wrinkled a little under his wire framed glasses when he would smile: that of which would also look like the little grin of a bunny. Effortlessly his brown hair kissed his forehead.
He would speak softly and carefully, and listen to everything that you had said to him as if it was the most important thing in the world. His feet were too big for your spare pair of house slippers and he had a tiny hole in his khaki pants right by the waistline. Minho greeted Bomi with a tiny “aigoo” and she let him sweep her up into his arms where he bounced her lightly. She would never let you do that. Traitor.
“Your home is very...you.” He had complimented. You had no idea what that meant.
His lips were pink and glossy with drips of that peach soju that you had bought in the hopes that he would like it. It turned out that it was his favorite flavor.
You wanted so badly to kiss the peachy flavor off of those lips.
He had laughed a little at your array of cat-related home decor, laughing the most at your dish towels that had two fat cats on them that looked like chefs. He said that he had seen a movie once and the characters reminded him of that.
The two of you sat outside on your patio on the wire chairs that would imprint designs into the back of your legs. The air mixed with the smell of your citronella candle and the scent of the roasted duck that you had attempted to make for him. You really shouldn’t have tried to make something for the first time when it was also his first time coming over.
Maybe he was just being nice, but he had said it tasted good.
It did not taste good, but rather harshly of salt and too much rosemary.
Bomi rubbed at his legs under the table and even hiked herself up on two feet to peek into his lap. As much as it hurt to see your traitorous cat act this way, it was because of this that you knew he was someone that you could trust. Minho gave her head scratches and insisted to help you with the dishes--a mistake on his part. It took all of two minutes before you had a mishap with the detachable sink head, and soaked through his sweater.
“Maybe I just shouldn’t trust you with water then?” He chuckled while dabbing away at the fabric.
“That probably would be best.”
Minho was a lullaby in the way that he laid down next to you on that quilt you had made in a crafting class some years ago. All of the patches were disjointed the the color scheme made very little sense, but it was stull functional. He kept his hands folded to his chest with reverence. His chest rose and fell calmly, and his body heat floated over to you. His presence was something familiar and still something that you couldn’t place.
“Are you getting tired?” He asked you gently.
You lied, “No, just resting my eyes.”
“Maybe we shouldn’t have had that much soju then.” He joked into the open air.
“How much longer?”
“At least thirty more minutes.”
He was so warm. Warmer than any chill of the spring night.
First you would have kissed the peachy flavor on his lips. Then you would have cuddled all up into that lavender sweater which you imagined to be even softer than cat’s fur--or rather--it looked like it could have been.
“Do you know any constellations?” Minho pointed up to the sky.
“Not really.”
“Well, that one is Ursa Major...and over there...that’s Leo. Can you see that it sort of looks like a triangle?”
“Yes.” You had said, but really you didn’t have a clue, you liked it more hearing him talk about them. “Where did you learn about constellations?”
“Long time ago. I think it was in school, but, that was so, so long ago.”
The cool grass under the quilt rustled when he had leaned back up to sit, then dragged quilt attempt #2 over your body and his.
“It was getting a little cold.” He quietly announced.
His simple action of doing just that heated up your whole body now knowing that the two of you were trapped together, inches apart.
Minho tucked his arms to prop up his head. “Thank you for cooking for me. I haven’t had someone other than my mother cook like that for me in a long while.”
“I’m sorry...I know that it was pretty inedible--”
“--And thank you for allowing me to come over too. I...realize...I don’t really know what I’m doing that well. I kind of invited myself...I hope that I’m not putting pressure on you or anything...”
“--Doing what well?” Your heart leapt into your throat.
“I just haven’t done this in a really long time.”
This.
What the hell was “this?”
“I’m not following...”
“Letting myself do something fun. Something nice and relaxing.”
You had formed a painful little “Oh.” on your lips. Your idea of this was different from his after all.
“--Something nice and relaxing with you.”
Another “Oh.” formed, but this one was a thankful one.
“Can I tell you something?” Minho’s voice was barely in a whisper.
“What is it?” You looked over at him and he was wrapped in the navy blue light of the night. You could have sworn that you could see the faintest inkling of stars in his eyes.
He looked back at you in earnest. “I’ve been...scared, too, since moving back out here.”
“W-why?”
“There was something in me that was telling me that moving out here wouldn’t fix everything, and that I would be stuck forever on those things that happened, and the things that made me unhappy.”
“Minho...what are you saying?”
“-Got my heart broken. Back then. As cliché as the sounds.” He laughed, and it even sounded a twinge embarrassed. “I ran away from it to here. I had figured that it would give me time to get it all back together again.”
“I-I’m so sorry.”
“Running is good and all when you can physically remove yourself from what’s chasing you, but some things...”
Your chest felt heavy. “I know exactly what you’re talking about.”
“You do?”
The first summer cicadas had started their nighttime chant, and their hisses ebbed and flowed like sea waves.
“I feel like...these expectations that my family has of me, my mother...I can’t ever escape them. They’re always there and burned into my head. I think of them even when I don’t want to: get a better job that “contributes”, get married, have grandkids...”
You paused with your own eyes cast up to the sky. The massive expanse seemed unfathomable.
“Why is it that we can’t ever be happy doing the things that are supposed to make us happy?”
The first meteor flew past your eyes with the speed of light, barely slow enough for you to catch it.
The second was a bit slower, and traced after it a millisecond of white spectral dust.
“Did you see that??” Without thinking, you poked once at Minho’s arm.
You couldn’t see, but he had grinned with a weak smile. “I did.”
All at once, the sky was illuminated with brilliant streaks of light and their white hot heads that would fade and dissapear just as quickly as they arrived. They tore through the sky with astonishing speed and you traced the outline of each line as fast as you could.
“There’s so many.” You wondered aloud.
Under the warmth of the haphazard blanket, fingers twisted into yours: careful and tentative, soft and curious.
Minho breathed out, “I feel pretty happy right now.”

How do you think the Lost Boys sleep with their S/O? Not like- in a sexy way. Like how do they cuddle and stuff?
LOST BOYS x S/O SLEEPING HEAD CANNONS
This one is a lil short! I’m working on my B&T Regency fic so I’m kinda doing these on the back burner!
Tumblr media
DAVID
Frankly, David thinks sleeping horizontally is silly.
He’s a vampire he’s used to hanging from the rafters like the terrifying creature of the night that he is.
Yet when you scooted over and patted the mattress for him to join you he still found himself crawling in and letting you snuggle up to him like he’s the world’s grouchiest teddy bear.
His favorite thing is when you curl against his side, facing out towards his arm so you can wrap it around you and just feel your breathe and heartbeat against his skin.
It’s so warm and comforting and it also provides him the ideal position to turn on his side and get some top tier spooning in.
One of the benefits to dating a vamp is that he doesn’t have to worry about his arms falling asleep so no matter how long you rest on him he’s perfectly comfortable.
David is the most peaceful sleeper of all of the Boys. He barely moves or mumbles, just likes to hold still and drift off with his hand pressed to your abdomen and short nails drawing soothing circular patterns into your skin lightly.
The only thing
David is not a morning person.... or.... night person?
When it’s time to wake up he’s usually grouchy and groggy till he’s managed to come to enough and actually start bossing the other Boys around.
The only time he’s okay with being woken is when it’s you providing him with some.... assistance to his... morning needs. (Listen he’s a forever teenager what do you expect?)
Tumblr media
PAUL
Paul will sleep in one position and one position only. Face literally flat against your chest with your arms wrapped as tightly around his neck as you can.
Listen, whether or not you have tits he needs to be buried face first into them.
As a vampire he doesn’t technically need to breathe so he’ll stay there the whole time if you let him. Something about just laying there, completely surrounded in your scent and being able to hear your heartbeat against his ear and the warmth of your skin.
Being there almost makes him feel like he’s living again.
The first time he tucked himself against you like that you’d thought it was sexual and it kinda was at first  but he just did it with such.... innocence?
It was a genuine desire to just be close.
He always insists you fling your arms around him, squeezing and holding him tightly like he was a security blanket. Or maybe you were his  he always felt safe with you wrapped around him.
And he hopes you feel the same
He’s a notorious wiggler in his sleep. Paul will squirm and shift and definitely steals the blankets despite being physically unable to get cold.
Is a way heavy sleeper. Like he moves around like crazy in his sleep but like this guy could sleep through a hurricane if you’d let him.
Tumblr media
DWAYNE
When I say Dwayne wants you to sleep on top of him.
I literally mean
On top of him.
This man will wrangle you up till your head is on his chest and he can wrap his arms around your waist and keep you on top of him like a snuggly, warm weighted blanket.
When you asked him about it he explained that it just felt nice to have the weight, that the pressure was warm and grounding and just.... human.
If you do get uncomfortable he’ll shift the two of you around till you’re squeezed tightly to his side, a consistent solid presence that makes you feel safe and guarded.
He likes having you near when he sleeps and if that means having to settle down on a mattress for the night then so be it. Never budges or moves while he sleeps.
Like this dude is a statue.
Is actually a pretty light sleeper!
Dwayne’s prone to waking up in the middle of sleeping at the slightest noise or disturbance you think it’s a protective thing but he’s always sure to hold still so you don’t wake.
This guy is so insistent on being able to keep an eye on you that he’d probably jerryrig some sort of hammock in the back of the cave so he can get to you in an emergency.
Tumblr media
MARKO
Marko is all about spooning.
When he big spoons he pulls you as close as you could possibly get against his chest and nestle his face in the crook of your neck.
He prefers to hold you, it makes him feel like your protector; like he’s here and nothing bad can happen to either of you when he’s got his arms around your waist.
Those times where he’s the one being spooned he’s like a barnacle.
Just cause he can’t hold you doesn’t mean he’s not gonna try and shelter you as much as possible. He’ll tangle your legs together (”Marko your feet are cold!”) and tug your arms till he can intertwine your fingers and press soft kisses to your knuckles.
While he doesn’t really move much in his sleep, he is prone to occasionally sleep talking.
Most of it is nonsense- an occasional question or humming sound but every once and a while he’ll formulate a sentence so clearly that if you didn’t know any better you’d assume he was awake and actually talking to you.
While being big and little spoon are great his favorite place to be is facing you.
He loves being able to just watch you. It’s not a creepy thing he promises! You just look so calm and serene and it makes his chest feel warm and soft.
Of course this is all fine and dandy till he’s overcome with emotion and just has to pepper your face in kisses and wake you up.

Tumblr media
brother’s best friend | dylan o’brien
word count; 3153
summary; your brother tyler doesn’t know that you’re secretly dating his best friend and bandmate, and it’s getting harder to hide.
notes; this is a drummer au, hope y’all love it.
warnings; smut.
“Hey! Can you guys like.. crank it the fuck down?! I can’t even hear myself think!” I shouted, voice being drowned out over the music and I sighed. Tyler’s eyes connected with mine as he flashed me a grin, moving into some crazy dancing as he continued playing and I laughed, the sound once again drifting away as I mimicked him, bursting out on my own crazy air guitar.
The song came to an end and I laughed, the final chords of the base hummed through the speaker cut outs and I walked over to their stacks of refilled water bottles, scanning my hands over the different drinks and picking one up, unscrewing the lid and taking a sip.
“Hey, princess! That’s mine!” A voice echoed across the room, a drumstick flying towards me as I ducked with a yelp, coughing and spluttering on the drink. The feet belonging to the voice were padding across the room and I hopped up on a counter, drinking the remnants of the drink as his pace picked up, hand slamming down beside my thigh as the other ripped the bottle from my lips. “I said- that’s mine.” He mumbled, face close to mine and a smirk pulling at my lips.
His thumb trailed up, wiping the juice that dropped down my chin, trailing the pad across my lips roughly and he sucked the sickly sweet drink from his finger, humming. “Whoops, I guess I didn’t hear you.” I winked and he growled lowly, hands locking on my knees as he wrenched them apart, stepping between them and placing his hands either side of my hips.
“You little-”
“Dylan. Perimeters from my sister, remember?” Tyler broke through and he sighed, head dropping and he stepped back, hands raised in the air.
“Princess, here, drank my drink! Why shouldn’t I be in her face?”
“Because you were standing a lot closer than in her face, and Danny here gets jealous.” He teased, the boy beside him shouting in protest as the two broke out in wrestling.
“Yeah, well, that’s his problem! She belongs to me too!” He shouted, grumbling as he took his seat on his stool again, having retrieved the drumstick he’d used as a weapon and he tapped out a basic tune as I watched him, jaw dropped. Wandering through from the garage to the kitchen, I grabbed a fresh bottle from the fridge, returning to the ‘man-cave’ and making my way over to my favoured drummer.
“I got you a new drink.” I murmured, lips beside his ear and he leaned back, head resting on my shoulder as he took it from me. I let my hands smooth over his shoulders and down his chest, rubbing lightly as he drank, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand.
“Thanks, princess.” He whispered. Letting his head turn to the side slightly, his brown eyes meeting mine and I smiled, pulling back to ensure Tyler wasn’t watching, or Daniel. “I haven’t kissed you in like.. three weeks.” He muttered, eyes locking on my lips and I subconsciously let my tongue run over them.
“Don’t do that.”
“Sorry, I can’t help it.” I grinned, pulling my lips between my teeth, somewhat sadly.
“I miss you, princess, why can’t we tell him?” He asked and I sighed, my stomach twisting as I glanced over at my brother and his friend, now tuning each other’s guitars and testing chords.
“Because you know how he acts. He got so angry over my last boyfriend, can you imagine how he’d feel if he found out his best friend was fucking his little sister?” I took a seat on the couch in the corner of the room as he made his way over, swinging my legs over his lap as his hand ran along my calf.
“But.. it’s not just fucking, right? It’s not just sex to you, because.. I-”
“Hey, Dyl, you ready to get back to it?” The thick accented voice cut through the air and our bubble popped, eyes leaving mine and the space between us cooled, the air no long crackling. He nodded, swallowing thickly without glancing back to me as he left and I watched him go, eventually leaving with a mumble of a goodbye and I shut the door, loud sound filling the house.
“Hey, hey, baby sister! Who’re ya’ texting?” Tyler offered, fingers prodding at my sides as I jumped, writhing as he tickled me and chuckled, the other two boys taking a seat at the table.
“Um.. some guys called Henry. I think.” I laughed and his eyebrows raised as he leaned back against the counter, arms crossing.
“Henry? And who would that be? You’re too young to date. I don’t approve.”
“I’m one year younger than you. One. And I’m seventeen, for Christ’s sake. And he’s just my lab partner anyway.” I sighed, running a hand over my face as I clicked my phone off, an unsatisfied growl sounding across the table and I looked over, but the eyes I was hoping to meet refused to look up.
“Whatever, Danny and Dyl are staying over tonight, and we ordered pizza, do you wanna watch a film with us?”
“I really don’t want to watch fast and furious again.” I declined, chairs scraping back as the band of boys stood.
“Your loss! Let’s goooo!” My brothers voice echoed and they traipsed out, my fingers wrapping around a pale wrist and he stopped, turning back to me as I stood.
I pulled him back from the view of the doorway, hand tight in the material of shirt as I sat on the high chairs of the kitchen counter, pulling his lips to mine. He hummed slightly, hands finding my hips as he tugged me closer to the edge, standing between my thighs and nipping my bottom lip.
“Fuck, I missed you so much.” His forehead rested against mine, my hands looped around his neck and his eyelashes tickled my cheek, nose bumping mine to the side as we shared the small amount of air between us.
“I missed you too.” I smiled, fingers playing with the hair at the base of his neck as his traced patterns on the skin beneath the hem of my shirt. His lips moved down my neck, teeth biting at my collarbone as he licked over the area, careful not to leave any marks.
“I don’t care if he hits me, I don’t care if he never speaks to me again, I just don’t care anymore. I want to tell him.” He began and my eyes opened as I sighed, meeting his and he had a pleasing look on his face. “Please.. I want to be able to come up to you at school and kiss you against the lockers like all the other gross couples and I want to be able to threaten Henry and your other stupid lab partners, because I have a reason. I want to be able to have you sit on my lap during lunch times and be able to kiss your neck softly and have my arms around your waist. I want all that stupid, cheesy shit, and I want it with my best friends sister. I don’t care anymore. I don’t care.. because, I think I lo-”
“Dyl! Come on, man! You’re missing the intro!” A voice echoed through and he cursed, stepping back and looking smiling his beautiful smile sadly as he left the room.
I ended up crashing and watching the film with them, for the umpteenth time and I couldn’t help but not concentrate. Every five minutes my eyes roamed over the boy across the room from me.
He wasn’t the only one.
It wasn’t like I’d never thought about nights like this, but instead of sitting across the room from each other and sneaking stolen glances, instead being able to squeeze into the seat beside him, legs slung across his lap and placing kisses on his jaw.
Or, being able to kiss him against his car each morning despite the fact that I he needed to get to the other side of campus for registration. I wanted to be able to go out with him on public, go on dates to cinemas and fairs without having to pretend it was just a group of friends hanging out with my brother and Daniel there too.
His eyes met mine and he cleared his throat, snapping me from my staring and tilting his head towards Tyler, whose eyebrows were furrowed as he raised an eyebrow at me questioningly. I shook my head, snapping my attention back to the screen, focusing on the movie in front of me, the credits rolling across the screen and I realised I’d been so zoned out it had ended and then Tyler would’ve turned to me.
“The pizza isn’t here, it’s been like two hours.” I tried and his attention was entirely diverted from my staring as he jumped to his feet.
“I knew something was up, thanks lil’ one!” He beamed, ruffling my hair and swinging past, scooping up his wallet and Dylan’s car keys. “I’ll just go and buy it, who’s coming with me?” Daniel stood and I shot a look at Dylan as he sank back to his seat, scratching the back of his neck. Tyler, now too busy with the pizza waves goodbye as he left the house, letting it drop to an awkward silence as Dylan glanced around the room, my eyes locked on him.
“Are you mad at me?” I questioned after a while and he let his eyes slowly move to me, getting to his feet and making his way over, taking the seat beside me, fingers lacing with mine as his eyes followed the patterns his thumb was tracing on my knuckles.
“No.”
“Then why are you ignoring me. Normally you’d jump at the prospect of them being out, for what is going to be at least an hour with the amount of food they buy, may I add.” I chuckled lightly but he was unresolved, head still down and I lifted his chin between my fingers, pressing my lips to his. His pushed back, eagerly and his body towered over mine as he pressed me back into the couch,
“Because it hurts.” He whispered against my lips and my heart sunk, stomach tightening into knots and his body was tense. He sunk back, hand lacing with mine and he bit his lip during my silence, taking a deep breath before turning to me with the most sincere smile he could. “Hey, it’s like you said, we still have at least forty-five minutes until they come back, so let’s go and take a shower.” He winked, pulling me from my position and slamming his lips into mine hands sliding around my waist and into the back pockets of my shorts. “God, I love it when your parents go away.”
I tugged on his top in a frenzy as his hands burned on my waist, pushing me up the stairs with his lips on my shoulder, kissing and barrelling through the doorway into the bathroom. The door was soon slammed shut again and I was pinned against it, legs hung loosely around his waist as his crotch ground into mine, his teeth biting along my shoulder and his name rolling from my tongue.
“Jesus Dyl.” I whimpered and I could feel his smirk pressed against my skin. He turned us around, sitting me on the counter as he pulled his shirt off, fingers looping under the material of my tank-top as he pulled that up too dropping it to the floor. I lifted myself up as he peeled my shorts down my legs.
“Really princess, no bra or panties? Fuck, you’re so hot.” He choked out, fingers swirling through my wet folds as my hips bucked up. He trailed kisses along my skin, lowering to his knees and pulling me to the edge of the counter, swinging my legs over his shoulder as he kitten licked across my folds, tongue dipping into my entrance teasingly and my hands laced in his hair, back arching.
“Please, Dylan.” He complied, finger pushing into my entrance, lips locking around my clit as he sucked harshly and I cried out, whimpering at the feeling after so long. He slipped another finger into my heat, curling them softly and stroking against all the spot only he knew drove me wild.
“So tight, princess, you have no idea how much I missed this pretty pussy. Just for me.” He hummed, letting his tongue trailed back up my body as a shiver ran along my skin, his lips meeting mine again, the taste of myself still on his tongue as he pushed me over the edge. I clenched around his fingers, movements unrelenting as he dragged out my high and I sighed, leaning back against the wall behind me as he pushed his fingers into his mouth, sucking on them with a wink. “We didn’t even make it to the shower this time.” He grinned and I shook my head.
I pushed myself from the counter, landing on shaky legs and his hands found my hips, a proud smirk on his face but a caring look shining in his eyes. I turned on the shower, water gushing from the machine as I tested it until finding the right temperature. Steam filled the room and I sighed, holding my hand out for the boy as he took it, stepping in after me and wrapping his arms around my waist, lips trailing along my neck.
He sunk to the basin of the bath, taking me with him as I straddled him and he sighed into my mouth, the head of his cock brushing through my folds as he whimpered, hips jerking up. I pumped him lightly, lining up and sinking down onto him, hips rolling lightly as one of his hands held him up, the other guiding my pace.
His face was buried in my neck and I swept the wet locks aside his lips instantly attaching to the skin and he groaned, hips rolling up to meet mine as water flowed down around. “I wanna mark my princess. Show everyone who her prince is.” He spoke aloud against my skin and my heart leapt, my hand tugging on his wet hair as I pulled his head back carefully, lips meeting his in a passionate kiss, my mind hazy and my body electrified.
“Do it.” As soon as the words left my lips, he got to work, sucking a large purple mark into my skin and the feeling catapulted me over the edge. I clenched around him and his growls and grunts harmonised with my moans as he rode out our highs, back falling back against the cold metal of the shower, and I rolled to the side, letting the water wash away the layer of sweat that had built up. “That was so hot.”
“Yeah, princess, it was.” He agreed, voice somewhat empty as he sat up, pulling me to my feet to match him and he squeezed out some shampoo, rubbing it into my hair softly and running his fingers through the tips. “We should be quick, they’ll be back soon.” He prompted and I nodded.
“You go ahead, I’m gonna stay in for a bit.” I smiled and he nodded, leaving without another word and I let my head fall back against the cold tile, trying to think what to do, to fix a problem I’d unintentionally caused, one that was hurting both of us.
By the time I’d gotten out of the shower, and delayed what seemed like a very stupid idea with every possible task I could, I stepped into the corridor. By now, Dylan was all set with his foldout bed on the couch, Daniel in the guest room and they were watching football in the living room.
I peeped around the door, Dylan was tucked up in his covers, looking adorable and his eyes were staring at the screen, but his mind was elsewhere. My brother and their other friend were far too busy watching the football to notice anything and I took a deep breath, stepping into the room and clicking the door shut. The only pair of eyes I wanted on me snapped to me and the honey-brown eyes widened, the eyebrows above furrowing as if to question what I was doing and I padded across the room towards him.
He sat up slightly, clearly intending to ask what was wrong and I leaned across the makeshift bed, kissing his lips softly in a peck before picking up the edge of the blanket, settling beneath them before curling into his side, his arm wrapping around me loosely as he lay back down, face next to mine on the pillow.
“What are you doing? Your brother is literally right there! Are you insa-” I moved forwards, my lips meeting his again and he hummed, his body relaxing as he rolled forwards, tugging my hips until our bodies met.
“What the fuck?” My lips were ripped from his as my body was pulled from the bed and I yelped, landing in the floor as Tyler looked down to me, and back up to Dylan. “I’m gonna’ fucking kill you, man.”
“Shit, no, she came to me! I swear!” Dylan rambled, pushing his way up the bed as Tyler, growled, launching as him as the pair rolled to the floor on the other side, and I placed a hand on my brother’s shoulder, his head turning to me as a look I couldn’t quite decipher flared in his eyes and his jaw was clenched.
“Ty, don’t!”
“He’s using you! What if he hurts you?”
“He won’t! I-” I choked, my breath catching in my throat as I looked down at the scruffy-haired, mole-freckled boy panting on the floor.
“You what?!”
“I love him.” I sighed and his face softened, his attention turning solely to Dylan as his hands wrapped in the collar of his shirt, but despite the shaking my brother was giving him, the spitting of his name in his face, his eyes were locked on mine and it was like we had created the bubble again, one of his hands reaching up to lace with mine.
“I love you too, princess.” He grinned lopsidedly and I dropped to my knees softly, a hand cupping his cheek as I brought his lips to mine, a cough sounding beside us. I growled, placing a hand over Tyler’s face and pushing him aside, soon returning it to the boys shoulder. He pulled away, a smile taking over his features, that reached his eyes and that was sincere. “I promise I won’t hurt you.”
“You better not! I’m watching you, man!” Tyler shouted and I sighed, laughing as my forehead hit the boy’s shoulder.
