Trollsona

My Trollsona, Pine-Apple! - He gets mistaken as a girl a lot. - He’s an independent songwriter and singer! - He’s ✨pansexual✨ He was raised by the Putt-Putt trolls. When he finally stepped out of the Golf Course, he started exploring anything and everything, being curious about the world around him. When he found out about the rock genre, he fell in love with it, but still felt connected to his roots as a Pop troll. So he identifies with Pop-Rock Indie.
Pine-Apple was named by @thenumber-e! She, along with @mystqueeriart also helped decide Pine-Apple’s colour pallet. I appreciate them so much.

Introducing Citrus! By @oodliedoodlies!
Pine-Apple and Citrus met when Pine-Apple was first starting out his career as a musical artist. Citrus had the skills to make astounding album covers and it was sorta like fate.
They’re besties!

Main blog is @thenumber-e where i repost gay ass shit
my roomie and helper @professorducc they’ll eventually draw my designs cus i can’t
my awesome wife @panicatthecourtx
Onto the AU itself:
It’s not fully based off of the game itself, rather only the characters and kingdoms.
My personal favorite kingdom is the Dark Kingdom, my favorite characters definitely help with that one. (I’m looking at you, Craigory)
For the basics, it mainly follows Feldspar and Clyde (later known as Caliban) and their journey to bring back the Dark Kingdom after its previous downfall.
Basically, the previous Queen of the Dark Kingdom, Betsy Donovan, was killed and poisoned by the Wizard King. So, what was thought to be one of the most powerful kingdoms, maybe even on par with the Elven Kingdom, fell. It had been ten years since its downfall, and the two sixteen year olds who had no idea what they were doing, brought it back. With the power of the Stick of Truth on their side, they came back more powerful than before.
For the other kingdoms, in Kupa Keep, Cartman is of course the ruler. He was raised in poverty, which overall created his desperation for more and more power. Eventually, he found himself a following. Keep in mind, in the current timeline, he’s around 500 years old. With his following, he slowly grew the kingdom, turning it into one of the most powerful nations in Zaron. He believed the elves were cruel, so he chose to fight against them, he never wanted to work with them.
The elves, for a very long time, were the most powerful beings in all of Zaron. Their queen’s power was unmatched. Though, in a fierce battle against Kupa Keep in an attempt to bring back their kidnapped princess, the queen was killed. Her eldest son, who was ten at the time, found himself in charge of an infinitely powerful kingdom. And with rumors of the Dark Kingdom making a comeback, he knew he wasn’t worthy…
And that’s the basics! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I’ll be developing on these later, putting out more detailed posts.

okay, this one is a controversial topic. what kind of music do craig and tweek listen to, in your humble opinion? bands, recs, genres, etc, as well as how they react to each other’s taste
Okay, well- for Craig's is gonna be based off of my RP, cause, I don't do Craig(I'm tweek obvi my lil angel), but I do agree with it!
@thenumber-e has the HC that he kinda listens to dad rock- ie, Nirvana, AC/DC, etc. Yk those bands, or some more grunge aspects but primarily those and then like Weezer and such.
For my lil boy Tweek!!! I have a like almost 500 song playlist- anyway, some are self projections, some are ones I think he'd find funny, and the rest are just what I think he'd vibe with. Tweek, primarily likes loud music but leans more towards alternative/metal/screamo. I've got like Disturbed, Slipknot, Escape the Fate, Asking Alexandria, and so on and so forth on his playlist LOL. I just feel like the loud music would calm him down in a way. For playing music, I think he'd lean more classical and slow, for his piano- but listening? No, it's gotta be loud and fast.
As for their reactions, I think they'd be amicable. Tweek doesn't really like Craig's music *personally* and probs vice versa, but for Tweek- Nirvana and such makes him think of Craig, so he has some on his playlist. I don't think they're opposed to listening to each other's music either but its more like "if I were given the choice on my own, I wouldn't listen to that"

414graffiti is a provisional photo database dedicated to logging graffiti, handwriting, pieces, tags, throwies, etc etc in the city of Milwaukee, WI. Run by two admins, we have an interest in this oft resented craft as it plays across the city. These are snapshots of an art that continually asserts and reasserts itself across space.
How this blog is organized: We will do our best to #tag posts with what can be read in the photos. I.E., what tags are present, what has been written, etc. If we can't determine what has been written, then the work will be given a number in the post to connect it to other photos in the future. If writing has been identified at a later time, then the number #tag will be updated with the proper name / what has been written. Cool? Cool.
Click here to be taken to The Numbers page to see what numbers are currently in use. (https://414graffiti.tumblr.com/thenumbers)
Want to peruse the non-numbered tags we have #tagged? Click here for a full alphabetized list. (https://414graffiti.tumblr.com/alphabetized)
Have you taken photos of work you like around Milwaukee? We are taking submissions. Visit our submissions tab to submit a photo, and please include information such as location (neighborhood, street, building name, etc), time / date, and any other info you have related the photo you are taking (i.e., if you can read it please print). Anonymous submission accepted. Disclaimer: Submission of a photo does not guarantee a posting.

I've been working on typesetting fics from @oswaldthatendswald's Cora Lives AU series. (Find the series here!) And as I'm new to this so I just wanted to talk about my process (and maybe get some feedback?)
It took me a super long for me to decide on fonts, and I'm still not 100% sure this will be the ones I use in the final version, but for now this is what I have.
The stories offer a really intimate look into the characters lives (imo) so I was really drawn towards hand drawn style fonts that give the feeling that you're receiving a personal message or a letter.
At the same time the work is very dramatic, focused on complicated and intense feelings and a relationships, so part of me was worried using a hand drawn font might look tacky or belittle that aspect of the story, but in the end I decided to embrace and try to highlight that intimate feeling.
The font I chose for the title "Somewhere to be Safe" is called Square Peg, and gives me the feeling of seeing something written on the beach after a wave has come and erased most of its harsh edges. This is a One Piece fic, and there's very much a survivor/washed up on shore vibe to this first story, so that calmness and hope of waking up somewhere new, but also the underlying fear of a future unknown was sort of what I was going for.
For "Sail the Salt Sea" I at first wanted to choose a really bold font since this is where the characters sort of step onto the world scene and let their existence be known. HOWEVER, after comitting to a hand drawn font for the previous story it felt weird to choose a really big bold font for this one. Still, I couldn't think of another font to use that could demand as much attention, so I started trying to think of the story from a different angle.
I first thought of having the title look like something that could be written by one of the characters sort of exclaiming their arrival. I looked at a lot of "messier" hand writing fonts, but they all felt a little childish or added too much of a goofy vibe to things. At the same time the cursive style fonts with lots of curls felt way to fancy.
Eventually I ended up thinking of the story as being sort of like a journal the characters might write up after the fact, a sort of testament to their beginnings. So then with the idea of "someone with messy handwriting trying to make text look neat and fancy" I arrived at this font which is "Calligraffitti."
For Portraits, because of the word 'portrait' being in the title, I thought of old photographs and how they sometimes have things written on the back. I also felt like this story, which is more episodic in nature, had the feeling of someone looking back at things that have already occurred, like flipping through a photo album. So I felt like I wanted to choose a font you might see written on the back of a photograph.
At first I tried some fancier script style fonts, but because of the length of the title it needed to be split across multiple lines, and unfortunately many script fonts have a large line height, so this meant there were huge gaps of space between the words. This font still has some gaps, but it looks more evenly spaced, and still has that hand written feel, like yes normally its a plain cursive on the backs of photos, but this still has the feeling of 'labelling' something to remember for later. The font is "Permenant Marker."
For the series title page I used "Walter Turncoat," which is a hand written font, but style has a more professional vibe about it. The author credit is in the font "Homemade Apple." The body text is "EB Garamond," used because it looks "crisp and clean." Thenumbered chapter headers are in "Allan" and the chapter titles in "Bad Script."

Topics and introductions of the articles In Both articles, titles are good title particularly because they are both informatory and refer to the key phenomenon of the study. However, Dietrich et al’s title is goes further to expounds on the key variables.Though they have failed to include the study population, both researches the problems of the research are stated unequivocally and build coherent and credible arguments which have significance for nursing profession. Both Olrich et al (2012) and Deitrick et al (2012) studies have also failed to stipulate the research questions or a hypothesis of the studies and this is also considered as a flaw in the studies. Methods and designs of the studies There is debate regarding whether the standards used for quantitative studies should be used for qualitative research has existed for a long time and will probably continue with the trend (Strauss and Corbin, 1998). The research approach used in the qualitative was the ethnography approach, which means that there was a conscious effort by the researchers in examining and exploring a cultural phenomenon (Bernardo, 2007). The ethnographic approach was used to outline the major challenges faced by nurses in two inpatient units in the implementation of hourly rounding. On the part of thequantitative evidences that were selected, they made use of the quasi-experimental approaches. In fact much of the quasi-experimental method has had elements of a real experimentation just that there is lack of the use of random assignment (Bravo, Earls and Johnson, 2011). To this end, a 506-bed teaching hospital was acquired where the effect of hourly round was determined on fall rates, call light usage and the general satisfaction of patients on the service they received from nurses. A big debate has existed about what should be incorporated as quality criteria in quantitative designs. For example, Ryan et al, (2001) stipulated that the degree to which the methods are satisfactory to participants ought to be also applied as a decisive factor for assessing the methodological eminence of quantitative studies This design’s flaw was that it did not take into account the patients’ attitudes feelings and perceptions which are very important in nursing but rather just went for the figures. However the execution of design was top notch thenumber of data collection points was appropriate. The design also curtailed biases and threats to the interior and exteriorsoundness of the study. As far as validity is concerned, there are two major aspects of measurement that the researchers could be looking at to ensure validity. These are internal and external validity. Generally internal validity on measurement tools can be achieved if researchers shall pay particular attention to selection bias and ensure that the tool is impartial in its selection. Again, history, differential attrition and regression towards the mean are all significant such that researchers must ensure that they conform to stipulated standards of scoring. With external validity, attention must be paid to the population to ensure that there is a generalization between the study’s inferences and the general population used (Castledine, Grainger, Read the full article

Experience a Pain-Free Tattoo: Discover Numbing Solutions for Tattoos
Understanding Tattoo Pain and Why It Occurs
Tattoo pain varies significantly from person to person and depends on several factors, including your tolerance for pain, the tattoo's location, and the artist's technique. When a tattoo is applied, the needle repeatedly pierces the skin, depositing ink beneath the surface. This action triggers the body’s pain receptors, which is why the sensation can range from a mild scratch to a burning or stinging sensation. Areas with more nerves, like ribs or wrists, tend to be more painful, which is why many people seek ways to make the experience less intense.
Numbing products, such as Numb Gel for Tattoos and numbing sprays, offer a simple solution by numbing the skin and dulling the pain receptors. This not only provides physical relief but also reduces the anxiety some may feel about undergoing a painful tattooing process.
How Does Numb Gel for Tattoos Work?
TheNumb Gel for Tattoos is a topical anesthetic that temporarily numbs the skin. It works by blocking the pain signals from reaching the brain, allowing you to experience a significant reduction in pain during your tattoo session. Generally, these gels contain lidocaine, a powerful numbing agent that has been used for decades in medical procedures. When applied correctly, numb gel begins to work within 30 minutes to an hour, providing hours of pain relief, which is often enough to cover a single tattoo session.
The application process is simple. Before the tattoo session, apply a thick layer of the gel to the area, and cover it with a plastic wrap to allow it to absorb into the skin. This ensures that the numbing effect penetrates deeply and remains effective for a prolonged period. However, it’s always best to discuss this with your tattoo artist before using any product, as they can provide guidance on application and timing.
Benefits of Using Numb Gel for Tattoos
Using aNumb Gel for Tattoos can make a noticeable difference in your tattooing experience. It reduces the pain, which is particularly helpful for those with low pain tolerance. With less discomfort, you’ll find it easier to relax, and the artist can complete the tattoo without needing to stop for breaks due to pain. This can lead to a quicker and smoother session. Additionally, numbing gels are a great option for larger pieces or tattoos on sensitive areas, as they allow you to endure the process for longer without feeling overwhelmed by pain.
For tattoo artists, working on a client who is comfortable and still can improve their focus and precision. Less fidgeting due to pain means that the artist can perform detailed work more effectively, which ultimately benefits the final outcome.
Numbing Spray for Tattoo: An Alternative Solution
A Numbing Spray for Tattoo works similarly to numb gels but has its unique advantages. Unlike gels, sprays are easier to apply over larger areas and don’t require as much preparation. This makes them a convenient option for individuals looking for quick, on-the-go relief. Numbing sprays also contain lidocaine or benzocaine, which are fast-acting anesthetics, allowing them to take effect within minutes after application.
The spray is especially helpful during the tattooing process. As the tattoo artist works, they can apply the spray to areas that might be losing the numbing effect of the initial gel. This layer-by-layer approach ensures consistent relief throughout the entire session.
Choosing Between Numb Gel and Numbing Spray for Tattoo Sessions
Choosing betweenNumb Gel for Tattoos and Numbing Spray for Tattoo ultimately depends on your needs, tattoo location, and personal preferences. Numb gels are typically preferred for smaller tattoos or specific areas where deeper numbing is necessary, as they allow for a concentrated application. They are also great if you want to prepare your skin before the tattoo process, as the gel can be applied an hour beforehand.
Numbing sprays are more versatile and are ideal for touch-ups during the tattoo session. They provide quick relief, making them effective for areas that become painful halfway through the process. Some people even use both products in combination, beginning with a numb gel and then using a numbing spray as needed to maintain the numbing effect.
Safety Tips and Precautions for Numbing Products
While numbing products are generally safe, it’s essential to use them correctly to avoid adverse reactions. Always do a patch test on a small area of skin to check for any allergies or sensitivity to the ingredients, as lidocaine and benzocaine can sometimes cause mild irritation. Avoid overusing the product, as applying too much can lead to numbness beyond the tattoo area.
It’s also crucial to purchase numbing products from reputable sources and check that they are designed specifically for tattoos. Some generic numbing agents may not be formulated for extended skin contact or could interfere with the ink, affecting the tattoo’s final appearance.
What to Expect During a Tattoo Session with Numbing Products
UsingNumb Gel for Tattoos or Numbing Spray for Tattoo can create a more pleasant tattooing experience, but it’s important to manage your expectations. These products do not eliminate pain entirely, and you may still feel some pressure or mild discomfort, especially during shading or lining. However, with the numbing effect in place, the overall sensation is far more tolerable, and many people find they can handle longer sessions and complex designs without breaks.
Once your tattoo is finished, follow the aftercare instructions provided by your artist. The numbing effect will wear off within a few hours, and any lingering pain will subside gradually as the skin heals.
