Hi I’m currently loving your story Second Chances and I love reading your social media AU on Twitter but I always get confused on how Hermione is related to Theo but is still a Granger and how she is Jamie as an older brother. Can you kindly explain the family tree? Thanks!

hi! so their parents Elizabeth Nott (nee. Granger) and Theodore Sr thought it would be best if Hermione went by Elizabeth’s maiden last name while attending Hogwarts.

Also Jamie is an OC I created. I always picture Theo and Hermione as siblings (sometimes as twins) and when writing Second Chances and my other fics, I had the idea of giving them an older sibling who is two years older than them.
