The Radio Dept. - Lesser Matters Out of print for years - the iconic 2003 debut from Swedish lo-fi dream-pop outfit The Radio Dept. is finally available again thanks to XL Recordings. Recognized internationally when director Sofia Coppola used three of their dreamiest tracks—“Keen on Boys,” “Pulling Our Weight,” and “I Don’t Like it Like This”—in the soundtrack for Marie Antoinette. Black vinyl, $50.

Tim Rogers And The Temperance Union - Spit Polish Spit Polish, the second studio album by enigmatic artist Tim Rogers (You Am I, Hard Ons) emerges from the vaults, celebrating its 20th anniversary! Originally released in 2004 and never re-pressed on vinyl until now. Red vinyl edition, $55.

Knifeplay - Pearlty Originally released in 2019, Pearlty presents Knifeplay somewhere between dream-pop influenced shoegaze and lofty slowcore, never fully committing to one or the other in its insistence on creating an immersive, organic world. For fans of Duster, Slowdive and Alex G. Newly remastered by Topshelf Records on 180-Gram Black vinyl, $40.

A.F.I. - Black Sails In The Sunset Craft Recordings are celebrating the 25th Anniversary of AFI's beloved 1999 studio album with a limited edition Neon Orange colour vinyl re-issue, featuring vinyl-exclusive bonus tracks, never-before-released “Weight of Words," plus rarities “Who Knew?” and “Lower It.” $60.

The Radio Dept. - Lesser Matters (2003). Incredible sounding band on the albums. It all started with this dreamy shoegazing sound of their debut. To this day they pretty much stand on their signature sound and being successful at it too. However, I saw them few years back at a small venue and their live shows just didn't bring out the sound or atmosphere their album usually generates. Some bands are meant for studio sounds rather than live...I can't say if that's bad or good. But they sound amazing on all their albums and that's good enough for me. #theradiodept #lessermatters #shoegaze #dreampop #swedishband
