Random question but do you have any Taylor Swift songs that you associate with/feel fit hevans? Or just songs in general really would be cool 👀
HI THANK U FOR THE ASK
OUR SONG!!!!!! This is one of my earliest hevans headcanons, and I still stand by it fully. The whole thing about them not having a duet just fits with this song perfectly. (I also read a fic a while back where Sam said something along the lines of how no matter how hard he tries to find a song that fits him and Kurt, he can't find anything because nothing is able to capture what they have. And I relate that to Our Song asjhflaf)
Sparks Fly - I made a gifset with that song!!! I'm captivated by you baby like a fireworks show. Yesyesyes that is Sam @ Kurt
the 1 - The longing and "what if" is by definition #hevans
You Belong With Me - Kurt singing this about Sam dating Quinn
cowboy like me - Sam is a yeehaw gay so ofc I have to include this song. It's possibly the gayest thing Miss Taylor Alison Swift has ever written (not in a "gaylor" way. but in a "Swiftie who is also gay" way)
Teardrops On My Guitar - Once again, Kurt's P.O.V. from when Sam is dating Quinn. BUT BUT BUT it can ALSO be Sam's P.O.V. when Kurt's dating Blaine. It can go either way ahsjfka
Superman - I imagine Sam singing this when Kurt goes to Dalton!!!
Come Back... Be Here - It makes me think of Sam saying goodbye to Kurt when he leaves for New York 🥺
'TIS THE DAMN SEASON!!!!!!! AGH THIS ONE IS SO AJKDFSLFAJKLF This is yet another one where I read a fic similar to the song.... and it's impossible for me to separate the song from the ship now. This one's about Kurt coming back to Lima for the holidays and him and Sam getting a lil freaky
Tim McGraw - Bc Sam is a country boy. And Kurt would 100% not be able to hear a Tim McGraw song without thinking about the country boy who stole his heart
