Maybe the boys weren’t as much mad as they were hurt (partly because to them they’re still 17) this hurt kind of turned into frustration because they couldn’t understand how someone who is so supportive and kind could basically steal their songs (once again to them it’s only been able possibly like 3 days give or take so that’s the highest offense)

I did not think about that rainbow bracelet however yes. Honestly thinking about it maybe Alex came out to Bobby first and because of that in a silent show of support because the bracelet could be hidden if needed, Bobby made it (later when Alex came out that when the hat and everything was made because he just wanted Alex to be comfortable)  (maybe all of the boys helped make the bracelet or something ?) But usually my thoughts are that once Alex came out to his parents and got kicked out (at least that’s what I’m assuming) they got him the pink hoodie and it was very emotional.

Exactly for the jigsaw‘s, Luke tried to help and ruined it as did Reggie and that’s why Alex don’t trust him with his jigsaws. (also for some reason Bobby is able to move them without a problem and put them on different surfaces that Luke and Reggie swear that he is a magician or something) 

I had to take a break to have dinner but this was something absolutely BEAUTIFUL to come back to. Anon, your mind omggg

Like YES the boys are only 17 so obviously they’re not exactly emotionally mature so they just don’t get that Bobby has aged and moved on at least a bit. They don’t get that they haven’t been friends with him for 25 years and that’s a hell of a long time for him, so while he was supportive then it’s almost like he never thought he was being unsupportive by using their songs. If we assume he was still like 17 or thereabouts when he did it then then he would have thought he was still doing his bit to support them all, but the boys just can’t see it that way.

I 100% think Alex came out to Bobby first. I think Bobby was always reall kind and gentle and approachable, a lot quieter whereas Luke and Reggie were louder and sometimes harder to talk to seriously. It meant so much to Alex when Bobby was immediately cool with it. I think Alex took a while between telling Bobby and telling the other guys, but Bobby made the bracelet immediately - Reggie and Luke helped but they thought they were just doing something nice for Alex, they didn’t know it was a show of solidarity. And yessss the boys all saving up to by Alex a high-quality, nice, warm hoodie that he could feel comfortable in (in every sense of the word)!!!!!

The boys just think Bobby has some magic touch with the jigsaw moving. Reggie would watch with his mouth agape, really intently, like he was trying to suss out what Bobby did differently (it was nothing, he just had better balance).

exhaustion aside~.. i really love how the malec fans all unite together in trying our best in the poll. After such not quite nice atmosphere in the fandom these last few weeks, it's really really sweet and heartwarming how we encourage and support each other... being bitter and frustrated together..lol.. This is what being in fandom supposed to feel like right? kinda like us against the world thingie :).. i missed it..
