thank you that means a lot!! my shadow plush was just kinda like that when i got him, i think the side of his ear is sewn a little too tightly so it just kinda flops forward. he also has a bit of a crooked nose lol

It's my summer of ice cream... so far i have made

Mango-coconut-star anise ice cream

Watermelon-lime-mint sorbet (I added extra lime juice n mint!)

Blueberry ice cream (family recipe)

Key lime pie popsicles

Spiced coffee kulfi

But I think my next ice cream idea is gonna put them all to shame. My husband likes his ice cream with a lot of add-ins -- the "ooey-gooey" flavors -- and though that's not usually my favorite style, the other day I was driving along and had this idea just hit me out of nowhere.

I'm gonna do a coconut-flavored ice cream base (maybe with the base from this recipe; if any of y'all have an ice cream that uses coconut milk that you love, sound off), then add crumbled brown butter-coconut cookies... and finish it off with a ribbon of dulce de leche.

If all goes well, the end result is gonna be sweet and salty and gooey and coconutty... I'm already so excited for it. Wish me luck!
