They had been talking about renewing their vows now that they were back together again, now that their family was finally right again, but it hadn’t really gotten anywhere. Neither would admit it, but secretly they were waiting for Raven to bring it up, she had been the first one to walk away back then after all. When she was ready, then it was a discussion they’d all have.

It seemed that Raven was finally ready.

Summer and Tai both smiled at Raven, happy to finally be here again. Summer would go over to her and take her hands in her own, silver eyes looking up to catch red. “I thought you’d never ask Rae,” she laughed. “You know how much I want us all to be a family again. It was the one thing that kept me going when I was trying to make my way back after everything that happened. I’m all for it.”

Meanwhile, Tai had slipped off, heading to the attic for a moment before finally coming back down. There was something clutched in his balled hand as he strode up beside his beautiful ladies. Opening his hand, in his palm, they’d both see familiar rings... their’s from the first time around, both the engagement set and the wedding set. “I wasn’t holding on to these for nothing,” he grinned. “I guess being sentimental has it’s perks sometimes doesn’t it?”

Taking Raven’s ring from the engagement set, he held it out to her. “I think I need to put this back where it belongs.”

Summer reached out and took Tai’s and they waited for Raven to claim Summer’s to put on her. “And when we renew those vows,” Summer beamed, “the other’s will find their way back to where they belong too.”

Had a muddy, sweaty wonderful time at Camp Punk in Drublic. It never ceases to amaze me how kind, genuine and generous punk fans are. I went camping solo this weekend, and I met so many super nice, cool people from all over the world.
