a/n: no idea what this is, excuse me - quick drabble while being in my feels so there's not much thinking behind it

10 minutes - all that’s left.

Staring at stars littering the midnight sky, a crooked smile stretched across her bloodied lips as the moon set its light onto the broken body of a woman that decided to seal her own fate by breaking a promise. 

“Promise me that, from now on, you’re done with this shit!”

A childish promise now that she thinks of it, one made when wrapped up in unspoken emotions and in a hospital bed. It was the only way in which she managed to get him to back off, to stop hearing his whining, complaining and suffocating desperation to be protective. Granted, she was told things will end up as they did now if responsibility was not met. How could she be responsible? They promised to protect each other since they were children with no sense of direction in life. One does not offer their lives on a golden platter to another without a set in stone purpose.

Children slapped with the hardships of life, tossed around like mindless ragdolls by the fury of a destiny filled with power, money, blood and loss. Pickpocketing the wrong person brought her the most beautiful friendship and life one could have ever asked for in this bitter world. There was not a wound she would not soothe and no tear he would not wipe away. He taught her how to fight, she taught him how to smile - two hearts and souls walking the fine line between life and death with each passing day, making a name for themselves that slipped in fear through the bloodied lips of the ones planning to hurt them time and time again.

How could she not break the promise if it meant saving the only man she loved?

There has never been a shadow of a doubt that she would protect the boy, now man, that has taught her that life can be bright in the darkness. Tongue swiping across the roof of her mouth, metallic taste tickled dry taste buds as eyes focused on the lower extremities of an unresponsive body.

So it started, hm? Well, I think now it’s as good a time as any. 

It was as if the universe knew she needed just a tad bit more time, bullet grazing mercilessly the spinal cord enough to not paralyze her instantly but slowly, each minute killing another nerve or muscle in her body.

Tinges of cologne swirled into the air before being inhaled by the pair of tired lungs, a scent that could, alone, fire up the determination to stand and walk with paralyzed limbs. However, this time was different as the second bullet was nestled close to a heart that picked up the pace of its heartbeats when her fingers intertwined with his on the chest, blood flowing furiously from under them despite the applied pressure. Back resting against his chest, the man held the woman that meant everything and beyond as close and tight as he possibly could.

“Ran, stop.” she calmly spoke, head tilting upwards to meet the pair of droopy lavender eyes she so deeply adored.

“Already?” he asked, not a single note of worry or despair in his voice - hands moving along with hers.

“I cannot feel anything from my waist down anymore.” she continued with the same soothing voice he got so used to hearing for more than 10 years. “In the next 10 minutes I will lose feeling in everything and my heart will stop.”

“We have 10 minutes left then.” Ran offered a soft smile, eyes dancing along the most beautiful features he has ever witnessed, ignoring the thin threads of blood trickling down from the corners of her mouth. “Will you apologize for breaking the promise?”

“Never.” she chuckled lightly, his heart skipping a beat at the sound as always when hearing such beautiful sound. “You’re alive and that is all that matters.”

“Stubborn.” Ran clicked his tongue, hands tightening their grip on hers as his fingers brushed over the all too familiar ring. “Remember why I gave you this ring?”

“If none of us gets married by the time we’re 30, we’ll marry each other.” she answered, bright smile too inappropriate for the situation at hand. “The best marriages are between best friends after all.”

“I planned on asking you to marry me in two weeks.” Ran coughed slightly, unable to look away from the woman which time was rapidly heading towards the end. “On your birthday.”

“Ran ..” she laughed, choking on a bit of blood nestled into the throat and he pulled her upwards, bloodied cheek resting against his. “We’ve always been married and you know it.”

“True.” he sighed, leaning into the body he will be unable to feel anymore after tonight, arms tightening around her in fear. “But I wanted to give you my name.”

“Don’t worry about that.” she replied, slowly turning to face him as she could feel the paralysis creeping into the upper part. “I’m not leaving without a surprise.”

“As this one wasn’t enough.” Ran shook his head slowly, eyes intertwined and locked in an embrace of the past and present, seconds slipping by at a merciless pace.

“I need you to do two things for me.” she said, chest beginning to heave as the body could no longer sustain her life force. 

“Anything.” Ran swallowed hard, noticing how her light started to dim into his arms, running against a five minute deadline.

“Give the girl from the coffee shop a chance.” she began, raising an eyebrow stopping Ran from protesting. “She is smart, beautiful and extremely nice. I took the liberty in getting to know her in case a day like this would come.”

“Stop ..” Ran whispered, a knot of rage and pain forming into his throat seeing the ease with which she spoke. "Please .."

"She is well aware what Bonten is." she followed, ignoring the man's plea. "Also, she also knows Sanzu, weirdly enough. He likes her pastries which is good."

"Can you just .." Ran's lower lip quivered, voice trembling under tonality filled with nothing but sadness.

“Date, don’t jump head forward as you usually do. Marry her and be as happy as I know you can be." she continued, knowing and feeling there was not much time left. "Have children and give one of them my name because I don’t want to truly ever leave your life. And please .. please Ran .. for the love of God allow yourself to love freely.”

"I can't .." he chocked, head shaking slowly in an attempt to dismiss the requests Ran knew was going to follow suit.

"Also .." she sighed, head cocked slightly to the side. "Stay alive and live for me. Live until you can't anymore then come and meet me."

Tears began bubbling into both their eyes, mercilessly spilling over and washing over all the pain and suffering endured. Ran’s arms wrapped even tighter around her failing body knowing that they had reached the end, all of that calm and soft facade he had worn for the last few minutes began to crumble. Staring at each other, words unable to come out anymore, fear creeping up into his while hers were brimmed with peace, they allowed their hearts to silently speak to each other for one last time.

“And the second thing ..” she whispered with that soft smile Ran looked forward every single day, forehead resting against his. “For this last minute we have .. kiss me, Ran Haitani, because I have loved you my entire life and I have to take, at least now, what’s mine.”

In another situation, Ran would have probably acted all surprised and even made a joke to ease the tension of a confession he had been waiting for since they were grown enough to know what love means, a confession he had been too afraid to say out loud but was already known.

However, right now? He could not afford to waste precious time with the only woman he had ever loved, the woman that jumped in front of a loaded gun and took all the bullets so he could live. Lips molded together timidly into the first kiss that came far too late, warmth and coldness dancing along the softness of skins getting acquainted for the first time. Hot tears rolled down their cheeks, sliding across their tongues that confessed a love that will last beyond life and death, lips vowing to never forget each other, apologizing for wasted time. In that moment, she poured into him all the love he had always believed to be undeserving of, a parting gift for the most important person she has ever had in her life.

As lips slowly faltered into their movements, Ran began gripping as hard as he could on each available part of a dying body, knowing she could not feel anything anymore. Desperation took over, wave of tears twisting his body into a tremble filled with pain and anger, wrapping himself around the woman that began fading, walking the steps towards a place he could not reach.

“I love you. I love you. I love you.” Ran repeatedly rasped, wishing for his words to bring her back. “I fucking love you. Don’t leave me, please! I’m begging you!”

“I love you too.” she whispered, body completely melting against his, head slipping slowly until it reached his shoulder. "Live for .. me."

Shallow breath escaped past chapped lips, brushing against his neck and Ran felt how all the life he has so deeply loved was now gone. Screams of a wounded man broke through the air, rocking back and forth while holding the cold body of the person that gave him the chance to live for someone else that was not his brother. Thousands of sharp knives cut through Ran, plunging deeply into a heart that fought to not break beyond repair, his tears falling in a prayer to bring her back. Promises to give up on everything were shouted, life offered in exchange for the one that truly mattered becoming a chant heard only by the clouds that gathered above them.

Despite all the things he had lost in his life, Ran Haitani lost his soul only for the death of the love of his life.

“Dad has been married before?” the little, raven haired girl asked while holding Rindou’s hand.

“You could say so.” Rindou replied, heart skipping a beat remembering the events over which 12 years have passed - that day his brother lost the woman he loved more than life itself while Rindou lost his best friend.

Both watched how Ran spoke and laughed with a pristine headstone, one him and Rindou would take care of regularly. Knees digging into the grass, pastel colored peonies were placed in front of it gently as fingers ran across the name etched into the marble - a name specifically written as a last wish Rindou heard through the last voicemail left to him that night, right before she headed to trade her life for the one of the love of her life.

“I have her name ..” the girl’s eyes opened wide, bright smile spreading across features too young to know pain - Rindou squeezing her tiny hand as tears began running down his aged cheeks.

Why do people act like this Kendall and book thing is one sided? Like he is so down over her and she is over it? Let’s not forget that she was the one watching lives of him when they broke up and was still trying to get his attention by posting bikini pics daily. Let’s not forget that she was the one that posted her bare ass when they broke up that first time like a desperado to get him to come back to her. The tea in the LSA WAG private dm thing was that he was treating her like shit the second time they got back together and I believe it, she was the one constantly posting him whilst he was opening flirting with girls at vegas clubs and captioning pics of him and his dog saying shit like “I feel like haven is the only one that understands me” whilst on holiday with her at HER lake home and she STILL stayed.

Even now the streets are saying that she is sending her friends to follow and keep up with him, the same shit Rihanna used to do with drake/ Chris brown and I believe it. Don’t forget she still did not have shame to unfollow him after dating bad bunny in the beginning, he had to unfollow her first and she was still liking videos of him on Micheal Rubin’s page after being with bad bunny. If she wanted her friends to leave him alone, they would like they have done with Ben and Blake but they have not. They make sure to check in with him everytime when he is in LA or they are in AZ. Who is allowing them to do that? Like think people (not you admin), this is the same group that cut off jordyn because Kylie said so and are back on her dick because Kylie is allowing it. Most, despite being rich themselves would do anything to stay in the karjenner realm for clout.

Sorry admin, I don’t even want to sound like a booker stan because I hate that arrogant asshole but Kendall stans are getting hand. The final Tristan cheating episode:

June 17th, 2022

So I watched the episode at midnight, and first and foremost, Khloe crying was really sad and disappointing to listen to, because you can really tell that for whatever reason she loves him, and I just wish she loved someone that loved her back. I thought it was of course very sweet for Kim to comfort her and calm her down as much as she could over the phone. because this IS humiliating and so rude of Tristan, to not even tell Khloe personally first.

On to Tristan's behavior, it truly does speak volumes that he keeps doing this, but also that he does this and doesn't even want to tell Khloe. it says a lot about him and how he views Khloe, to not even tell her when he knew trouble was around the corner when it came to this paternity suit. this explains his behavior in the first episode at the family Barbeque or party. he was probably always on edge waiting for this news to come out. he lives a lie half the time. and you cant build a life with someone that has no problem being sneaky and dishonest.

Khloe did not show up to their family's meeting, Khloe said that she didn't need to hear other people's opinions about her life and this is where she annoys me, because maybe if you DID listen to some, opinions than maybe you wouldn't have made the same dumb decision over and over again expecting a different result. I don't even think her family would have judged her, but c'mon, the signs were there. I really enjoyed how Kim was speaking about the fact that she just feels tired and done with him. she expressed how she's just over his lying and the surprise cheating stories. Kourtney also expressed the same, Kris pointed out how he has a pattern with this behavior and they're over him, especially since they've given him so many chances to change and he just hasn't. one thing I'll say about the Kardashian family is that when it comes to the men who date their daughters they really do care for them it seems. and will get the men in their lives help if need be. (a la Kanye west circa 2020 election breakdown) Cory even said something that really resonated with me, which was that the first sign of trouble, Tristan should've run to Khloe and told her THE TRUTH. lying, hiding it, and hiring an attorney, going through all this was just a mess, and for her to find out months later shows you don't care. and cory was also correct when he said that Khloe doesn't look bad, Tristan does. but of course, I have to add, that Khloe does look foolish for taking him back and expecting a different result. she looks dumb for trying to end a career, Jordyn woods' and then staying silent when this woman comes out.

I thought it was a false equivalency to compare what Kim went through with Kanye to when Khloe had with Tristan because Khloe always knew that Tristan was capable of doing this; she just chose to ignore his bad behavior. so that's why I don't and never really feel too bad for Khloe, she was grown when she knew SOMETHING wasn't quite right, it doesn't mean she knew everything, but it does mean that she knew something hadn't added up back in 2016. I also think that Khloe put herself between a rock and a hard place by being with him.

Ok. so I've said it before with the Jordyn woods stuff but I'll keep saying it, this behavior is what keeps Khloe like this! oh my god, coddling and forgiving constantly is what keeps Khloe in this state. saying that she did all she could do is true, and it's fine, but not acknowledging that she should've known better is important. because she should have. she was 34, and grown knowing something wasn't right about Tristan when he said he was going to be "a father in 3 months" like what the fuck? and as for Kourtney saying that they always "take the high road", I hope they're referring to yelling at Tristan online and not us cause it's not our fault that Khloe dumbass dated an obvious liar and cheater. why should we be blamed for her stupidity and poor decision-making skills? I simply do not think that Kourtney has the whit (no offense) to go after people online anyways. they would win instantly cause your sister is big, dumb, and insecure, and she should've known better. the facts are the facts.

Kim then says that she's going to find everyone who trolls Khloe? shut up no you aren't. you couldn't even help her out when she got drug during the Jordyn woods scandal, you cant help her out here. and again, why are we being blamed? tristan is the one that keeps putting Khloe through all this. you put your life on tv and in front of cameras for over a decade and filmed everything you wanted to include. now that you don't like the reactions you wanna get upset. it doesn't work like that ladies.

to end on this final note, i am very happy that Khloe is moving on. she really has more good in her life than bad. and it's great that she's focusing on that right now. it probably will be difficult since her dream of having a family with a known loser is over, but the time for moving on to better pastures is here!

The Masked Singer Season 4 Episode 6: Playoff Time featuring Group C! Commentary and Guesses

Hello fellow Masked Singer fanatics! Welcome to Ana’s Masked Singer Recap, where I, Ana, recap every episode of The Masked Singer (and maybe The Masked Dancer too, since it was revealed... I might do a blog post rating and showcasing the costumes of that mask). So, how I do it is that I talk first about the people/masks who get eliminated/unmasked and then reveal my guesses for the remaining masks of the group/explain them with clues and give my commentary on the performances. Alright, so that said, let’s get into it starting with the eliminated contestant who was:

*DRUMROLL PLEASE*

Squiggly Monster 👾

Performance: His performance of “I Ain’t Got No (Satisfaction)” by The Rolling Stones was really great, not as amazing as his last performance, but still really great ngl. I was sad to see him go, but I am not surprised honestly since it was between him and Broccoli for me. However, I knew who he was and I really warmed up to him and really love him (like he is genuinely someone I grew up watching so I have a soft spot for the dude)

Anyway, he was revealed to be as I suspected....

Bob Saget

Ok, yay it’s Danny Tanner himself from Full House as I guessed last week. His voice is so peculiar that I pretty much figured it out through that especially since I grew up watching him. I’m really happy that he decided to do this show and he did a fantastic job even though that mask is interesting to say the least haha.

Here are the clues that make sense as to Bob Saget:

The tripping, falling, and getting hit in the clue package refers to his hosting of America’s Funniest Home Videos.

Laughter being best medicine= he is a comedian and laughter is a huge part of his career

Physical clue (aka magic lamp clue)= Teddy Bear: he played Ted Denson in How I Met Your Mother

Alright so let’s talk about the remaining 3 contestants and my guesses now:

1. Mushroom 🍄

Performance: I really loved his performance of If I Could Turn Back Time by Cher, it was my favorite of the group. He in general is my favorite mask of Group C. The way he held that note at the end was magnificent like wow this guy has talent (now I can tell it’s a male with this voice). However, to me, he is the hardest to figure out and I have been back and forth with a bunch of names in my brain, like Anthony Ramos, Todrick Hall, and Billy Porter, but I think I am going to stick with my guess from last week who is also a Broadway star like the ones i am thinking about:

My guess for the Mushroom (for now) is still:

Jordan Fisher

Is this an excuse for me to just use super cute pics of him because I love him so much? Yes, but that’s besides the point. Idk I just feel like Mushroom’s first performance really sounded like Jordan like a lot that I can’t get it out of my head... he is someone who can really hold a note like that but at the same time there is a tone difference between Mushroom and Jordan that makes me doubt a bit, but this week’s clues kind of fit in a way (it’s the only mask I feel kind of iffy about who it could be):

Outcast in High School, didn’t feel like he belonged= idk but Jordan is adopted from a white family so maybe it’s that he didn’t look like everyone else physically speaking... just a thought

The Kangaroo= her name was Jordyn (Jordyn Woods) and he’s Jordan (I’m not completely sure, just supposing)

2. Broccoli 🥦

Performance: I feel like his performance of Hello by Lionel Richie was better than his last performance, but he isn’t my favorite honestly. He is a great and very seasoned singer for sure, but I feel like he is holding back and there are so many stronger contestants on the show. Anyways, I am so sure of who he is...

For the Broccoli, I am doubling down on my guess of...

Paul Anka

For anyone who knows him, his voice is just too recognizable for it not to be him. Also, the clues say it all:

Story about the “big cheese” and making a masterpiece for him that took him all night= he wrote a song for Frank Sinatra that made him be up all night until 4am

3-7-2-6-5= spells out Frank for Frank Sinatra who he worked with and was very good friends with kind of like a mentor in music

Magic Lamp Clue: Those little spiny things you see in Casinos (idk the name of it) but yeah he has a huge connection to Las Vegas

3. Jellyfish

Performance: Wow, she really improved from last time with her performance of Crazy by Patsy Cline. Her voice is stunning, like she is super talented. She honestly reminds me of Kitty from last season. As for my guess, I got this from some YouTube comments and they convinced me (thanks YouTube)

That guess for Jellyfish would be Olympic Gold medalist...

Chloe Kim

BREAKING NEWS: ANNIKA BADIE AND JAYDEN HANSEN CAUGHT ARGUING OUTSIDE OF NASHVILLE’S FAMOUS GAYLORD OPRYLAND RESORT !

a night that started out like any other award show: full of glitz and glamor, some good music and laughs, rewards and praise for a years worth of hard work. who knew ( or could predict ) it would end with tears and a public screaming match ? the 54th annual country music awards were nothing short of spectacular, and a proud moment for some of our very own hidden hills residents. margarita trejo, performing her award winning song the bones winning awards for female vocalist of the year, song and single of the year. cameron nelson, performing his newest hit cold as you, winning awards for male vocalist of the year and album of the year. as well as annika badie performing her newest single hole in the bottle winning the award for musical event of the year. cameron nelson and annika badie ended up honoring country music sensations brad paisley and carrie underwood with a spark-filled tribute performance of the duos song “remind me”. the set was the first time the two artists had collabed since nelson’s last tour where badie starred as his opening act. it was a memorable night with huge names all coming together for a night to celebrate country music with stars like: morgan wallen, eric church, miranda lambert, carrie underwood, brad pasiley, hosted by reba mcentire and darius rucker. the evening ended with hansen and badie caught on camera linked hand in hand singing along trejo’s closing performance of the bones, their son lorenzo ( age 5 ) seated happily between the two. after parties were roaring throughout the night in the streets of nashville, though it seemed that two of the award winners opted out of the festivities. fans and hotel staff say that badie was seen in the hotel bar hours later alone, chatting with some fans as she ordered the house a round of drinks and shortly after nelson showed up. the two had a few drinks, talked, and eventually ended up leaving together. 

 neither were seen until the next morning, nelson photographed leaving the hotel on his own, everything seeminly returning to normal or so opryland resort staff and guests thought it safe to assume. roughly an hour later, sources say there was a noise complaint to about the suite belonging to badie and before security had the opportunity to address the situation and ask the occupants to tone it down, staff say jayden hansen ( father of annika’s only child ) was overheard yelling in the hallway something along the lines of,  “enjoy your flight back to wherever it is you decide to go. either back to hidden hills or cameron’s room.” the "peter pan” songstress was seen shortly after running after hansen barefoot in nothing but a t-shirt asking him to come back to her room and talk. neither jayden’s team or annika’s team chose to comment at this time, both teams saying badie and hansen asked for privacy and thanked fans for respecting their wishes at this time. though it was hard to ignore that only a day after her arrival back in hidden hills, badie was photographed outside fellow songstress isabelle amor’s home neither nelson or hansen in sight. so does this mean the end of jayden and annika ? is there a budding romance between country’s newest and most sought after bachelor cameron nelson and country vixen annika badie ? or is this the beginning of a new messy southern love triangle ? we’ll keep you updated, but we hope for the sakes of all involved that fans get some good music out of the dramatic events of this past weekend !

BACK TOGETHER: ZEKE KING AND ISABELLE AMOR CAUGHT OUT AND ABOUT SHOPPING FOR JEWLERY!

the heart wants what it wants, doesn't it ? well hidden hills residents, ever since we got the word that isabelle amor, 28, moved into our lovely gated community, we all have wondered when she and former beau, zeke king, 27, ( also know as isaac king ) were going to bump into each other ! it looks like it’s finally happened, maybe it just had to happen beyond our closed gates ?!  here’s what we do know that the former lovers were spotted in a jewelry shop together. king was reportedly there for about ten minutes before amor arrived to the shop. employees stated that both celebrities were well mannered and very kind to them. the big question on everyone everyone’s mind ? why they were both at a jewelry store in the middle of the day ? 

well our sources tell us that king was checking out the engagement ring section and while amor came in not long after initially asking for a birthday present for a certain someone in her life before king had caught her eye ( or so they were trying to make it seem ). the singer was the one who reportedly greeted the talk show host and actor. according the the employees, the two stood there talked for about an hour, and they were said to be nothing but smiles and laughs. king even asked her what type of ring that she liked the best. belle pointed at one and according to employees and said, “i think this one is the most beautiful one they have, it’s the one i’ve always wanted.” with a smile on her lips. now there were no signs of king’s current girlfriend, nicole hampton who he’d recently rekindled with after her mid-august almost vegas wedding to actor theo dean or either heartthrob’s children. is there trouble in paradise for hampton and king ? are our favorite problematic off again on again duo working towards making things take a turn towards on again ? 

WEDDING ON PAUSE... : JORDYN GELLER AND CALEB WALSH PUT THEIR WEDDING ON HOLD A G A I N!

just a few short weeks ago, NFL linebacker for the LA chargers caleb walsh took to twitter to announce that he and long time lover model and singer jordyn geller were in fact weeks away from the wedding we’ve all been waiting for. in late 2018, only a week before their orgininal wedding date, the power couple confirmed their split for the first time. sources close to both families say the “i hate u i love u” singer caught cold feet and the couple spent a year apart. though both had some very public flings in that time, eventually geller and walsh reunited. they’ve both said their reunion was almost inevitable when walsh’s football season came to an end and he found his way back in hidden hills. 

though many were excited to see our favorite lovers confirm they were in fact back together, not everyone was happy about it. zeke king, close friend of geller, has countless times on twitter poked jabs at the idea of his disapproval - as well as caleb’s ex-girlfriend annika badie. that didn’t seem to stop the love birds from deciding to head back to the idea of heading to the altar. after months of speculation from the public and fans on twitter, caleb walsh comfirmed the question on many people’s mind: he and jordyn were in fact engaged. the wedding was set for novemeber 10th at the montage hotel in laguna beach, the couple was said to have spared no expense and it was set to be the wedding event of the year but to everyone’s surprise ? the wedding was put on hold. and no, this time it wasn’t per jordyn geller’s request. it was because of scheduling conflicts on the hotel’s end and walsh’s games. will these two ever really say i do ? i guess time will only tell !

CHEATING SCANDAL: SPENCER STONE AND LANIE SINCLAIR FIRST A BABY NOW THIS ... !

lanie sinclair was spotted early friday morning leaving the home of her ex fling, 5 second of summer band member spencer stone. neighbors tell us the young actress was seen leaving the house with her two young children, wearing a shirt that appeared to have belonged to stone. we can only imagine what happened between spencer and lanie that night. the two are currently expecting their second child together, even though they both are in a relationship with other people. fans of sinclaire and stone seem to “ship” the pair together more than they do with their actual partners ! could the two be rekindling their romance ? only time will tell. we have reached out to representatives of both parties and lanie’s boyfriend and girlfriend ( scout kessler and paige ricci ) and spencer’s girlfriend ( frankie hart ). we have not received any comments from those involved, but we cannot wait to see how this unfolds.

CO 1103: A Duggar Bachelor Pad

The Duggars engage in hurricane relief efforts. Jessa & Ben take their kids to Kansas City. It is Felicity’s first swim lesson. Jed & Jer show off their new place, and Duggar Family Fun night is a competition at a corn maze.

Hurricane Dorian has hit the Bahamas, and many of the Duggars are trained in relief efforts, so they headed to the Bahamas to help where they can. The region was devastated, and the Duggars are organizing and distributing supplies. They helped connect doctors to people in need. Jana and Abbie are there and helping support the efforts. John says no one is ever really safe from natural disasters, and you have to help where you can. Jason says being able to help with aid has been a blessing and he is glad to be able to help others in their time of need.

At Jessa & Ben's, they are preparing to take a road trip to Kansas City. This is their first road trip with 3 kids. It is a three and a half hour drive, and they are hoping the kids will nap. Spurgeon says he usually naps but sometimes he stays awake. Jessa says they have some mom hacks: traveling with snacks, traveling in PJs and getting dressed when they're 15 minutes out. They are looking forward to an apple orchard and maybe the zoo. On the ride, they sing songs like Amazing Grace. Ivy is napping. Spurgeon says he likes looking out the window and singing songs on trips. Michelle always had a plastic tub she called a "survival kit" for long trips. Jinger said on their long trip, they would go for 3 hours and then let Felicity run around and that would tire her out for the next 3 hours. Jessa has wrapped some toys for the boys so they get to open them up and play with them along the trip. Spurgeon liked the wrapped toys, but Henry gets frustrated. Henry and Ivy nap, but Spurgeon doesn't.

Ben and Jessa arrive, and meet up with their friends the Chapmans. Brandon & Jenna Chapman were friends of the Seewalds from Church, and their kids are close in age: Spurgeon is close in age to Isla, Henry to Judah, and Ivy to Zion. They arrive at the orchard, and Jessa and Ben try to figure out whether the apples on the ground are ok. Some of them look ok, but generally Ben thinks the low hanging fruit is there for a reason. Ben and Brandon start trying to get the apples down from the top of the tree. They jump, lift up kids to get them, and climb on the wagon. After collecting a lot of apples, Jenna says they will have to look up apple recipes while the Seewalds are in town. The Seewalds and Chapmans are so happy to be reunited.

In LA, the Vuolos are heading to Felicity's first swim lesson. She is 15 months, and they want her to be comfortable with the water. Jinger says there are a lot of pools in California and she feels safer with Felicity being able to swim. Jeremy asked if she did lessons as a kid, and Jinger says not really, but her younger siblings do all the time. The oldest kids learned to swim, and so did the younger kids, but some in the middle are not as big of swimmers, and that includes Jinger. Jessa says she is also a terrible swimmer, and Joy says she can't really swim. Kendra is a good swimmer, but Joe isn't. Jeremy also learned as a kid, but isn't anything special. Jinger has been getting lessons from a friend who was trained by an instructor. They arrive at the pool, and Jeremy gets in the water with Felicity and Instructor Kenneth. Jinger thought it was a good opportunity for dad and daughter time. They go a few different things to get her comfortable in the water, and eventually do a little dunk. Felicity starts crying, and she is not a fan of dunking in the water. Felicity sees Jinger on the side of the pool and wants to go to her. Jinger goes and hides behind a post. Jinger wishes she could comfort her, but knows it is good to get her comfortable in the water. Jeremy said he has learned more than Felicity, but it was a good start.

Jed and Jer have moved into their own place. The living room just contains a ping pong table since they don't have couches. It has a little kitchen and plan on getting a small table. They share a room with two twin beds. They have their own bathroom and closet for the first time. Jed and Jer say that they aren't the first to move out before marriage: John did for a while to pursue his pilot's license, and Joe went to college but came back. They have an office as well. The twins say it is up to the older kids whether they want to stay or move out, and a lot of them love living with their family. Jed says this is just the next spot for him to go, and his parents are excited for him. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and is a guest room. Joe and Josiah arrive to check out the new place. Josiah brought some patio chairs along for them to sit in. Joe says it is nice, but a small house. Everyone jokes about what you should give as a housewarming gift for a bachelor pad: trash cans, air fresheners, home-cooked meals, restaurant gift cards.  Jed and Jer have only been out for a week and a half, and haven't cooked yet. They're making burgers for dinner for their brothers. They preheat the oven for fries. Both twins are not good cooks, and Josiah steps in to help. The twins say their brother's have wives who can teach them how to cook. They miss living with their brothers and mom's cooking. Both the twins are waiting for Mrs. Right, and don't have anyone in mind now. Overall, it was a great night they say.

The Seewalds and Chapmans arrive at the zoo, and Jessa is breastfeeding while walking, something she only does on group activities. They go to a lorikeet exhibit- most Duggars don't know what they are, but Jeremy does- they're little birds, in the parakeet family. The parents thought feeding the birds would be fun. There is a callback to when Jessa & Ben had the brother help build a deck at their place ad a bird pooped on Ben. One bird comes and lands on Ivy's head, and this baby is entirely unbothered by the bird on her head. Henry, Spurgeon, Isla and Judah enjoy feeding the birds. It starts to rain, so they head inside to Stingray bay, where you can touch stingrays. As they pet the stingrays, they realize Henry is gone- apparently he's a bit of a runner. They find him quickly, but while looking at monkeys he goes for a run again and Ben goes after him. After the zoo, it is nap time and it was a great visit to the zoo and fun trip to Kansas City.

Instead of the usual Family Fun Night, the Duggars have family fun day at a corn maze. The family will divide into 6 teams with a timer each, and the fastest team out of their maze wins. John & Abbie have the two of them and Tyler and Josie. They head off into the maze, trying to walk fast and make their way through the maze. Jason's team- Johannah, Anna, and her 5 kids with a stroller. Joe's Team is himself, Kendra and Garrett. Kendra is pretty pregnant, so they don't expect to win. She is 36 weeks and feeling big with some aches and pains, but feeling pretty good overall. John's team is out of the maze in 11:37. Joe took a picture of the maze, and drew a map on his phone to get though it. Jason's team does it in 8:38 with Anna, pregnant, jogging to the finish. Joe & Kendra do it in 10:32. Kendra is contracting after going through the maze. Joy, Austin and Gideon are the next team in. They carry Gideon and just run the maze. Austin thinks that with the pregnant ladies and strollers, that will get them through this. Ben's team is next: with Jessa, their kids and Jordyn. Ben gives them a pep talk before they go in, trying to get them to win. Jessa also took a picture of the map, and she has a route planned. Joe & Jessa have plans, but John and Joy don't- which Kendra thinks fits their personalities. Jeremiah has his parents, Justin, Jackson and Jennifer. Joy's team is struggling to find the route out. Austin says if it wasn't for all the corn, they could see the end. That was his first corn maze, apparently. Joy's team finishes in 15:30. Jim Bob's team finishes in 7:48. Ben's team finishes in 6:25. Ben is proud of their win, and Jessa needs water. Jim Bob says everyone made in through and was a winner. They all clap, and talk about how much they value weekly family night and this was a fun way to do something new.

Fun little food for thought: USA 2016 Quals

What we know: Aly came in 2nd and Laurie came in 3rd at Nationals, Gabby came in 4th. Laurie came in 2nd and Aly came in 3rd at Trials, Gabby came in 7th. Gabby (controversially to some), Aly and Laurie made the team and we’re all fighting for the three AA spots at camp and in training. USAG released a statement saying Laurie would not be competing on bars in quals due to a pulled abdominal muscle, conveniently allowing the pro gymnasts/past Olympic champions/household names to get the spots, which just so happens to make for better headlines/ratings. I remember reading somewhere Maggie Haney said her heart was broken for Laurie and she cried when she found out that Laurie would not be fighting for an AA spot in quals (suggesting that she might not have been injured).

We know that USAG has a history of choosing people who are more marketable to the general public to bring in cash (i.e. USOC/Steve Penny[?] demanding that McKayla be named to the 2012 team, allowing Nastia to compete in Trials in 2012, wanting to sub McKayla in the 2013 AA instead of Kyla, excluding Maggie Nichols from AA quals in 2015 in favor of two Olympic veterans meanwhile she posted a higher AA total in Team Finals than they did in quals, etc.) and they also have a history of covering up injuries rather than publicizing it (Jordyn’s stress fracture in 2012, McKayla’s broken toe 2012), so why publicize this one.

We also now know that Haney has been an awful coach to her gymnasts, forcing them to compete through injury, abusing them verbally/emotionally, etc. So it’s quite possible that she was sad that they wouldn’t allow her to compete through her injury.

For funsies, I figured out that Laurie would have needed a 15.241 to tie Aly, who as we all know got the 2nd AA spot. With the bars scoring being as cracky as it was in that sub w Aly scoring a 14.733, Simone scoring 15, Gabby scoring 15.766 and Madison scoring a 15.866 (which honestly makes domestic scoring look fair — those were all ridiculous), it’s not all that crazy to think that Laurie could’ve achieved a higher score than that (especially when she was already scoring around that domestically with a hit routine).

This is all speculation, and we may never know the truth, and I am happy with how the AA turned out and Aly getting her AA medal, and Aly still could’ve beat her out with her AA score, but I just can’t help but feel like this wasn’t totally fair for Laurie.

Yes it’s been 4 years, idk what made me think of it, but I’m interested to hear what some of you guys have to say on the matter? Do you think the right decision was made? If you think Laurie should’ve competed AA in quals, how do you rework the roster? Simone was doing AA no matter what and Madison was literally brought JUST for bars (with a backup AA set just in case), leaving two spots left open. Do you take Gabby out of quals and throw her in tf (a la Maggie), or just not put her in at all (which would kinda negate bringing her at all since she was brought as a good AAer with a good bars set), do you not put up Aly with the lowest bars score and then take away her potential to score a higher AA score?

◦ at the age of 18, nicole moved out on her own savings. still keeping ties to her family, but wanting more than just life as a hampton. she started opening at comedy clubs, hanging around different comedians which finally landed her a place as a writer for various comedy central shows. that was her first real taste of happiness. no cameras, no dieting, she could just sit there and let her thoughts go on a page and make people laugh. but due to her contract with zarzar, she still needed to meet her photoshoot requirements and make face as much as she could with the public.

◦ a short time later, she’d met zeke king. she was out with friends who had friends and one of those friends happened to be the king twins. at first, she couldn’t stand the sight of either twin, but isaac really got under her skin. or so she’d say. truthfully, she rather enjoyed the sight of him... she just despised when he’d move or speak. he was blood boilingly pompous, entitled, the genuine stereotype of a fuck boy. but they had mutual friends so inevitably the pair bumped into each other, a few times. but there was one night, where she’d gotten left alone at a party, and she first and only person she could think of to call was him. why zeke? she’d never know, but without question and sprinkled with some unasked for boasting, he was there.

◦ that’s all it took. one night. it was baffling how effortlessly he was able to break down her walls. he’d smile and everything else blurred - even the well-known history of his reputation. they talked that evening and after that, people she was used to talking to just seemed dull. it was like she was meeting herself in the body of another person. it happened almost like a dream. all it took was just one look into his eyes, and she naturally felt the sense of belonging and total recognition. everything she felt was absolutely miraculous. looking into zeke’s eyes, it felt like they’d already know each other. it was almost like looking into a mirror for the very first time in her life. her mind, her soul, and her body were shaken up in various forms. them spending time, ignoring everyone else, turned her world upside down, but in a very beautiful way, and for a greater purpose. she swore that night was the first time she’d ever felt the way she did.

◦ things after that were steady, nicole worked and whenever she wasn’t working - she was with zeke. now, that’s not saying they were always perfect, their personalities were far too similar - she had a short temper and was easily jealous and he was... well himself, like always. though it wasn’t too long after that she’d become pregnant with their son zeus, something that should’ve been the happiest time of her life which resulted in both her parents admitting they wanted nothing to do with her or the baby if she decided to keep the baby. so she cut ties, leaned on zeke, prepared herself for parenthood - and even if her world had fallen apart, the center of her world revolved around her family, zeke and their son, so she was centered.

◦ nine months later, nicole gave birth to her beautiful baby boy. she and zeke named him zeus, the closest thing to zeke that they could agree on, but it fit their beautiful beaming baby boy. the day she held him in her arms was the first day she really understood pure unconditional love.

◦ for a while, things were going good - too good. it didn’t take too long for the femme to fall for isaac king, in fact she was sure that she’d fallen long before then but the fear of knowing his past, knowing he didn’t stay in one place too long kept her from admitting her feelings which ended up being for the best - days before their son’s first birthday party, nicole had come across a picture of zeke in a very unflattering light with another woman in a tabloid and quickly ended their relationship as hard as it was, she was far too prideful to stay and listen to any of his reasons.

◦ in that time, nicole had bonded with her soul sister, olivia, the on and off girlfriend of her ex’s twin brother. the two quickly became inseparable. olivia had always been her ride or die, the shoulder she needed when everything went wrong - truthfully she was the one person who knew everything about nikki.

“Are you ever going to tell him?” Mitsuya asked carefully, thumb rubbing gently over the protruding bone of your ankle, legs resting on his lap.

“There is nothing to tell.” you replied with a lazy shrug, gaze slipping past his lilac one to turn its attention to the other corner of the room.

“You’ve been in love with him since I can remember.” his voice betrayed sadness and a tad bit of disappointment, thumb stuttering over the bone, its circular motion turning into rhythmic taps.

“We’re 18, Taka.” you chuckled, hand sliding off the lap and onto the couch as fingertips pressed into the material. “Considered to be adults now. Honestly? We are still children with a bit more personality and maturity than a year ago. It will pass before you know it, don’t worry.”

The certainty which you spoke with did not fool Mitsuya in the slightest, hand moving away from the ankle to allow its fingers to intertwine with yours on the couch in a spot hidden away from any prying eyes. Lower lip quivered faintly at the warm, welcoming touch of your best friend, teeth clashing against each other in an attempt to keep all the emotions at bay. Mitsuya squeezed reassuringly, silently promising to be there for anything you might need now or in the future - one filled with uncertainty.

"This is not right." Mitsuya sighed deeply, watching how two of his best friends were denying themselves of each other.

Over the heads of friends you would never forget, two pairs of eyes melted into each other as they spoke in a language not understood by many - lips curving upwards to steal the sadness that laced yours. Stone hard knot obstructed your throat as words stumbled against it, heartbeats intensifying with each second that passed between yours and Draken’s silent conversation - he knew exactly what were the words that begged to slip past your lips, words that held in their grasp a power buried willingly in favor of seeing you thrive somewhere else.

His usually unbothered expression and defined by sharpness features were nowhere to be found, being replaced by a peaceful softness you have not been graced before with. Yearning, gripped tightly by an understanding Mitsuya did not had, battled inside of Draken's heart, knowing that even the slightest gesture could derail any plans you have built - the words he wished for you to say were now dancing along Draken's tongue, sliding back down his throat as the chance had been forever lost.

“I’m leaving for three years.” you whispered, afraid of allowing volume to envelop your voice due to the cracks beginning to show in it, fingers tightening their grip on Mitsuya’s hand as his attention was pulled away from Draken and back to your conflicted expression - university in Europe, he remembered with a sadness kept at bay by his willingness to support the decision. “Tomorrow when the plane will take off, he’ll be in good hands.”

“What did you do?” Mitsuya's furrowed brows hiding panic, head snapping towards Draken’s direction again as his eyes widened realizing what - or who - was the root cause of a secret that had no place in staying hidden.

Draken's eyes shifted away from you, the person that was not going to be around anymore for the next three years, or ever again, and captured another pair that had been searching his for the past 10 minutes. A colorful, yet quiet, chuckle slipped away seeing him laugh with the girl that deserved him more than you did - Emma Sano, the person that was never going to leave his side no matter what life was going to throw at them. The person that has loved Draken long before you even had the chance to.

“The hands I willingly placed him in.” happiness danced around the notes of your voice laced with sadness, pain trying to fight its way out through the cracks of a heart fated to love the person that has never been yours since the beginning.

Three years later, two people were standing in front of each other on the busy sidewalk outside the airport, studying the passing of time across their faces with small, soft smiles tugging at the lips that were yet to say a word.

Eyes melting into each other, hearts beating in a sync and rhythm known only by them, one hand reached to finally catch in its grasp the missing piece - that night before you left, Mitsuya was told a lie.

"It will pass before you know it, don’t worry."

She had to leave her relationship with Vinny, but more importantly as a mother to Ronnie for her mental health when she suffered PPD 6 months after having him.

Cartia is super overprotective and hard on herself as a mom.

She is currently working on her relationship with Ronnie alongside Vinny as parents to him, hoping she can win her son back over and help him become accustomed to being with her and living with her as well.

She wants to be the mother to her kids that she never had. That includes discipline and shielding her kiddos from the world of things they’re too young for or not ready to take on.

It’s too much vulnerabilty for her at this point. Even though she’s literally had their babies. They know that her mom had her doing bad things, but not exactly what she endured and for how long.

Hasn’t had a drink in a while, she still breast feeds and plans to for a long time with Olive. She didn’t with Ronnie and is doing everything she can to prevent PPD from happening again. She has taken placenta pills and does weekly therapy sessions.

Wishes Devon didn’t get someone else pregnant while she was. Thought that he was into her, but understands why he’s wonky about her, questions her feelings for Vinny and knows she has to fix her shit.

Making friends doesn’t come easy for her, she was homeschooled for high school because of her mom’s constant troubles with truancy and Cartia’s lack of care or drive for anything involving school work.

Hey. I never thought I would write about Kardashians/Jenners but in a light of recent events in our favourite hollywood family I’m just blown away.

If you’ve been on the internet for the last couple of days you might already know about the next big scandal in Kardashian family. If not well – to sum it up very briefly – Khloes’s baby daddy Tristan Thompson has been accused of cheating on her (again) with her little sisters Kylie’s best friend Jordyn Woods.

As someone who has been recently betrayed by her own best friend I’m monitoring this situation very carefully and with huge interest. It looks like no one – not even Kylie Jenner can trust her best friend this days. One thing Jordyn and my ex best friend have in common is wanting a dick so badly they’re willing to sacrifice everything and screw over anyone to get some.

We all knew Tristan is a cheating bastard but Jordyn owes everything she is to the Kardashians. Her whole reputation is build on “Kylie Jenners best friend“. The name Jodryn Woods would never ring any bell if not for Kylie. Hell she even lived in Kylie’s mansion?! How dumb do you have to be to screw over someone who puts roof over your head, brings you fame and fortune and you just go and screw over their family ?

I always liked her for being chubby girl trying to make it in show biz as representation of all body form matters –  but damn that was over the line.

You can’t even blame it on love or hormones or whatever cuz years of evolution has given us this very interesting feature I don’t know if you’re familiar with – it’s called self-control.

People started to apologise her behaviour because of her age. Well she’s 21 years old grown ass woman who needs to take the responsibility for her actions and oh boy does she take it really good. You just can’t fuck with Kardashiands and except to get out easy.

Well first of all they all unfollowed her on instagram (except Kylie)  – simple move I highly recommend when getting rid of toxic people in your life.

Khloe shared series of dramatic instagram stories and removed Jordyn from her Good American website where she modeled for Khloes clothes line.

My favourite power moves comes from Kylie thought. She cut her Jordyn Woods inspired Lip Kit collaboration in half ! In half ! She also kicked her out of her mansion in LA and she had to go back to living with her mum. People joke around that Kylie also canceled Jordyns phone and that’s why she’s not making any statement to this whole situation.

Lesson to take form this whole drama: Don’t screw over your billionaire friends. 

Jordyn already confirmed the whole scandal as “it’s been real” at her Eylur collaboration launch and I did not expect that. I still kinda hoped it was all just Kris Jenner’s next money-making move.

It’s kinda nice to relieve from your everyday struggles to find out famous rich people are having shitty days too. So whatever you’re dealing with just remember you’re not Jordyn Woods.

After arguing with him for nearly an hour, Jonah had had enough of Daniel & his oblivious stupidity. He stormed out of the room & left the 4 boys with shocked expressions.

"Do you guys know where y/n went?" Daniel asked his friends.

"No. And even if we did, we wouldn't tell you." Corbyn pointed out and resumed the game. The other 2 boys grabbed their controllers and focused on the screens in front of them. Sighing heavily, Daniel walked out of the room.

Jonah was pacing back and forth in the living room, waiting for you to answer your phone. Voicemail again. That's happened every time he's tried calling you for the last week. 56 times & you've ignored every single one of them. So many emotions coursed through his body as he threw his phone down and continued to pace. He was angry, upset, heartbroken, confused, crushed, & defeated. He wanted to hurt Daniel but he knew that if he did, he knew you might never forgive him. Jonah was stuck and didn't know what to do.

You, on the other hand, had made it look like you left LA and went back to Portland, when in reality, you were still staying at the hotel. Something you had failed to mention to both Jonah and Daniel, was the fact that you were evicted from your small apartment and had been switching back and forth between living in your car & living with a few friends. It was only a matter of time, you thought, until the hotel would be kicking you out.

You thought the only way to get out of it was to move to LA & go to your dream school. That's when you told Jonah about coming to visit the campus & the entire plan was formed. But the day after you and Jonah talked, you received a rejection letter from UCLA.

So now you were homeless, unemployed & most certainly a mess. You had no friends to talk to & it was killing you.

Your phone rang for the umpteenth time that day, breaking you away from your thoughts. You sat up & looked at the caller id, sighing in frustration as you realized it was Jonah again. You knew you were gonna have to tell him everything that was going on with you.

"Hi." You answered, running a hand through your hair.

"Finally. You have no idea how great it is to hear your voice again. I was so worried about you." You heard him sigh with relief. You couldn't help but let out a little giggle at the fact that he was worried.

"I'm sorry I've been dodging your calls. I've been busy trying to find a place in Portland & moving into it. I-"

"You're not in Portland. You're still in LA."

"What? No."

"I know you, y/n & I know you're still here. The hotel called me yesterday and asked if I wanted to keep paying for my room."

"Oh." You sighed. "You don't have to pay anymore."

"Its okay. I got you covered til the end of the month. That is unless you decide to come back and stay with us here."

"Jonah, can we meet up & talk somewhere?" you asked.

"Yeah. Sure." You could practically hear him smiling as the 2 of you made plans to meet.

Back at the house, Daniel was sitting in his room by himself. He was attempting to call you but you kept ignoring him, just like you were doing to Jonah earlier this week.

"I screwed up. I'm so fucking stupid. What is wrong with me?" he sighed and looked at the pictures on his desk. They were all pictures of the 2 of you, except for one of the band. He walked up to the one of you on his back & sighed. "I want to go back to this moment and tell you everything I felt that day. I want to go back & slap myself for messing up. Past, present & future Daniel is so fucking stupid. How could I not see how you felt?" he sighed and set the picture down gently.

"You good, bro?" Jack asked as he walked into the room they shared.

"No, I'm not okay." he sighed and slid down the wall. "I'm a mess. I lost my best friend because I'm an idiot. I never should've done what I did." he put his head in his hands and sighed again. "I'm so in love with her."

"Then why did you do it?"

"Because I'm a jealous dumbass who doesn't realize how special someone is until they're gone."

"Well, I'm not disagreeing with you." Jack shook his head and sat beside his best friend. "If y/n means so much to you, I suggest you get rid of the girlfriend, who nobody likes by the way, & do everything you can to make it up to y/n. She's definitely worth it & as an added bonus, if you start dating her, you already know we're all going to like her."

"I don't know if she'd even want to see me, Jack. She's not answering my calls & she's all the way back in Portland. I hate that she isn't here with us...with me. But it's my fault & I can honestly understand why she hates me. Like I said, I'm stupid."

"Just try, okay? You never know unless you try." Jack said before getting up and walking out of the room. Daniel threw his head back in frustration. He hated that Jack was right.

You & Jonah had spent nearly all day at a Starbucks, just talking about what's been going on the past week.

"So you haven't talked to Daniel much since I left?"

"Hardly. Unless it was absolutely necessary."

"Thanks Jonah." you sighed & looked at your cup. "I really love him. What am I supposed to do?"

"I hope he realizes that you're meant to be together. We all fucking hate Jordyn." he stated, causing you to let out a giggle.

"Me too."

"Jack hated her the first time Daniel told us about her. He was mad because Daniel was gushing about a girl who wasn't you."

"I love him so much."

"For the rest of us, it took until the first time she visited the house. She was rude to Corbyn by saying his love for space & math was 'annoying'. Then he started talking about how much you would've enjoyed the space & math conversation & that caused Jordyn to completely freak out on him. She called you stupid and annoying too."

"She can bad mouth me all she wants but how dare that bitch disrespect my little bean. Nobody should put you down if you're talking about something you love." you sighed. "I can't believe Daniel can't see how horrible she is."

"Me either. But hey. If he lets you get away, then he's an absolute moron. You're an angel & we all get along. It would suck to lose you."

"Thank you, Jonah. That means a lot." You smiled and looked up at him. "Can you take me back to the house? I want to see the boys."

"Yes. Of course. They've been worried about you all week."

"Awe. My babies." You stand up and throw away your trash before following Jonah to his car. Once you got in, he drove back to the house.

"Are you ready to face Daniel?"

"No but I guess that's what I'm gonna have to do if he's home." You smiled and got out of the car. "Hopefully he's not home."

"It'll be okay, y/n. I promise." Jonah assured you before taking your hand and slowly walking into the house. It was surprisingly quiet & that scared you. "That's odd."

"Its kind of freaking me out. It's never been this quiet before."

"Maybe they're all sleeping." Jonah tried making a joke. "Well, Zach is probably sleeping. I don't doubt that."

"True." I sighed and looked around. "So much for seeing the boys. Looks like they're not here. That sucks." You sighed and sat down on the couch.

"Wanna watch a movie?" Jonah suggested.

"Okay."

He turned the channel to Netflix and put on a random movie. About 30 minutes into it, you guys decided to just talk, considering that you've seen the movie hundreds of times. Another 30 minutes flew by and Jonah stood up.

"I'll be right back." he informed you before he left the room quickly. Odd, you thought. But you ignored the weirdness of it and continued to watch the movie. Minutes later, you heard the front door open and a familiar voice call out to his friends.

"Hey guys. I'm home." You heard Daniel say. His steps were getting louder and that meant he was closer. This would be the first time you've seen him in about a week & it terrified you. Hoping he hadn't heard the tv yet, you paused the movie and sat quietly. Seconds later, he appeared in the doorway to the living room. "What are you doing here?" he asked.

"Hanging out...with Jonah." You replied with a little bit of attitude.

"Oh. O-okay." he looked down at the floor for a second before looking back up at you. "Are you two-"

"No. And why would it matter?"
