PETS: A young deer that she simply calls ‘Baby’ has been a constant companion after the creature’s mother was hunted. Do you think she consorts with magic folk? - Juliette is a girl that spawns rumors. Not much is known about the white-haired maiden, and glimpses of her are rare. A common rumor is that the beauty will lure lost hunters and adventurers if they stray near her home, the people never to be seen again. Young people are warned against seeking her out and are encouraged to avoid her neck of the woods, the superstitious people of the Twelveswood believing her to be dangerous. Even still, this does not deter everyone. You could be a hunter, trapper, adventurer, or simply someone lost within the forest that stumbles near her home close to the Sylphlands, or encounters her while she gathers plants to assist Grandmother Agnete in making her medicines.

She speaks to the fairies and the wood... - Conjurers may have heard that Juliette communicates with the elementals, as well as with the Sylph, both touched and untouched. Her aether is closely - almost alarmingly - linked with the natural world, but she has not sought out the conjurer’s guild for any formal training and lacks the desire.

A maiden of time, of past and future... - What her family believed to be insanity is, in fact, an unstable talent in chronomancy. Though it is unclear how this strange magic came to afflict young Juliette, there is no denying that she has visions of both things that have already passed and things yet to come, ones that often leave her sick and exhausted. She strives to change the unfortunate futures she sees. Perhaps she saw your character in a vision and tried to seek them out to warn them of what was to befall them in coming days.

The woman with medicines and her apprentice... - Despite Juliette assisting Grandmother Agnete in making her herbal remedies, she is not often seen in the mysterious shop that the old woman works out of. Even still, it would not be impossible to catch glimpses of her as she hurries to hide within the home that the shop is run out of. Perhaps you’ve heard of the esteemed apothecary and are seeking her help when you see her charge’s white hair whipping around the corner.

Anything else you may have in mind! - Ishgardian nobility may also have heard of Juliette, who was sent away when she was five years old with the Knight. Still, these are not the only hooks I’m willing to work with. If you have any ideas, please feel free to toss them at me! Chances are I’m going to agree to it and am eager to RP!

Louvre Abu Dhabi Tells the Story of Luxury over 10,000 Years

On Wednesday, Louvre Abu Dhabi opens the first comprehensive exhibition on the history of luxury in the world. Running from 30 October 2019 to 18 February 2020, 10,000 Years of Luxury will explore the multifaceted nature of luxury from ancient times to the present day. Visitors will explore luxury through fashion, jewellery, visual art, furniture and design with masterpieces from the collections of international institutions and brands. Highlights among the 350 objects include the oldest pearl in the world, the renowned Boscoreale Treasure – one of the largest collections of silverware preserved from Roman Antiquity – and dresses and jewellery from design houses such as Cartier, Maison Van Cleef & Arpels, CHANEL, Christian Dior, ELIE SAAB and Yves Saint Laurent.

The second exhibition in the museum’s current season Changing Societies, 10,000 Years of Luxury is organised by Louvre Abu Dhabi, Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and Agence France-Muséums, and sponsored by Tryano, the only luxury department store in Abu Dhabi.

Curated by Olivier Gabet, Director of Musée des Arts Décoratifs, the exhibition draws primarily from the collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and other French, international and local institutions. It also displays works from Louvre Abu Dhabi’s collection and offers a rare chance to evaluate our ever-changing fascination with luxury.

Manuel Rabaté, Director of Louvre Abu Dhabi, said: “Our Winter exhibition explores the fascinating concept of Luxury through a long lens, contextualising objects across time and culture to illuminate evolving notions of beauty, wealth and value. This consideration of its varied interpretation throughout history reflects how we consider themes in our galleries, as well as Louvre Abu Dhabi’s DNA. Two years after opening the museum, we again turn to additional fields in the history of art to offer unparalleled experiences and bring new and diverse publics. We are grateful to our main partner Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the many institutions, including haute couture icons, who have contributed exceptional pieces to this wonderful story of luxury.”

Olivier Gabet, Director of Musée des Arts Décoratifs and curator of the exhibition, added: “Never in the history of humanity has the word ‘luxury’ been used with such frequency as in these first decades of the 21st century. It is a concept that evolves within a complex, often subtle, sometimes contradictory melting pot of influences. The very identity of Louvre Abu Dhabi, a universal museum, shaped by the dialogue between civilisations, is an invitation to embrace luxury’s one thousand and one faces, extending from the earliest times to its most recent manifestations. The project was conceived in line with this unique approach, offering visitors a vision of this pan-millennial phenomenon.”

The exhibition opens with two landmark pieces illustrating the history of Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Pearl, the oldest pearl in the world, dating back to c. 5,800 – 5,600 BCE, discovered on Marawah Island, Abu Dhabi in 2017 and lent from the collection of Zayed National Museum; and an antique natural pearl necklace that belonged to Arab diva Umm Kulthum, loaned from the collection of Zayed National Museum. The Abu Dhabi Pearl is a proof that pearls and oysters were used in the UAE nearly 8,000 years ago and represents the earliest known evidence for pearling found anywhere in the world.

Visitors will begin their journey through the history of luxury in Antiquity. Luxury objects of this time were often characterised by their rarity, precious materials or skilful production, exemplified by an Egyptian gold Necklace with Fish Pendants (ca. 1550-1069 BCE) and a skilful Cameo Depicting Tiberius and Caligula probably produced in Rome between 31-37. A variety of typical luxury objects from this time will be on display, including precious home décor as well as personal jewellery.

Visitors will be able to discover how trade, and by extension cultural exchanges, constitute a driving force in the development of luxury throughout history. Several of the objects on show are made of a variety of materials or artistic influences from East and West, speaking of the importance of trade routes such as the Silk Road and ancient sea routes. A 15th century Fragment of Velvet from Italy includes exotic silk and gold thread and depicts patterns of curling stems and flowers inherited from Ottoman decoration. A 16th century Shell Spoon from Germany would have been of particular value, with the extremely rare shell bowl originating from the coast of West Africa.

As visitors continue their journey through time, they encounter a new definition of the notion of luxury in terms of production technique, which led to a boom in the luxury market in 17th and 18th-century Paris. As a result, factories such as Meissen, Sèvres and Chantilly rose to fame and many of their exquisite productions are on display, including an extravagant porcelain Clock with Shepherd and Shepherdess, produced around 1740 by the Meissen factory.

Looking at luxury in modern times, the exhibition goes on to showcase how the Industrial Revolution led to the emergence of the nouveaux riches, an elite with a more democratic access to luxury. As a result, department stores came into fashion, offering items such as jewellery, haute couture, dinner services, luggage and furniture to a wider audience than ever before. Women’s demands for emancipation also had far-reaching effects on the arts and in the 1920s, and Gabrielle Chanel’s Little Black Dress became an iconic example of couture for the modern woman.

Luxury fashion features prominently throughout the exhibition with exceptional loans from major couture houses including Christian Dior, Givenchy, Chloé, Azzedine Alaïa, Maison Schiaparelli, Lanvin and more. A brocaded silk dress from the late Ottoman Empire blends Turkish and Parisian designs, on loan from the Musée des Arts Décoratifs. Contemporary fashion pieces include an organza evening dress by Karl Lagerfeld for CHANEL, horse riding accessories adorned in cockerel feathers by Hermès and an embroidered sequin gown from ELIE SAAB’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection.

Dr. Souraya Noujaim, Scientific, Curatorial and Collections Management Director at Louvre Abu Dhabi, added: “Luxury is a multifaceted idea, and defining what makes an object precious is an intriguing task. This exhibition challenges preconceived notions with a scientific approach that goes beyond the tangible materials, techniques or value of objects and considers luxury as a feeling, a desire or a freedom to enjoy.”

Commenting on the sponsorship of the exhibition, Sharmila Murat, Vice President of Tryano, said: “Louvre Abu Dhabi is one of the key cultural and tourist destinations in the region, and we are proud to support 10,000 Years of Luxury. We are committed to investing in the dynamic arts and culture scene in Abu Dhabi, and look forward to experiencing this landmark exhibition for both the museum and the UAE.”

Alongside the exhibition, Louvre Abu Dhabi will present the olfactory art installation USO – The Perfumed Cloud (USO = Unidentified Scented Object) from 30 October to 8 November and 23 November to 1 February. Created by Maison Cartier’s in-house perfumer Mathilde Laurent with Transsolar KlimaEngineering and curated by Juliette Singer, Chief Curator for modern and contemporary art at Louvre Abu Dhabi, the installation invites visitors to climb a spiral staircase to immerse themselves in a scented cloud.

10,000 Years of Luxury will be accompanied by a rich cultural programme curated by internationally respected artistic director Ruth Mackenzie CBE. Centered around creating rare experiences that “money can’t buy”, the programme will feature pop-up performances by international artists, musicians and dancers. On view from 6 to 9 November, these surprise performances will offer visitors a unique personal encounter with world-renowned artists set against the backdrop of the exhibition and Louvre Abu Dhabi’s permanent collection and outdoor spaces. Performers include the L.A. Dance Project led by French choreographer Benjamin Millepied, Moroccan singer and actress Hindi Zahra, UAE artist Hamdan Al Abri, the Chinese musician Wang Li and classical music quartet Quatuor Diotima, among others.

Two talks will explore objects and themes highlighted in 10,000 Years of Luxury. On 29 October, curator Olivier Gabet will discuss the exhibition, which celebrates a world history of the lavish and the luxurious. Dr. Mark Beech, Head of Archaeology for Al Dhafra and Abu Dhabi at the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, will give a talk on the discovery of the Abu Dhabi Pearl on 26 November. Dr. Beech’s talk will be accompanied by an excerpt from the new documentary series History of the Emirates, produced by Image Nation Abu Dhabi. In addition, there will be a virtual reality experience based on the series that will take viewers on an immersive journey through the lives of the Emirati forefathers and the history of the UAE.

Emirati artist Hind Mezaina has curated a series of films that feature luxury in the worlds of fashion and art, including Phantom Thread, an acclaimed biopic of Reynolds Woodcock; Academy-award winning musical The King and I; the classic 1960s rom-com How to Steal A Million, starring Audrey Hepburn and Peter O’Toole; the documentary Time Thieves; and Have You Seen My Movie?, which features clips from 1,000+ films cut together to create a new cinema experience, directed by Paul Anton Smith. Artist Rinku Awtani will also present a programme of family films for all ages.

Finally, Louvre Abu Dhabi will premiere the interactive installation, Digital Snow Globes, from 12 December 2019 to 10 January 2020, which will bring a festive winter spirit to the museum with visitor-activated snowstorms surrounding life-sized reproductions of artworks from 10,000 Years of Luxury encased in snow globes.

Visitors can tour the exhibition through guided group tours, free mini tours and a multimedia guide with the voice of curator Olivier Gabet. The catalogue of the exhibition is available in Arabic, English and French.

Juliette finished shotgunning her beer at a classmate’s party when she saw Gabrielle, “Brielle!!!!!” she said excitedly. She looked around for Chase, “Where’s your body guard?” she teased, “Chase isn’t here to play keeper?”. Juliette had really let loose at this party, a guy from the country club had invited her to blow off some steam and she wasn’t going to, but she heard her parents arguing again.

Juliette ran up to Griffin’s room to find Gabrielle. Her mom had dropped her off, she waved half heartedly and took off her shoes and just crawled into bed with Gabrielle. “hi” she said weakly as she held onto the girl.

Party Bust || Stevie, Juliette, Chase, and Gabrielle

Chase: Chase got into Stevie's car. "Thank you for getting me, I'm a mess. I can't drive. I've been tracking her location for hours and it says she's at home and I went up there and she left her phone" said the boy as he buckled up.

Stevie: "Dude don't mention it." Stevie pulled out of the Hale's driveway and looked over at him. "Do you know where this party is at? Maybe someone on twitter was talking about it."

Chase: "I have two possible addresses" said Chase sending them both to her over airdrop. "We're just going to have to try both" he replied. He was so stressed out, he ran his hands through his hair and looked out the window, "I mentioned how she should ease into what we used to do. Like I told her that I didn't want to just jump back into things. Do you think she's talking to someone at this party? Or do you think Juliette's getting more attention from guys? And Gabrielle is blowing them off? Because she loves me?" said the boy nervously.

Stevie: Stevie put in the first address into her phone and tried that one. She tried to keep her cool in front of Chase, but seeing him so stress was making her even more stressed. "No way, man. She loves you. There's no way-" she stopped herself as Chase brought up the possibility of Juliette getting attention from guys. It only freaked her out more. "She loves you. It'll be fine." she pulled up to the house. "Alright, let's go."

Chase: Chase hopped out of the car quickly, "Let's stick together. None of that Fred bullshit from the Mystery Gang" said the boy as they entered the party. It was loud, and the girls were no where to be found. Then he saw that blonde head of hair, and she had some guy flirting with her. "Um, you just go get both of them" said Chase, feeling like absolute shit. He should probably go over there and straighten that guy out.

Stevie: Stevie couldn't help but smile at his Fred comment. She stuck with Chase as they looked for the girls and looked over at her friend after seeing some dude flirting with Gabrielle. "Me? No way, man. You got this. That's your girl." she placed her hand on Chase's shoulder. "Make sure he knows that."

Chase: Chase was ready to rumble, she was fucking right. That was his girl. "Hey dipshit, piss off" said Chase walking up to the guy, he was only like half an inch shorter than him. He could take him for sure. "Nah, little man. This girl is wild, I'm convincing her to go out with me. Go simp somewhere else" said the other guy. Chase had had enough, between Griffin and all of this bullshit about other guys trying to date his girlfriend, he was done. Chase decked him in the face. "Fuck that hurt" he said holding his hand in his other hand. The guy came back to tackle him, and they fought on the ground -Chase getting the upperhand- before other guys at the party broke it up.

Gabrielle: GAbrielle was pretty white girl wasted. She was having a conversation with the guy but she really wasn't understanding his flirting efforts as she was on the boarder line of blacking out. Though the fight moved so fast in front of her so she didn't have tome to react much. Once the fight was broke up, she kicked the other guy in the shin. "Don't touch my boyfriend!" She shouted before slipping her hair over her shoulder

Stevie: Stevie smiled proudly at Chase but quickly panicked the moment the other guy tackled him. She tried to help as much as she could, but once Gabrielle came in to kick the guy in the shin, Stevie held out her hands to make sure the girl wouldn't lose balance. "Damn, you okay?" she asked as she helped Chase get up. "You were doing good." she said, referring to the fight, in hopes that it would boosts his confidence a bit. He deserved that.(edited)

Chase: Chase brushed himself off. "I think I kinda kicked his ass" he said, his hand hurting so bad. "Don't tell me otherwise, I don't need to know" Chase added with a laugh to Stevie. "Now Gabrielle, what the hell? Who was that?" said Chase, giving her a crazed look.

Juliette: "STEEEEEVIEEEEE" said Juliette running over to her, "Did you see that fight? That was crazy! I know that guy!" said the girl in a drunken stupor.

Gabrielle: GAbrielle shrugged. "I really wish I knew." She said with a laugh. "He kept just going on an on and on about his football trophies. Like yawn." She said as she threw her arms around Chase. "Thanks for making him shut up." She said with a smile. "Jules!"

Stevie: Stevie nodded her head, "Totally kicked ass." she said to Chase before her attention was drawn to Juliette. "Hey, yeah that shit was pretty wild." she asked with a small smile. She wasn't even sure if the girl wanted to see her at this point, but she was just glad she found Juliette. "You doing okay?"

Juliette: "Brielle! Stevie's here! And Chase!" she said with big excited eyes and a huge smile. She was so happy, and so very very drunk.

Chase: "Let's get the two of you home" said Chase, giving Gabrielle a kiss on the cheek. "And you are getting a lesson about how you're not letting other boys flirt with you when you help me ice my hand" said the boy to his girlfriend. There was no way that was happening tonight though, she was gonezo.

Gabrielle: "Right!" Gabi said looking at Juliette. "They came for us." She said excited to see them both. "Maybe later." Gabrielle said with a laugh as she held onto him. "Will you carry me." She added in, giving a puppy face.

Chase: Chase turned around so she could jump on his back, "Cmon" he said reluctantly, he was happy to have her safe and sound.

Stevie: Stevie noticed Chase carry Gabrielle, and what kind of person would Stevie be if she made Juliette walk? "Would you like to get carried too?" she asked, hoping the girl would say yes. No reason. Just trying to be nice.

Juliette: Juliette's eyes lit up, "ooooOooooh yes please" she said hopping on the girls back and giving her a big ole smooch on the cheek. "You're the best! I can't believe you've been at the party the whole time!" she said, stupidly.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle hopped onto Chases back, wrapping her legs around his waist and she rested her head on his shoulder. "What are we going to do now babe?"

Stevie: Stevie couldn't hold back her smile as Juliette kissed her cheek. "Crazy right? The universe just keeps putting us together." she teased her before walking out of the house. "Want me to drop you guys off first?" she asked Chase.

Chase: "Yeah, just the guest house parking area" said Chase, "Where you picked me up". He was ready to get this girl into bed and some pjs. Parenting never stops.

Juliette: "You guys came together?" said Juliette, trying to put it together, "Are you two friends?" she asked, "wait are you just here for us?"

Gabrielle: "Am I sleeping over?" Gabi questioned. She hoped he would say yes. "I didn't know you guys were friends." Gabrielle said as she held on tight to him, though, she didn't always listen about all of his friends

Stevie: "Yeah, we're pretty cool with each other." Stevie nodded, not realizing that either one of the girls knew her and Chase were friends. "We just wanted to make sure you both were okay." she answered Juliette as she got to Gabrielle and Chase's place.

Chase: "Yeah we've been friends pretty much all year, it's a group chat thing don't worry about it" said Chase, realizing he'd never mentioned it. "Alright babe, let's get you inside" said the boy opening up the car door for her.

𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒: juliette visits gabrielle for the first time since being back.

Juliette got to Gabrielle's house and knocked on the door. She wanted to surprise her with her new schooling location, she had only told Florence. She was holding a large basket of treats and things for her friend, and couldn't wipe the smile off her face. Not that you could see her from behind the basket. She was just a basket with legs at this point. Over the past few years things have changed. Gabrielle struggled more with her mental health over the years. It had been a while since she had seen Juliette but she had no idea who was at the door. Her hair was long and blonde once again. The toddler ran over to the door and waited for Gabrielle. She picked up her daughter before opening the door. Her eyes saw the basket first. "Whatever your selling we are no-" Her eyes moved up and landed on Juliette. "Jules? IS that you?" Juliette giggled a little when Gabrielle was trying to shoo her away. Then she heard it, "Yes it's me!" she said, putting the basket down and pulling her old friend into a hug. "Oh my god your hair!" she said as she embraced her friend, "You look so good, not that you didn't before, but ahhhh!" Juliette replied excitedly. She was so happy to be back near her, and to be going to the same school was even more of a treat. "Ahhh!" She scretched in excitement. "What are you.. what are you doing here?" She questioned after she put Gene down and pulled her into a hug. "Yeah, I went natural for a while, not its just a bit platinum." She said with a laugh. 'Come in!" She said opening the door wider, inviting her in. "I transferred so I could be here with all of you" said Juliette, just glowing and happy. "I had no idea that Stevie went here, I had to duck and hide. It was super embarrassing" she said as she started walking into her friend's home. She was basically incapable of not talking about Stevie ever since she saw her preforming the other night. "Where's Chase at? I thought you two were back together" she said, wondering why the human embodiment of a golden retriever had not come barreling down the hallway to say hello. "Really?! Oh my god!" She said with a smile as she tossed her long blond locks over her shoulder. "Yeah. She does. I've seen her around some." She said with a nod. Chase. Just the one person she didn't want to think about. "Chase? I'm not really sure." She said giving a shrug. "Probably on campus or something.." "I really should have told people I was coming so I could be warned. Of all the schools I pick, she's here" said Juliette as she sat down on the couch. She realized that Gabrielle clearly didn't want to talk about Chase, clear enough sign that they were indeed not together again. She was sure Chase would tell her all about it when she was hanging out with him and Jonah. "So what have you two been up to?" she asked as the toddler was running around. "I mean, most of us went to this school. Nice university close to home." She said with a smile. "But Yeah, I would have given you warning. I know how awkward running into your ex is." She said with a small smile. "Well shes 3 and a half now so she goes to pre k in the mornings and day care till I get home. But I guess the usual to be honest. I'm pretty boring now. Just school and taking care of this place since my dad has been traveling for work more often now. Gino is still in high school so I make sure he is all good and stuff." "I just really wanted to surprise you, and I also didn't want a party when I arrived and I know you would do something like that" Juliette explained. She wanted to make a big deal about her reuniting with friends on her own terms, not something she would be overwhelmed at, as sweet as it is. "Aww Gino is here? That's good. At least you're not on your own" Juliette added, not wanting to talk about Stevie or Chase right now. It wasn't necessary for them to run the wheel on the topic, because if they started they would never stop. Gabrielle let out a small laugh. “You have a fair point. That is totally me.” She said with a smile. “Yeah Gino is still around. It’s just us and Greyson. Gavin is off with my dad learning to take over the business and all that boring shit.” She said as she moved to sit next to her. “So what are you going to do now that you are back?” Gabrielle's family stuff never made a whole lot of sense, but she knew there was a lot of pressure wrapped up in all of her parent's expectations. "Now that I'm back, I was going to go to classes ... continue to eat food, and avoid Stevie at all costs and hope she doesn't notice me until I get my diploma" said Juliette, cursing herself for already bringing Stevie up again. Gabrielle wasn’t sure how often Juliette and Chase talked, she wondered if Chase told her more about what she had gone through over the past two years but then she told herself probably not if she didn’t realize they had split up. “That sounds like a plan I can get behind. That’s mostly all I do anyway. Except avoid everyone really. But that I chalk up to my crappy social skills” "If you have crappy social skills, then mine are an abomination" said the brunette letting a little laugh fall from her lips. She felt like, at least in the past, people had just been drawn to Juliette and she chose to shut them out more recently. "Well, you can avoid no more. You have to meet Florence, she was the only good thing about boarding school. You'll adore her, I know I do" Juliette added excitedly. “Look at us go. We must have peaked in high school or something.” She said with a laugh as Genevieve came over and climbed up into her lap. “I mean. The most social interactions I get are with a three year olds so that is not to bad.” She laughed playfully. “Well maybe, what’s she like?” If she could, Juliette would have looked into the camera at this exact moment. "If I peaked in high school I should just quit now, I got sent to boarding school and had to start all over again once I finally made friends" she said with a laugh. When the child climbed up on her, Juliette had a chance to see how much the girl had grown. It still was bewildering to her that her friend had a child, she tried to not think about it most of the time. "Have you thought about ... branching out? Have you been to any parties or anything?" she inquired. Juliette was now officially worried about her friend, no parties? No socializing? No boys? That was not very Gabrielle. "She's great, she knows how to calm me down, and she's a great listener. She's super caring and considerate, definitely the kind of person you want in your corner" she said, describing Flo without going into too much detail. She wanted Gabrielle to like her, but why wouldn't she? “Ah boarding school. Honest. I really thought my parents would have sent me away before yours sent you.” She was shocked the day she found out Juliette was gone. “I have. It’s a bit yard when everyone lives in campus and I don’t.” She shrugged. She didn’t mind it. “Plus, I’m raising a child. There isn’t time for parties and boys anymore. “She’s almost four already. “ she pointed out as she ran her fingers through the child’s hair. So Juliette found a new best friend. While she was a bit jealous, she was glad Jules had someone. “She sounds nice.” She said with a soft smile. You would think that as well, but the day that they caught Stevie and Juliette had been a particularly bad day for her parents to begin with. "Yeah, but isn't part of your parents agreement that you still get to have fun and be a kid too?" Juliette asked, sad to hear that her friend had really given up on all of that. "She's great, and her and Jonah already know each other enough so I'm excited for them to meet in person. I was thinking about having everyone over once I make my rounds" she suggested, hoping that Gabrielle would at least come for a little while. Gabrielle shook her head. “No. The lie was to protect their image.” She said with a shrug. “I still go out every so often. I’ve had a few flings, nothing really stuck.” She shrugged. “Everyone? I’m assuming Chase is included in everyone.” She said, holding her smile. “Yeah I’ll come for a bit. I’ll just play hide and hopefully not seek” "Yeah, but it came with those perks ... at least a little" said Juliette, hoping her friend could see the silver lining. "I've had a little trouble myself getting back out there, but I know it just takes time" she added. Juliette was curious if Chase was anywhere in the picture, "Oh, Chase doesn't have to be there. That'll be no problem. He knows that I'm your friend first" Juliette said confidently, putting her hand on the other girl's knee to show that she was being sincere before putting her hands back in her own lap. “Yeah, that is true. But we aren’t kids anymore. We are adults in college.” She said to her friend. Things between her and chase where weird but she wasn’t going to let everyone else come and not him. “No. No. It’s fine. If you invited everyone but him and he heard about it he would be mad or upset or something. Probably just make us fight more.” Juliette sighed, "He probably won't come to respect your boundaries. Do not worry about upsetting him, that's all on me anyways. If he has a bone to pick he can pick it with me" said the girl confidently. It wasn't that she wanted confrontation, but she was willing for the sake of her friend. It was also Chase, and he had never said no to Juliette in her entire time knowing him.

Gabrielle shook her head. "No really. It's fine. I see hime when he comes over here to visit Gene anway." She informed the girl. "Plus I want everyone you care about there to shower you in happiness." She added in. "So when are you thinking about having this?"

Juliette was happy that her friend's child still had her father in her life. That was a good thing, a positive. "I just don't want anyone to come who would tell Stevie, I don't want her to think I'm crazy" said Juliette, paranoid that the girl would think she transferred just for her. She really did have no idea. "Probably Friday? Early evening so you can come home at your preferred time" said the brunette, with a kind smile.

Gabrielle once agian placed herself in the middle of another friendship. This reminded her from back on the day with Chanel. "Why don't you.... just talk to Stevie?" She said with an awkward smile. "Perfect! We all know I have an early bed time. I'm in grandma vibes."

"I don't want to bother her, we both decided to move on" said Juliette. They had promised that they would actually let each other go, "I'm sure she's seeing someone here. And I will too, but you know me, I just get nervous" she said as she took a deep breath. "My standards are also Stevie high, so that's going to be a challenge." Juliette smiled when her friend said she would be there, "I will make sure to get you the information on it, it's going to be so fun" said the girl.

Gabrielle pressed her lips together. "You make it sound like you haven’t yet." She said looking at her. "Have you? Or are you still .... pure?" Gabrielle questioned. The way she said 'I will' made Gabriellle a bit worried. Not because she was still a virgin, but that if she didn't try and move on yet she had been holding onto all of that emotional pain for so long.

"I thought about it a couple times, but no I haven't had sex. I was going to have sex with her, you know, the day we got caught" said Juliette, the two had been building up towards that for a long time. They had a good foundation of trust and everything, and Juliette actually wanted to have sex with her. Which was not a common thing in her eyes, she didn't lust after people the way she felt like everyone else did. She was very selective about who she wanted to go the distance with. "The first few dates, I stood up. But I went on a few, they just weren't you know. They didn't feel right, but I have moved on. I don't want to date her, even if she wanted to" the girl lied.

"That is totally fine. Sometimes waiting for the right person is worth it" She said with a small smile. Sheee was really in no place to judge. She was still strongly emotionally attached to Chase. That was not something a one night stand could fix. Gabrielle nodded. "Well thats good, plus there are tons of cute girls around here for you to play the scense with if thats what you wanted to do. Otherwise, you have me. We can be eachothers dates anywhere we want to go."

Juliette smiled at the invitation, "We are the best date duo of all time, but don't tempt me again" said Juliette with a friendly laugh. Their kiss was a big joke at this point, and she was very grateful for it. "I will try to play the field though, I think it will be good for me to try and date here. Plus I also won't look like a total loser when she does see me around" Juliette added. Seeing Stevie was such a shock to her brain, actually looking at her in person instead of in a photograph that she had kept.

"Tempt you? I mean that is fair. I did invite you inside my closet." She said with a laugh. Thinking back to that day was always a good memory. It was before everything turned to shit. "You are not a loser Juliette. Just think of me. College student who has everything she could ever want and I sit at home every night. I am the loser." Chase did provide Gabrielle with a much needed social life. "We can be losers together."

"I mean if we look at the social cues, there was no way for you to escape me" she teased. Seeing Gabrielle again after all this time did make her think of Griffin though, it was still hard to think of the boy. She felt distracted by all of her thoughts, and tried to hone in on what the other girl was saying. "What if we tried to be not losers together? We can go to things as a duo, it'll be fun" she suggested. There was no reason for them to both waste their college years, they were both beautiful smart women and they too should be out there having just as much fun as everyone else.

"There really wasn't." She said with a laugh. "That was a weird weird day but it was a good start to a friendship." She said with a laugh. None of the Hales dealt with Griffins death well. Two years later and his room was exactly how he left it. "Yeah. I could be in for that. Not to much though. I have grown a hatred for social interactions."

She knew that once Gabrielle back into things, her old habits would follow shortly after. Sure, she might hate social interaction right now ... but after a few parties and things maybe she would turn around. Juliette didn't want to regret anything from college, she wanted to take this time to live life to the fullest ... especially because she felt like she had only lived for a few months in high school. "It sounds like a plan, and we can have like a codeword for when we both need to leave because it's an emergency" she suggested.

Gabrielle nodded. “Yeah, sounds good to me” she said with a laugh. Genevieve got off the couch and went back to playing. “So what else has been going on? How are things at home?”

She watched her friend's child move around and go and play, it was always something to think about whenever she saw Genevieve. That he friend had a physical child ... that Chase had a physical child. Gabrielle asked how things were at home, which was a loaded question. "They're better for sure. Parents went to counseling, and now that the election is over and Dad got what he wanted, things are looking up. It was just rough, and they're still sure that boarding school was good for me" she explained, "I'm happy I met Flo, but leaving was so hard and so quick, and there was a major lack of cell service at school."

Gabrielle nodded, “it still sucks what they did to you. I mean, I think boarding school was dumb, you could do whatever you wanted and they would never know. I mean we know you didn’t but you could have had all the girls you wanted and they would have no idea.” Boarding school was the same threat Gabrielle faced if her secret came out.

"It's stupid, but all I wanted while I was there was her. Now it's different, but I mean ..." she trailed off. If Stevie came up to her and said she wanted to try again, she would do it in a heartbeat. But on second thought, she worried that maybe they had both changed too much. She didn't know Stevie now, and Stevie didn't know her. It was a hard line to draw, knowing someone so truly and then that time and space was hard.

“Did you guys talk at all while you were away? I mean you did two years anonymously online. I guess that’s why I thought you’d stay together.” Gabrielle questioned, “I think you should talk to her. Maybe reach out or something, or meet up looking all cute.”

"We made it through the end of junior year, but then I had to do three months in the woods with no phone. So I called it, it would have been so hard to know she was out there existing and that we couldn't even message" Juliette explained. Those three months in the woods were so tough, and going through Stevie message withdrawals was horrible. "She's moved on, I don't think I should try to make her life difficult."

“Camp? Gross. I would never” Gabrielle said shaking her head. “I hate the woods. And bugs.” She said shaking her head. “But I get it.” She added in. “Has she though? The world may never know. Not until you text her.” Gabrielle said pushing a bit. “Anyway, if you aren’t going to make a move, you need to move on or you will hurt.”

Juliette looked down, "That's the thing, I can't text her or DM her. We blocked each other on everything so that we couldn't keep putting ourselves in pain. It was part of the agreement for whenever we called it." It felt so stupid, but she knew that it was the only way either of them would have any self control. "It's not that I don't want to move on ... it's just that I have like really high standards. She was the greatest, she is the greatest"

Gabrielle pulled out her phone. “I have all her contacts of you ever need.” She replied. “But blocking is a good idea, though I have a feeling if I blocked chase on everything he would be at my door in a second with my therapist and father thinking something was wrong.” She said shaking her head. “Plus I like to post hot shit to remind him he lost this”

Juliette smiled, "Maybe, I feel like we'll just run into each other and she'll be with someone and I'll be with someone. It will be good" said Juliette. She needed to get back out there, she couldn't pine over Stevie forever. Jules laughed when Gabrielle said what would happen if she blocked Chase, "He would also know in like 10 minutes that you blocked him, you wouldn't even have any time" she joked. "You have every right, and he did lose all this. You are a 10"

“Yeah maybe. Sometimes I feel like that’s what I need to do to get over Chase.” She said as she bit her lip. “I mean every other time it was different, I was the one that had other people. I mean. I’m not positive he has but I just don’t think he wouldn’t have not.” She said with a shrug. “We need to get out there and find us some people to date.” She said with a laugh. “I’d have to lock at the doors and then block him bc he would just transport himself to my door,” she said with a laugh. “It’s a bit weird. Like I know he stalks my media hard.”

Juliette smiled softly, "That sounds like a plan" said the girl. She was definitely in agreement that they both needed to move on and up. Not that it was physically possible to get with anyone better than Stevie, but she was more than willing to be proven wrong. "It's Chase, he stalks everyone" said Juliette, "I wouldn't get too in your head about it." She wasn't sure that was the right thing to say, "Not that you aren't social media stalk worthy" she tacked on, worried she had said the wrong thing.

“I also don’t know how to go about finding guys.... like it’s different then high school and even then I’ve been with chase for like.... ever.” She told herself she needed to move on. He hadn’t made any kind of moves and they were still pretty awkward with each other. She honestly wasn’t sure if they could get to be the same again. It was weird for her, she thought he would be the one she married. “I’m not in my head about it. “ sometimes she was. She was picky with the things she posted. They needed to be perfect.

Juliette had to laugh, "Well, I hate to break it to you but I also know nothing about finding guys, or finding girls. I'm kind of clueless. I figured I would just sit at like a poetry reading for a couple of hours wearing the most queer-ish outfit that I have in my closet and see what happens. Maybe I'll uhaul before you know it" said the brunette with a friendly laugh. It was exhausting thinking about diving in head first to a relationship, but the thing is that's how a lot of queer women date. Not a lot of people are doing it casually, and Juliette isn't a casual girl. That's what happens when your first love is that intense: you can't exactly just fool around and it's no big deal. There's a lot of expectation paired with any feelings. "That's good, I'm happy for you. And who knows, maybe we can take some pictures soon. I did take those photography classes in high school, we could do like a photoshoot or something. Take something totally gram worthy in the name of all things feminism" she suggested.

"I don't know how to find girls either. I might give up men though. Maybe I'll find myself a nice girl because men suck." She said, she wasn't sure if she ever shared the detail of her break up with Juliette. "You should do that, you are hot, someone is bound to approach you." Gabrielle said looking up at her. "I can also make you something cute." She suggested. She loved making clothes fo Juliette, she always looked so good in what she put her in. "A photoshoot!" She said with a smile. "Yes! We really need to do that!" She added in with a smile. "I mean, 'm not a very good model but I do need some more photos of myself to be honest. And we love things in the name of feminism."

"Oh wow so now you decide to talk to girls? Honestly rude that you're rejecting me so many years later" Juliette teased. She didn't actually have any feelings for Gabrielle, then or now, she was just overwhelmed and confused when she was in high school. Latching on to any positive female attention or physical touch. "A GHale original? I haven't had a new one since high school" she said excitedly. Her friend's passion for fashion was always exciting to her, Juliette dressed mostly in thrifted or altered clothing anyways, so having someone who could make things fit better was also a huge plus. "It'll be a nice thing, and it's just for us. Not for boys who stalk instagrams" she reminded.

"Oh come on babes, you know you will always be my number 2 girl." She said with a laugh. "After Gene of course." She added in. "As nice as girls sound, they just don't do it for me sadly." She said with another laugh. "Yes a GHale Original, and I've gotten so much better since then!" She said with a smile. "I make all of Genevieve's outfits, look at how cute she is." She said with a smile. "I mean, if any other boys wanna stalk, I won't be complaining. But I can wear a few of my new pieces too, get some shots of those."

"Fair enough" said Juliette with a smile. She liked knowing that she was still Gabrielle's favorite person. It was nice to know that even with the distance, things were still good between them. "She is the best dressed kid I have ever seen" she replied. "I would love to flex my photography muscle again, I got really into photography in the woods in the summers. Then I got everything developed once I got back to school" said the brunette looking down at her lap a little. She almost missed the woods. The intentional solitude. No one to please.

“Gotta love my girls, though sometimes I think Genevieve might be second favorite because she was a large baby that gave me stretch marks.” Gabrielle said, joking. She loved her daughter with every fiber in her body. “She really is. If she doesn’t win best dressed when she’s older I’ll be insulted.” She said with a laugh. “This will be perfect for us! You get to break out your camera and I get boost my confidence a little. Plus I trust you not to make me look bad in any photos! We are like, the best dream team ever.”

"We are going to have the best day ever" said Juliette with a smile. She could pick out some things, and maybe Gabrielle would make her something new. It was going to be a great day for the two of them, get them really back on track. //END

Striking Vipers Show (bathroom) || Juliette and Gabrielle

Juliette: Juliette took Gabrielle's lead and followed her to the bathroom, linking arms with her as she headed in that direction. "Hello, I see we are avoiding Chanel and I am here for it" said the girl with a smile. She was glad they had that in common at least.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle was happy that Juliette was the one to follow and not chase. "I just...needed a break." She said looking at the girl. "He knows that shit makes me uncomfortable. Why does he have to call her baby. While I'm sitting on his lap." Juliette: "Weird that he can punch a guy for hitting on you and turn around and do the same thing with Chanel" said Juliette, blinded by her hatred for Chanel. The only thing less than perfect about Stevie in her eyes was that she was as entangled with Chanel as the rest of the school.

Gabrielle: "Punch a guy for just talking to me. Didn't even give me the chance to deny him myself. I love shutting guys down. It's my favorite!" She said with a pout. "Its just taking a lot of energy to be here.... I'm really trying."

Juliette: "If you want to leave, I mean we could. I really want to see Stevie perform though" said Juliette with a shrug, "maybe just stay for me?" she asked. She knew she was being selfish, Gabrielle was going through a lot. "But if you want to we can, but maybe give him a chance to make it up to you?" she suggested, just wanting Gabrielle to stay.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle shook her head. "No, I can' leave. I think this was supposed to be our... date?" She said as she moved towards the mirror. "Do I look okay? I mean, Chanel is out here looking like that... and Oh god. I look horrible."

Juliette: "I mean, he is a boy?" said Juliette, her gayness showing. She had very little patience for men and their mistakes. "But just tell him, like be honest" Juliette encouraged. She looked her friend up and down, she looked great. "You look amazing" the girl complimented, "I'm surprised he can keep his hands off you" she added in.

Gabrielle: "A meat head boy." She said with a small laugh. "If I tell him I want to leave, he will. He annoyingly does every little thing I say. I don't want to ruin this. A night with his friends where he isn't cutting it short to worry about me."

Juliette: "Just go and mark your territory" said Juliette, encouraging the other girl. "Remind him that you're the hot girl who needs his attention". Juliette wasn't great at advice, "do whatever you feel like you need" she added in.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle nodded. "Right. Mark my territory. Be confident." She said "Okay, lets do this, lets go back out there."

Halloween || Juliette and Gabrielle

Gabrielle: Gabrielle walked into the kitchen and spotted Juliette. "Jules!" She said with a smile. "You came!" She said very excitied to have a friend here.

Juliette: "Of course I'm here" she said excitedly, she'd been one of the first to arrive. "I read that it's no good to be here early, but considering I'm besties with the host and her brother ... I figured I'd make an exception" Juliette said with a smile. She took a sip of her punch, "So what's the plan for tonight?" she asked.

Gabrielle: "I'm so excitied." She said as she started making drinks. "The plan? Get drunk, have a great time, and just rage out basically." She pointed out.

Juliette: "My plans are hangout with stevie, you, griff, jonah ... and get drunk. That's about it" said Juliette, she was still very new to drinking, but she was in the mood to let loose. "Are things good with Chase?" she asked, "You two have any special plans tonight?".

Gabrielle: "Well that sounds like a good plan, you want a drink?" Gabrielle said offering to make her one. "Yeah! Things are great with Chase. Everything is pretty great. And of course. We always have special plans every night."

Juliette: "Yeah, I'll take a refill on the punch" said the girl finishing off her cup and putting it down for her to refill. "Love you two, gay as heck but ... love it" Juliette giggled.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle got her a refill before pouring a mmixed drink of her own. "Yeah, we are pretty wild but I mean, the sex is great so why not." She said with a laugh. "Plus we hang out all the time and do a lot of fun things, not just sex,"

Juliette: "Well that's good" said Juliette with a smile, she hadn't seen Gabrielle this happy in a while. She'd been different since she moved to White Lake, nothing like her summer friend. "Speaking of love .... I found out it is Stevie ... and I'm going to meet up with her tomorrow and tell her" she whispered, pulling the other girl in close so no one would hear.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle let out a squeel. "Oh my god!" She said as she fan girled a bit. "I want to know every detail!" She added in. "I think Stevie is friends with my brothers friends."

Juliette: “She doesn't know its me, but I think she likes me me, not just online me. But I keep lying, I feel awful. It's just the whole ... closet thing. My family is just so aggressive about public appearances" said Juliette with a sigh. "But she totally dared me to kiss her at beer pong and it was ... oh my godddd" she squealed. "She's friends with Griffs group yeah: Wren, Jesse, Jonah, Chase. The whole crew, so its all very approachable" Juliette added.

Gabrielle: "OOOO, so if she likes online you and real you she will be happy to know you are the same." She said. "Yeah, I know a thing or two about that." Thanks to appereances, gene was her 'sister'. Gabrielle rolled her eyes. "If anything, he should use it to his advantage. Having a gay daughter and being supportive would give him more support among the lgbtq community." she pointed out. "Ah yes, Griffins band of weirdos"

Juliette: "That's the way he'll spin it eventually, he just doesn't want to feel like he's lost control. Also we're Catholic like you guys, so there's more to it than just the town appearance" Juliette said taking a sip of her drink. "I love watching them all geek out on the same stuff, it's adorable. They just get in their element, no idea how they all have such hot girls eating out of the palms of their hands" replied the girl.

Gabrielle: "Oh yep, that will do it. When my parents found out I was ..." SHe paused. "Having sex" she almost slipped right there. "They nearly had a cow. They refuse to let me on birth control too. Like condoms are annoying, but very necessary"

Juliette: "Well, I never have to worry about getting pregnant" joked Juliette, "perks of being allergic to nut" she said letting out a huge laugh. "Seriously though, if you're having that much hetero sex you should definitely get on the pill" Juliette recommended.

Gabrielle: "Lucky you." Gabi said with an awkward laugh. "Yeah, I know, but being a minot there isn't much I can do about it." Gabi pointed out.

Juliette: "Well, once you turn 18 ..." said Juliette with a hopeful smile. She was so thankful she didn't ever have to worry about a pregnancy scare. "Well, I'm going to go hunt down Griff or maybe Stevie" said the girl, "wish me luck, also I have a standing reservation for time on the dance floor with you" she replied.

Gabrielle: "That will be in a few months and I will be doing that." She said. "Anything to beat teen pregnancy." She said with a smile. "Yes! go. have fun I'll catch up with you later."

The gang hangs out at a venue in town for a Striking Vipers (Wren, Stevie, Rose) set.

Group at the Table

Wren: Wren was sitting with Chanel at the venue before their set, "I'm really glad you came" said Wren with a smile. He was so happy that she would come to see him preform, it made him feel like she was really his girlfriend. They were doing so much together these days, it felt like dating. She just didn't like him like that, and it hurt. But he was happy regardless because she was there.

Chanel: Chanel smiled at Wren, "Of course I came! I love seeing you perform." she said truthfully. She always came to practices and shows, but this was the first time she's gone to see him perform since their fight during homecoming. "Maybe one day you can teach me how to play." she wiggled her eyebrows. "Or I could be the Manny Santos of the band and just look pretty as I play a tambourine."

Gabrielle: Gabrielle held on to Chase's hand as they walked in. "So is this like a group thing?" She questioned as she was a bit nervous. She was proud of herself for going out in public for once.

Wren: Wren smiled, "I think you'd look pretty playing any instrument" he replied before they were interrupted by Chase and Gabrielle.

Chase: "Yeah of course it's a group thing babe" said Chase, "But I promise it'll just be us later" he added as they walked up to Chanel and Wren's table. "Hey guys" said Chase with a friendly smile. "Mind if we interrupt?" he asked, knowing that they were hopefully starting something. Gabrielle: "Well, i'd hope it would be just us later." She said giving him a nudge. Gabrielle held onto Chases are and angled her body to be mostly hidden behind hers. She just felt more protected by him. She offered a friendly smile to the others. Chanel: Chanel smiled as Wren spoke before jumping a bit as she heard Chase's voice. "Uh, nope. You're good." she looked at Chase and Gabrielle with a friendly smile, feeling pretty bad that she hadn't spoken to him for so long. "How are you?" she asked Chase. Stupid question, but she didn't know what else to say. Chase: Chase pulled up a chair for him and one for Gabrielle and pushed her chair in for her before sitting down and putting his hand on her knee, "I'm good" said Chase to his best friend, "Things are rough, but we're dealing. Wren said you two have been hanging a lot, so sorry I haven't called" Chase replied. Gabrielle: Gabrielle sat down in the chair, she knew there was a chance of seeing his friends, but she didn't expect Chanel to be there, let alone so close. Gabrielle looked over at chas and held his hand but didn't say anything

Jesse: Jesse showed up with Liv and engaged in a conversation that will be the result of a thread and then joined the group. "Hey guys! Whats up?"

Chanel: Chanel nodded at Chase, "Yeah, he's been the best. Sorry I haven't called you either." she said with a sad smile. She didn't even know what to say to Gabrielle, it just felt too awkward.

Jonah: Then Jonah came up with Juliette with a smile on his face, "Hey, can't wait to see you guys perform." he said to Wren and Stevie. Wren: "Thanks man" said Wren putting out his fist for a fist bump to Jonah, things had definitely been better recently but it was still a little awkward. "I'm gonna go get a pitcher" said the boy getting up to use his fake ID and get them some beer. The place was pretty relaxed, so it wasn't too hard. Wren returned with a stack of cups and two pitchers of beer with the help of a fellow high schooler who was working at the place.

Chase: Chase pulled Gabrielle into his lap to make room for all the people arriving, he also just wanted her in his lap. He put a hand on her lower back and continued making conversation with Chanel, "We can hangout soon, I want to hear about ... ya know" he said with a smirk, referring to Wren as the other boy appeared back with beer. Gabrielle: Gabrielle willing slid over into chases lap. She felt like she was asserting her dominice of belonging to chase. Gabrielle looked over at Wren when Chase suggested there was something going on. Gabrielle went to make a comment, but held back because she was trying to play nice Chanel: Chanel eyes widened when Chase spoke, hitting his arm slightly. "There's nothing to talk about." she said just cause she didn't want Wren think she was into him... even though she was... but ya know. "We'll talk later." she leaned towards Chase and whispered. "We can have a fun night together. I'll bring some wine." she said with a smile. Chase: "Just us and a double bottle of moscato baby" said Chase laughing quietly to Chanel, his hand still on Gabrielle's back as he leaned over to talk to Chanel. Gabrielle: GAbrielle raised her brows at Chanels words about having a wine night. "Sounds super fun." She said but as called her baby Gabrielle stood up. "I have to use the bathroom" She said picking up her purse and walking to the bathroom.

Did I say something wrong?" she asked, leaning back in her seat. She really didn't want to have any kind of problems, this was Wren's night. But the moment she saw Juliette follow Gabrielle, she rolled her eyes. Chase: "That's on me. I think I can get away with shit because she was sitting in my lap. But she stays jealous" said Chase running his hand through his hair. How did he continuously fuck up like this.

Rose: "Hellooooo" said Rose as she arrived in her cute little outfit, "Have you guys seen Caleb yet?" she asked. Chanel: "Do you want me to like, apologize to her or whatever?" Chanel asked, but she really didn't want to go to the bathroom with both girls in there. "I don't want to give you guys any problems." Stevie looked around to see if Caleb was here, "I haven't seen him yet, he's probably on his way. I'll let you know if he's here." she tried to smile at Rose. Chase: "No, I think that might make things worse. I don't think it's our relationship. It's just her issues" said Chase, "We've been good recently. It's just ... she forgets how I am sometimes with the cheer girls until she sees it in person" he added. Chase felt guilty, but he had seen Juliette follow her, and assumed Juliette would help her chill out. Rose: Rose touched her necklace, "He has hockey practice, but he should be here soon. This is his first time coming and seeing me perform" said the girl nervously. It felt so good to be back with him, she was just blinded by how much she liked how Caleb made her feel, and how it felt to be with him. She was definitely going to give tonight her all. Chanel: Chanel didn't think it was about the cheer girls, she thought it was just her that was the problem but she didn't say it. "Right. I'm glad you two have been good recently though." she tried to smile. "I know how whipped you are for her. I think we all do." Wren: "Chase? Whipped?" said Wren with a laugh, "couldn't be me" he said even though he was whipped himself. Stevie: Stevie nodded her head slowly and looked over at Marina who came with Rose. The two girls gave each other a look. They were on the same wavelength. "Those practices can always run late. He'll be here." she said with a forced smile. "You're gonna do great."

Chanel: "Couldn't be you? You seem like you'd be a total simp." Chanel laughed, nudging Wren softly. "You were talking to some girl that was across the country." she said, a little bitterly. "I'd say that's pretty whipped. But maybe I'm just not good with long distance shit."

Rose: Rose touched her necklace and smiled at the people around her, "He's probably so excited and running over here right now" she replied, smiling down at the ground now. She thought about texting him, but she didn't want to be needy. Wren: "Fair enough" said Wren with a smile to Chanel, "but I told you, I'm not into her like that anymore" he clarified. "I've got my eye on someone else anyways" said Wren, hoping for his moment to tell Chanel, but this was not the place or time.

Stevie: "Yeeeeaaah." Stevie said slowly. Marina looked over at Rose before rolling her eyes. She had a feeling that boy needed another beatdown. "While you wait, you want something to drink?" Stevie asked. Chanel: "Right, I almost forgot." Chanel tried to act casual but she obviously did not forget, it's all she thought about. "You gonna make a move soon? I'm sure she's so into you, who wouldn't be? I'd love to meet her some day." she lied. Chanel wasn't sure how she'd act if she saw him with some other girl. Rose: "Oooh yeah" said Rose as she poured herself a glass of beer and one for Stevie and Marina. "He's taking me on a trip tomorrow, tres romantique" she said excitedly. She just couldn't shut the fuck up about him. Rose knew she was annoying people, but she couldn't help it. "Anywayyyyys, I am so stoked for this performance" she said as she took a sip of beer. Wren: Wren wanted to roll his eyes at that comment, because she didn't want to be with him. That's who. He hoped her seeing him perform would change her mind a little, but he knew it was a lost cause. "Soon enough" he said, trying to think of who at school he could possibly fake a crush on until it felt real. Stevie: Stevie and Marina grabbed their glasses and took a sip from it. "That's cool... I'm sure you'll both have a great time together." Stevie said, confused as to why he wasn't already here. Surely he would want to come to his girlfriend's show. This was all definitely sus.

Marina: "You're gonna do great, Rosie. I'm really excited for the first song, it was my favorite." Marina said with a big smile.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle nodded. "Right. Mark my territory. Be confident." She said "Okay, lets do this, lets go back out there." She said as she took her hand and led her too the table. She walked with power, gave a hair flip. She figured Chase would cave. She dropped her hand and took her spot back on chases lap. "Chanel, poor be a beer?"

Juliette: Juliette heard Gabrielle ask Chanel to pour her a beer a little too confidently, "I think I made a mistake" said Juliette in a whisper to Stevie.

Chanel: "Soon. Fun. Can't wait." Chanel was getting irritated with this conversation with Wren and it was starting to show. She narrowed her eyes at Gabrielle as she ask to pour her a beer. "Excuse me? You have arms, use them." she said with a little bit of attitude. Stevie: Stevie looked over at Juliette and back at the others at the table, "Is everything okay?" she whispered.

Juliette: "I think I caused this on accident" whispered Juliette back in reference to Chanel and Gabrielle. Gabrielle: Gabrielle smiled softly. She stood up and walked over and took the pitcher that was in front of the girl and poured a cup and sat back down. "Thanks for the reminder." Stevie: Stevie smiled at Juliette, "On accident? You sure?" she teased the girl. "You could be honest with me." Juliette: Juliette gave her a look, "... how dare you" said Juliette laughing quietly, "I thought she was just going to kiss him or send him a flirty text or something. I didn't think she was gonna come back here and demand Chanel be a wench" said the girl with a doe eyed look on her face. Stevie: Stevie started laughing at Juliette's choice of words, "If they break out into a fight, I guess we'll have to blame you for it." she said just to mess with the girl. "I didn't know you were like this, Hastings. A real eye opener." Juliette: "Wow Summers, I see you're a drama fiend" said Juliette squinting at the other girl. Chanel: Chanel was frustrated in every way possible at this point. If she popped off on Gabrielle, she'd ruin the night for everyone so she simply rolled her eyes and kept quiet. Gabrielle: Gabrielle took a drink from the beer, she always hated beer but it was what was provided. "So Chase" She said turning so she could look at him. "What kind of music do these play?" Stevie: "Hey, I'm just chillin." Stevie placed her hands behind her head while she leaned back in her seat. "Are you going to be a bad influence on me?" she looked around the table to make sure no one peeped before winking at Juliette. Chase: Chase smiled at Gabrielle, his head empty. He just kind of shut everything out when the girls did this. Same routine, new location. Was it his fault? Yes. Did he care? Not too much. Chase put his hand on her lower back, "It's kind of a mix" said the boy with a smile, "but it won't go too late. Then we can spend some one on one time together" he added in. He knew group settings weren't really her speed, but he knew that it was good for her to be with people even if she didn't like it. Gabrielle: Gabrielle nodded. "Interesting." She said with small smile. Though, she wasn't very interested in his, she didn't think it would be such a group activity. "I'd like that, hopefully its not to late." She wanted to be able to put gene to bed but knew the chances weren't likely. "What do you want to do later?" Chase: Chase put his hand on her outer thigh and went to whisper in her ear, "You" said Chase with a smirk on his face. Gabrielle: Gabrielle blushed a bit. She was a bit nervous but that was hot, it send shivers down her spin. "meet me in the bathroom in 2 minutes?" Chase: Chase's eyes widened and he just nodded quickly.

Juliette: Juliette saw the interaction, "Okay whew they're good. They're definitely leaving to go hook up" said the girl before turning back to Stevie. "Okay, if anyone is a bad influence it's you" teased Juliette biting her lip a little. Gabrielle: Gabrielle got up from his lap silently and walked over to the bathroom Chase: Chase followed quickly.

Jesse: Jesse looked up as they walked away. "So.... Do yall think they are fighting it out or fucking it out?" Stevie: Stevie sat back up and laughed, "Me? You're crazy. I'm an absolute angel." she said to Juliette with a big smile on her face. She looked over at Jesse and nodded her head, "Fucking it out, for sure. I think Chase might enjoy if they were fighting though."

Jesse: "I think Chase enjoys any attention she gives him." He said with a laugh. "I think they are fighting it out. Anyone want to put money on it?"

Wren: "She's turned him down recently" said Wren in reference to what they knew from the group chat, "So I say fighting" Rose: "Guys I just talked to the manager, we need to head backstage" said Rose coming back to the group. She looked around again for Caleb, but he would be here soon enough. Rosemary waved for the others to come join her and they headed backstage. - Rose, Stevie, and Wren leave - Jesse: Jesse smiled as ose said they had to go back stage. "Good luck guys!" Juliette: "Oooooh, they're gonna be on!" said Juliette to Olivia, she was so excited to see Stevie perform. It was painfully obvious how happy Juliette was to be here with Stevie, even though she thought she was being nonchalant about it all. Olivia: olivia looked at juliette, and honestly, she was so grateful that jesse had managed to get her to go. she was having fun, and she definitely needed that right now. the band was about to get on and she looked over at how excited juliette was. it was adorable "you are adorable, juliette. come on, let's try and get closer to the stage!" Juliette: "Do you want beer?" she asked, pouring herself a tiny little cup from the pitchers Wren had gotten. Juliette smiled at the other girl, trying to contain her excitement, "then we will totally go up!" she said smiling at her friend. Jesse: Jesse smiled, Olivia looked happy to be here which meant he did a good job. "Yeah, go up. I'll be here when you get back."

Olivia: olivia nodded and smiled, " i'd love something to drink, " she said and looked at jesse, but then realized that she was driving. " but i'm driving, so probably shouldn't. " she looked at juliette who smiled and seemed excited about getting closer to the stage. the blonde looked at jesse, who told her to go up an how he'd be there when she got back. " okay, come on, " olivia said, taking juliette's hand and pushing her way through the crowd of people. In the pit Juliette: Juliette laughed, "I can't drive well so no one here lets me drive" said Juliette, thankful that she didn't have to get behind the wheel. She really was the worst, because gays can't drive and that's just science. Juliette held Olivia's hand as they pushed through the crowd, "They're all so talented, I am so excited!!" said Juliette just beaming thinking about seeing Stevie on stage again. Olivia: olivia giggled excitedly and looked at juliette. " are you excited for some particular reason? " she asked curiously and smiled at the other girl. " because, i mean... there are some pretty faces up there, " she said and bit her bottom lip, before she wrapped an arm around juliette, squeezing it softly. " you look great, by the way. she's gonna die when sees you, " she spoke into juliette's ear. it was pretty obvious who she was excited to see. Juliette: Juliette went into a gay panic, "Ummmm" said Juliette thinking of ways to play it off. "She? I don't know what you're talking about" the girl added in. She was kind of done for, but her secret. How many people were going to figure it out? Olivia: " hey, you don't have to worry. i'm not going to tell anyone, " she said and smiled as she looked at juliette. " you're still the same sweet and amazing juliette. besides, " olivia turned to look at the stage, " i get where you coming from. she's hot, " she said and turned to look at juliette again with a wide grin on her lips. Juliette: Juliette was in shock for a second, "Am I that obvious? Because Stevie thought I was straight for like ... well always" said Juliette, swallowing hard for a second. "Don't I like ... seem straight?" she questioned. Juliette's mind was filling with questions.

Olivia: "well, the way you look at her, you know, it just kind of gives it away. that and i'm pretty good at seeing when someone likes another person," she said and shrugged. then when she asked if she didn't seem straight, olivia looked at her. "hey, there's nothing wrong with liking girls. fuck that. fuck people who say it is. love is love, you know.."

Juliette: "I mean I don't have any problem with .. it" said Juliette, she was still grappling with admitting it out loud. "My parents are ... well they're something. They care about town reputation like a little too much, and they're pretty catholic" she replied. "But who knows, Stevie is something different, just look at her play!" said Juliette fangirling a little as she watched the other girl play bass on stage. Olivia: nodding her head, olivia could understand where juliette was coming with. " i get that, but you know, your happiness is important here. not what they think or whatever. if stevie makes you happy, then i say go for it and fuck what your parents think or say." olivia looked at her as she fangirled over stevie who was on the stage, playing the bass perfectly. it was cute, the way she looked at the girl on the stage. Juliette: "I'm not trying make things difficult at home" said Juliette, she had a lot of things to think about. The affair was already making things hard enough, like being in the house. She just stared at Stevie and wondered how long she would be able to keep her around until it became too painful for Stevie to be quiet about it all.

Olivia: olivia looked at juliette, nodding her head. she felt bad for her friend, that her parents would make her feel that way. " i'm sorry to hear that. but, you shouldn't have to hide who you are. because, you're a beautiful person. "

Juliette: "I'm okay with it" said Juliette honestly, she didn't mind hiding it until she was out of the house. Whether or not Stevie would be okay with it was another whole deal. "I just hope she is" said the brunette, tucking her hair behind her ear as she stared up at the stage.

Olivia: "well," olivia said and looked at stevie, then over at juliette. "i'm sure is. you're worth waiting for," she said and nodded, giving her a quick wink before moving along with the song that was played on stage.

Juliette: Juliette started dancing with Olivia, just having a good time with the girlies. Gabrielle and Chase came to join them because they should be done by now.

Olivia: olivia giggled and smiled softly at juliette, before turning her head around and looking at gabrielle and chase who joined them. she kept jumping up and down excitedly as the music continues to play and she brushed her hair away from her face. breathing heavily, she leaned forward and spoke into juliette's ear. " i'm gonna get something to drink. do you want anything? " she asked before pulling her head back and looking at her friend.

Juliette: "totally, but small for me please" said Juliette, she didn't want to go crazy. Stevie had seen enough of her like that. She was having such a good time dancing and enjoying the music.

Olivia: olivia smiled softly and nodded as she looked over at gabrielle and chase, before starting to push her way through the crowd of people, heading for the bar where she could get them drinks. once she arrived at the bar, she leaned forward and ordered juliette something and asked for a coke for herself, as she had been the one who had been driving.

Olivia: Grabbing the drinks, Olivia made her way back over to where Juliette, chase and Gabrielle was. She handed her friend her drink and smiled, before focusing on the hand that was playing. In the corner of her eye, she had noticed Jesse sitting down with Jonah - and she hoped he was doing okay, after everything with Devyn. “Hey do you think Jonah is okay?” She asked out loudly, for either of the three to respond.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle looked over at Liv as she spoke and then at the table with the boys. "He looks fine to me? BUt I don't know him all that well."

Juliette: "I've been really wrapped up in everything" said Juliette looking to the ground, "I mean he seems fine enough at school?" she felt awful about how they would spend time together but never talk. They just liked sitting in the same room together.

Gabrielle: Gabrielle looked at Juliette, "Its just been a really crazy time. We have all been wrapped up in something." She pointed out. "I'm sure he is okay though, Jesse would have said if he wasn't right?"
