Here we present you the package for the Napolitan Ragù! . Let me tell you a story. It is now many years that I have been in The Netherlands. This forced me to learn how to cook all those dishes of the Southern Italian tradition which I loved during my childhood . I learned to cook many many things with very good results, but just one thing was never quite as good as the one I grew up with: Pasta with Ragù! . This was due to the fact that I could never manage to get the right cut of meats from my butcher. I always found difficult to explain in English or even in Dutch what the "Tracchiulella" exactly is... . Well, finally this issue is over. Sapori del Sud now also imports excellent meats directly from our butcher in Italy .
