6. Something you love to see in smut — Consent! Explicit, enthusiastic consent! (And negotiating kinks if it’s not vanilla-flavoured 😋) Consent is definitely one of my favourite things to see in smut, and it’s always a delight to see all the different ways that writers approach it in their fics. I have so much appreciation for those people who have a talent for writing smut. 🙌🏼 It’s a struggle for me; I’ve got no clue how so many writers (like you) can do it so well. Anyways, CONSENT! It’s always important!

12. What writing rule do you refuse to break? — Bold of you to assume I know the rules of writing. 🧐 I’m sure I break all of them all of the time. I am a staunch believer in the Oxford comma, if that counts?

17. How are you procrastinating today? — Hmmm 🤔 I’ve been procrastinating in two ways. The first is by doing art, which is for a fest with an upcoming deadline, so is that really procrastinating? You decide. As for the second, see 6 above 😏

favourite musician: Ummm... currently, I think it’s Lindsey Stirling, though Lin-Manuel Miranda is always up there.

last film I watched: I’m gonna give two answers for this because technically the last film I watched was Angels & Demons, but I was really just in the same room as my husband while he was watching it. The last film I made a conscious effort to watch was The Greatest Showman, as I’d seen the first half twice and just wanted to know how it ended. I blame @tedahfromtayla for bringing it up in the Drarry discord.

last tv show I watched: Rizzoli & Isles

favourite character: From a book? From a movie? From a TV show? From a language that uses characters instead of the traditional alphabet? Too many choices. I refuse.

pets: YES! I have two absolutely adorable beagles, though one is often pathetic and the other is sometimes a troublemaker. I love them both very much.

8. What’s a job that you’ve had that people might be surprised to find out you’ve had?

I’m actually really terrified of heights. Despite that, for some absolutely crazy reason, I worked as a challenge course facilitator at a high ropes course and was required to walk around on 3/8” wide wires 40 feet in the air. And climb up cargo nets. And run dueling zip lines. And send myself down those zip lines. And guide other people who were and were not terrified of heights around on 3/8” wide wires 40 feet in the air. And rescue people 40 feet in the air by crouching on 3/8” wide wires 40 feet in the air. Surprisingly, I was really good at my job. I even won an award for it.

...I also worked at a climbing wall that was 52 feet tall, and I regularly had to climb it to clean blood off the wall. *shrugs* Maybe Pottermore was right, and I’m really a reckless Gryffindor. Or maybe I’m just an extremely clever Slytherin trying to get rid of any weaknesses.
