I got this sms from Mitski entourage spam with some links for mitski singing bella ciao and I genuinely thought it was a scam link and I was being targeted through the ticketone website when I bought tickets for mitski’s concert but then I opened instagram and there was actually mitski singing bella ciao. we got an anti fascist queen

Many people on the internet are saying that it's good to add our payment details before the sale starts but I cannot find such option on the ticketone website or the app. Do you have any idea if that's possible ? hey no problem, i’m glad to help! first of all you have to create a ticketone account before the general sale starts, otherwise you won’t be able to buy tickets! it’s not necessary to add your payment details right away, just add your personal details: name, address, number and ID info. that’s it! ticketone needs to know you’re a real person with a valid ID before confirming your registration to the general sale.
