#now this number may seem way off or out of nowhere if youve kept up with this series or even if you see these prompts in passing #the reason why im posting a prompt that was intended for early august is because i noticed a discrepancy in the numbers #specifically i noticed that i was a day ahead #so i combed through these writing prompts on my blog and realised that this prompt was missing #its listed in my notes and on my google doc but i couldnt find it on tumblr anywhere #so my guess is that either i forgot to do this prompt #(likely because i had this prompt picked for day 222 for a few days in advance and my brain must have thought id posted it when i hadnt)#or tumblr ate it at some point either as a draft or as a post #tl;dr i am backlogging this writing prompt for august 10th cos it seems to have disappeared or not have existed in the first place #anyway this prompt is special to me cos both of my parents used to write poetry when they were younger #and years ago my dad showed me a poem of his about a 'crimson' knight and i loved it #i also use the word 'crimson' a lot in my writing (usually to refer to blood or passion) cos i just like the word but now more so for my da #so this prompt is kind of for my dad and for myself and for us both as 'writers'#thanks for reading #writing #writer #creative writing #writing prompt #writeblr #trying to be a writeblr at least
