there is no one on this earth i support more than 17-year-old figure skaters skating to phantom of the opera
#they are SO valid#have these songs been skated to death?#yes#is every single music cut more baffling than the last?#also yes#is the music generally too big for their level of artistic development#absolutely#but they are working so hard and living their best melodramatic teen life and i love that so very very much for them#figure skating#to be very clear: i support every single music choice every single teen skater has ever made for themselves#love them forcing whatever godawful pop song is living in their head rent-free on the rest of us#they are vibing to billie eilish and by god will they make us vibe along with them#but there is always at least one PotO and tbh i would be sad if there wasn’t
