A Visit at PediStat PediStat is a Pediatric Urgent Care. ADHD Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It sounded like a dreaded diagnoses untill after Taree Zameen Par released.  It made ADHD a living room conversation and raised awareness about it, that may be your child isn't acting out, may be he is struggling with his studies.  .  .  .  Another thing worth mentioning is that the diagnoses is now become far more frequent. Not because the cases are rising, but because schools have become aware and in a bid to show themselves as considerate, they have started referring any and every slow performing student for him to be labelled as ADHD.  .  .  .  Another alarming thing about this disorder is its symptoms afe those exhibited by most toddlers-tantrums, short attention span, etc. Hence the diagnosis of ADHD is done by a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the symptoms. Not just the presence of them.  . . . "I'm all ready to help out with the baking!" says the 2.5-year-old. ⠀ Meanwhile, I'm trying not to freak out because the oven is hot, I'm worried he'll burn himself, he's growing up so damn fast, and he looks so cute with the oven mitt on. ⠀ ⠀ Parenting is a wild ride, folks. The leaps and bounds that he makes in what seems like a single day is just mind-blowing. I can't imagine what it must be like to be learning and absorbing so much information and just rolling with it. ⠀ ⠀ We've definitely hit the point of toddler-dom where he's a bit more self-aware and starting to push the boundaries of what he can get away with. Also - noticing his surroundings and picking up on what everyone is doing and saying!⠀ ⠀ Luckily (kind of) his speech isn't the greatest so at least he's not repeating all the F-bombs I'm still dropping.
