FINISHED. I’m really looking forward to wearing this Stand Together sweater when the weather gets chilly. It’s the first sweater I’ve made for myself that I’ll actually wear in all my years of knitting. I woke up to a very gloomy and rainy day today. 🌧 So, I thought for this weeks #throwbackknitsday I'd share this picture of my Wesekh Sweater taken on a similar day in the fall of 2020. 🧶 #wesekhsweater This is one of my all time favorite sweaters and sometimes I feel I share it not often enough since it has been released for almost 2 years now. When a design is out there for this long, it usually seems to be burried under all the new releases and no longer found by lovely knitters like you. This is why I was super happy to find a post with a new Wesekh Sweater in the making today. ☆ PATTERN RELEASE ☆ The Boughs of Holly Sweater is now available in my Ravelry store! Yay! 🎄❤ #boughsOfHollySweater And if I may say so, this is a design I am especially proud of for several reasons: -> It is super quick and fun to knit - I needed about 9 days for the cropped version and I am talking normal working days with evening knitting only. -> It was a nightmare to grade this beauty to 10 sizes but in the end I managed to do it. -> This sweater gives me wonderful Christmas vibes but I still feel it is versatile enough for me to wear throughout colder half of the year. If the green and white color scheme is not your thing, you should check out all the beautiful color combinations my testers chose.
