Errands.  Got to keep moving.  Beautiful weather.  Ideal.  

Always sure to forget something, I head out with shopping list and stay with it.  No variations.  

A young man with security clearance leaked Pentagon secrets with his computer playing friends.  Caught, he may be charged with epsionage.  One of the first people to speak up in his behalf was Marjorie Taylor Greene (trailor trash)...she is pro Trump, pro Putin, pro Rittenhouse, et al.  Says the real enemy is Biden.  She is constantly outdoing herself in saying stupid things.  She has become one of the voices of the Right.  (Lately she has a new cause: she is pro fossil fuel. The list goes on...)

Wacky dream in which I am playing a gig that requires long airline flight to get there.  We arrive and, though jet lagged, must perform quite soon.  The music is one of those contemporary horrors.  We are sharing the bill with a major orchestra, they’re in tuxedos; we are wearing what we wore on the flight.  They can’t wait until we get off the stage.  At this point I wake up.

Another beautiful day.  I go to the desk but am bereft of any writing ideas.  

Finally pull myself together and head out.  I miss working...and seeing people.  But I had a good run and should be grateful for that.  

Do not go out to Queens.  I will go next Sunday.
