Thank goodness for #chiropractors I feel so much better. I try not to go to often but sometimes I just need a little help. I wanted this segment to be slower but I couldn't fit it. It can be nice to see all the micro adjustments happening. Squeezing the legs engaging the shoulders Sometimes I move slow and hang out today was moving.
