MORE HIDDEN TRON DIALOGUE!!!! This audio channel contains background banter that’s happening between two of these hooded “monk” programs. Program 1: ”I’ll have to ask him to access the Code 3 data bank!” Program 2: “You’ll need a translator, he doesn’t speak FORTRAN.” Program 1: “Well in that case, we’ll make use of the katakana again.” Program 2: “Communication will be difficult in any language. TRON is 40 years old today, released on July 9th, 1982! This is the archival edition laserdisc that came out in the 1990s. Not just that, entire WEBSITES before Tumblr even existed. The vast majority of them are either gone or severely broken. One of my faves (and the early home for the fandom back in the early 2000s) was tron-sector.com

Being in a fandom way older than my time in the internet (first movie was the 80s, fandom for the sequel started when I was a kid/restricted) means there’s so much good art and content out there from blogs that have unfortunately deactivated.

I want to explore these long abandoned accounts 😭 let me innnnnn
