Wow, I really don't do a good job of keeping up with how long STAH has been around. 🔊🔊🔊 Turn up your volume 🖤🖤🖤 Not the best quality video but the notion is so important. __ Lately, I've been connecting with my inner child. We've been singing songs from our childhood. Watching movies that speak to us, which includes our love for musicals and classic films. Simply just dancing for no reason. And laughing just because it feels good. It's been beautiful connecting with little toya and feeling so free. I'm not concerned about being judged for connecting with my inner child and simply expressing myself in a manner that's fitting for me. I believe that it's necessary to simply let go and forget that you're an adult, at least for a moment. Letting go allows you to simply focus on and experience joy like a child (your inner child) would.
