IKI KIDS will be spreading it's wings moving into more schools in 2020. Coding and Robotics will now become of early childhood education curriculum. This is exactly what IKI KIDS has been coaching in the last year. Our classes run from ages 2-5 - the foundation years. International Programmers 🌐💻Day! September 13th, 2019 was the Day of the Programmer! It is celebrated each year on the 256th day of the year, because 1 byte (8 bits) of data can represent one of 256 (i.e. 2 to the power of 8) unique combinations of binary digits. Recognising the benefits of integrating ARTS education into STEM subjects the children tackled music in our classes this past week. They were able to recognise different animal sounds and be able to compose a simple melody using digital tools. We asked “what would happen if” questions, we identified cause and effect relationships, made predictions and they correctly sequences numbers and events.
