Wallpaper Converted From: Animal Crossing: New Horizons for The Sims 2 and The Sims 3

Today we celebrate the 4th anniversary of Animal Crossing: New Horizons! Oh, and my 4th anniversary of being on tumblr! This set includes over 300 wallpapers for The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. I will most likely do a Sims 4 version in the future, as that game would require me to create 2 more textures per wallpaper, because it has 3 wall heights, so I'll need more time to make them. In the meantime, SimderTalia has converted some wallpapers to The Sims 4 already, so you could grab those! I will list some of them below. Please let me know if you run into any issues.

Disclaimer: The swatch above is just a small showcase of what's included, there is a total of 386 walls. Some walls aren't included because I simply didn't have the texture, or I need more time to recreate it. This conversion only contains still images, some of these are supposed to be animated in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I would like to release animated versions of them for The Sims 2 in the future.

notes: because the ts2 catalogue just loves to be disorganized, below are the numbers of each theme. in case you'd like to keep some and remove others. the last one in the mammalia row is actually part of the volant set oops. 

volant: birds (1-12), moths (13-24), insects (25-36), toucan in the mammalia row (37-48), butterflies v2* (49-60), butterflies v1* (61-72).

botany: herbs (1-12), wildflowers (13-24), fruits (25-36), vegetables (37-48), mushrooms (49-60).

mammalia: cats: (1-12), dogs (13-24), people (25-36), animals (37-48).

Hedges Shrubs for The Sims 2

This is a 4to2conversion from TheJim07, low poly. These shrubs are slaved to the original game ones, so you have recolors for them, they will show up for these shrubs too :) They also have the "overgrowth" state.

OMG! It's real. Swimmable Pond Sims 2.... whispers [For Download]

So, @kashmiresims literally is a genius. The base/pre made swimmable pond was made by them. I did the DECO, because I'm a DECO girlie. I've had my sims swimming their butts off.

It's literally so much fun. I also love that you can see the fish swimming with them, like OMG!

So tranquil as well. So whether you're looking for some peaceful Lake/Pond nights, or a fun spot. This Lot is for you.

Myne Door Defaults

So I was playing the other day and just happened to look over at Almeric Davis' door at the privacy sign and think, I wanna default that. Ended up being a 3-part project defaulting the sign, the door and the decals on the back.

The 3 wood textures are replaced with textures from Michelle, here and here. The decals are replaced with 3 hobby posters from @simsinlowspace here. And the privacy sign image is from freepik, edited with simlish text by me.

Here's some better pictures of the privacy sign, as demonstrated by Almeric.

It's a little wonky, there's a warp for some reason but I think I did pretty good.

Because I defaulted the decals with a sports poster, a science poster and a games poster I decided to make custom recolors with one poster from each of simsinlowspace's hobby sets. Including the sports/science/games so you can just have them purely as custom if you don't want to default.

4t2 Smaller Rustic Siding - 50 Colors

My first 4t2 wallpaper conversion. Yay!! After some time without being able to install Sims4Studio, I finally had success and decided to convert these wallpapers called Smaller Rustic Siding, which I wanted for TS2 and I can finally have them and you too if you want. I didn't find in my search if anyone had already converted them previously, so if so, now there will be one more lol. Anyway, enjoy!!

TS2 [NoCC] Twikkii Island Boardwalk

This Twikkii Island Boardwalk is fully-furnished and decorated. The lot includes: Restaurant, Spa, Clothing Store, and Souvenir Shop! Additional food stall, sauna, and bathrooms.

I've play-tested this lot multiple times so there shouldn't be any issues, just keep in mind that this is a beachfront lot (4x5), and there are many spawners (11 total) on this lot- mainly for the restaurant. I tried to keep things light with the plants and deco.

Fantasy Squares - 120 Tile Walls in Fantasy Floss

Aaaand the recolors! 120 of them because we all know I can't help myself. :)

As much as I like these walls in their original colors (you can find that conversion here), I find the base game TS4 palettes kind of lackluster. My first thought was simple to recolor them in one or two of my own palettes, but then I started looking at tile icons and...well, you know how it goes.

I did manage to restrict myself to only one palette and three tile designs for the accents. There are 30 solid walls in Fantasy Floss, plus three more of each color with the accent strips:

This was not easy to swatch, but a numbered version is included and all the files are sorted into folders and clearly labelled. If you're looking to delete individual files, just keep in mind that the numbers correspond to the main color of the wall, nothing to do with the accent colors. Hopefully it all makes sense. ^^;;

I know there's sleeker looking revamps (like @vegan-kaktus 's detailed default replacement) of this low poly Maxis decor, but it's an object I used in almost all my childhood builds, so it's pretty nostalgic to me! Still, I always thought that the colors made it look somewhat rotten, which doesn't seem very tasty or plastic imo, so I've given it a slightly more appealing retexture along with an additional 8 recolors of the bowl.

Recolors have been clearly labeled in the folder so you can delete any that you don't want. Left to right: black ceramic, white ceramic, med wood, light wood, black wicker, white wicker, dark wicker, and light wicker.
