I re-uploaded a bunch of houses whose old download links are dead. You can find these and more in the Google Drive folder linked above (links in the original posts have not been edited, and probably won't be). I haven't worked through everything yet.
These are some of my favorites that I've re-uploaded today. Hope you enjoy.

Riviera Retreat Kit - Romeo & Juliet Arbor - 4t3 conversion
Prettiest object in the kit, not gonna lie. Also not the easiest kind of garden decor to find!
I divided the object in three - frame, drapes, and ivy, becuase:
Versatility: The TS4 version can offer you the ivy version or the drapes version, never both nor neither;
Polycount: I had to double-side stuff, so while the original is around 6k, the sum of the separated objects in the conversion is around 10k. Not as scary as one would think since the footprint is 5x7, making the polycount per tile quite low, but it's not something to be left un-noted.
Frame and drapes have one channel each, ivy is unrecolorable. All in Decor > Roof ornaments. Frame is $2000, ivy and drapes are $0. BGC.
You don't need moveobjects on to place the pieces or put objects below them, and sims will walk under the pieces with no issues.

It was great to collab with you! And yeah, some items were tricky, but we did it 8D
And yup, I linked some items because several of them share the exactly same texture and i wanted to save time, file size, and check if the technique worked - it does!
So, this is the reason I'm working my ass on those counters for a week - those are from PARIS part 2, and most of the set is already done!
Have fun, everyone!

PARIS set - ts3 version
Okay so in addition to >this< set and since I actually just reached 1k followers, here's a little collab with @deniisu-sims ♥ We cried about it a wee bit but it's done and we're proud! Also please don't judge my french-style building skills I was just trying to showcase everything :p
>+20 items from Felixandre's Paris Set Part 1 found >here< (we converted everything but the shop windows because I don't like them :p) + Collection File!
>Everything is recolorable + some items include the original swatches!
>Polycount info can be found below the cut as always or on my patreon post (;
>Side note: the doors were resized to fit default-height walls, but they still show a little bit through the wall/floor as I didn't want to heavily transform or deform the mesh. // All files that say "master" are linked to those that say "linked" therefore you need both files so everything shows up properly (;
>DOWNLOAD< (always free on patreon)

Brutalism in The Sims 3?
I’ve been working on a Sunset Valley Revamp in my free time and I have been incorporating a lot of “Brutalism” style of architecture into the downtown buildings.  I really love the angular shapes of Brutalism and the minimalist design and natural use of materials.
First 2 images are of the Art Gallery which is a WIP. Still completely empty inside.  Third image is of of a finished apartment building.

That moment when you realize you’re a dozen hours in and probably only 20% of the way done with your first CC window.
And also that it kinda looks like R2-D2.

Hi, everyone!
For the past year, I’ve been working on an Eastern European-inspired world for The Sims 3, and I’ll soon be ready to share it with you all! Today, I’d like to show you the town’s overall layout, its structure, and share some general details.
The world will feature 78 lots in total, 36 of which are residential. You’ll have access to both populated and unpopulated versions in three languages: English, Russian, and Interslavic (Slavio). To ensure smooth gameplay, you’ll need all standard TS3 expansions and stuff packs, including Into the Future. No Store content is required. All necessary CC will be included in the archive.
In future posts, I’ll dive into the references, inspirations, hidden easter eggs, and the building process behind the world. Stay tuned!

Realm of Magic Outdoor Decor - 4t3 conversion
The WIP the Creators Cave Discord server was tired of watching! The awning (two sizes) and the balcony work the same way as my previous Get Famous conversions - shiftable, but for a better fit DebugEnabler or Decorator’s Best Friend highly recommended.
And yes, I know the floor medallion glows on TS4, but the mesh came in only one group and mapped in a way I couldn’t select the summoning circle and create a separate group with the Additive shader (which’s still a mystery for me) :(
Controls are shown in the pics, variant sizes and presets too.
Bench in Comfort > Misc, $210 Floor medallion in Decor > Rugs, $900 Fountains in Decor > Sculptures, $310 small, $465 medium, $620 big Awnings in Decor > Roof Decor, $225 medium, $300 big Balcony in Decor > Roof Decor, $650
WARNING: the fountains have 10k polys on LOD0 - use sparingly!

Hi everyone! Thank you all for your attention and support! As promised earlier, I’m kicking off my series of posts about my Eastern European-inspired town for The Sims 3. Today, I’ll be talking about architectural references—what inspired me the look and feel of the town.
I wanted to create a city that could exist in any part of Eastern Europe. To achieve this, I primarily based it on Polish, Serbian, Hungarian, and Slovak cities. However, some buildings, names, and references are taken from other countries in the region. For example:
The fire station is based on a real building from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The socialist-era apartment districts borrow Czech terminology — they’re called "Paneláky" (a nod to prefab concrete housing).
My earliest references came from screenshots I took in "Euro Truck Simulator 2" while exploring the "West Balkans" DLC. Beyond just architecture, i studied street layouts, building placements, and environmental details to recreate that atmosphere in Create A World (CAW).
For the town’s master plan, I scoured Pinterest using keywords like "urban planning" and "masterplan." This helped me sketch out the basic structure, though CAW’s limitations meant some ideas had to be adapted — or even sparked new, unexpected solutions.
A stroke of luck was finding a suitable gray color palette with hex codes on Pinterest, which was used for most of the buildings. I think these colors make the city look as authentic as possible.
For building the "Paneláky", I searched for real-life building floor plans and blueprints in communities dedicated to Soviet standardized architecture. I also stumbled upon a YouTube video where a girl recreated a similar building from her childhood in The Sims 4. (I didn’t save the link, but if I find it, I’ll share it in the comments.) Combining these two approaches, I managed to recreate several different versions of "Paneláky" in The Sims 3.
Building private houses was especially interesting. You know the type — cheaply renovated, filled with carpets, and an unreasonably large number of armchairs and sofas. The Serbian real estate website 4zida.rs was a huge help here. Using floor plans from Pinterest and photos from cheap house listings on 4zida, I managed to build Eastern European houses that you’ll see in the game.
In the later stages of construction, once I had developed techniques and adjusted scales, I searched for suitable buildings on Google Maps and in photos from urbanist bloggers. For example, this is how the entertainment center on the outskirts of the Novo-Bobrowo district came to be. However, I mostly used this method when constructing one of the central streets, where I didn’t plan to place residential or active community lots.
I think I’ve covered all the main ways I gathered references for the buildings and city layout. Thank you again for your support — it means so much that you’re excited for this project! Stay tuned for more updates.

Hi everyone! Yesterday, in a moment of stupidity, I accidentally deleted all the screenshots I took while building the city, lol. But no big deal—I’ll just take new ones. Today, I want to show you some of the interiors. When working on them, I drew inspiration from both socialist-era design and modern minimalist interiors (though there will be noticeably fewer of the latter). Many Eastern European countries also have interiors that have remained unchanged since the '90s and 2000s, and I tried to recreate those as well. Additionally, I made sure to pay attention not only to active lots like the salon or consignment store but also to lots with rabbit holes. For example, if you come up with ideas for playing as a detective, you could spend part of your workday right at the police station, which includes offices and even small jail cells. I think I’ll be able to upload the city in about 10–12 days, so stay tuned for updates!
