Hi everyone!

As i mentioned earlier, work on my Eastern European-inspired town is now complete, and it’s ready for download and for play.

A few important notes:

To install the town, you’ll need all The Sims 3 expansion and stuff packs.

No Store content is required.

All necessary custom content (CC) is included in the archive.

Total lots: 78 Residential lots: 36

I’d love to hear your feedback (including constructive criticism) — as it will help me create even better towns in the future!

Feel free to share your in-game screenshots, impressions, or any issues you encounter. If you spot bugs or problems affecting gameplay, let me know, and I’ll do my best to fix them.

Home of the Bennets in the 2005 adaptation of Pride & Prejudice.

All expansion packs and most stuff packs installed (except Diesel, 70s, 80s & 90s, and Romance). Uses some items from the Sims 3 Store including Midnight Hollow (deco), Brunch at the Old Mill, Provence, Farm Fresh Folk, Country Livin, Mediterranean Villa Kitchen, and Regal Living. Most CC installs with the lot, but the 3 package items must be placed into the Mods folder.

Hi, everyone!

For the past year, I’ve been working on an Eastern European-inspired world for The Sims 3, and I’ll soon be ready to share it with you all! Today, I’d like to show you the town’s overall layout, its structure, and share some general details.

The world will feature 78 lots in total, 36 of which are residential. You’ll have access to both populated and unpopulated versions in three languages: English, Russian, and Interslavic (Slavio). To ensure smooth gameplay, you’ll need all standard TS3 expansions and stuff packs, including Into the Future. No Store content is required. All necessary CC will be included in the archive.

In future posts, I’ll dive into the references, inspirations, hidden easter eggs, and the building process behind the world. Stay tuned!

TS3 Build - Limelight club NYC

Built by Waterheart197 for Midnight Hollow. Uses LN, AB, WA, 70s80s90s, FastLane(2-4 items), LoudFastClash, FrontRowCenter, GothiqueLibrary, Tudor window, OhMyGoth, RoarHeights sectional, BohGar string light, Morocco light, JazzAge stool, 50s stool, and free award-themed store content. This is a recreation of the infamous Limelight nightclub which was open from '83-'98, based solely on available photos. Formerly the Episocopal Church of the Holy Communion, this historical building had fifteen thousand people showing up nightly to party with no regard to sanctity.

I have a LOT of photos to show this massive build off, so I'm just sharing a google drive link to a folder with the photos instead. I have too many details I want to share lol. For convenience, I've also put the Sims3Pack and package files in there. But those files are also in the same simfileshare folder as all of my other Midnight Hollow builds http://simfileshare.net/folder/174973/

How to make hot tubs look better

Use the fountain sprays from Build Mode and make them spray more or less into the tub. It's hard to deny that this looks better.

(This would probably be applicable in real life too, but I don't have the well over 20,000€ needed to consistently test this. While I do have a bit of money in the banks, I'm not exactly Richard Branson. Whatever happened to that guy anyway?)
