When Peter signed up for the class in Nano Technology, he didn't know that he was the only student enrolled in the course. When Prof. Stark asked him per email if they could do the classes as a zoom call, he was more than happy because it would have been weird to be alone with the teacher in a classroom. Or at least that's what he thought, because after their first class, Peter regretted the decision.

Prof. Stark was the most intelligent and funny person Peter had ever met. Not even mentioning that he was also super hot. Week after week they spent their class together online, which started to take longer every time because they also talked about private things more and more.

So when the day came that Peter had to write the final exam he was very excited. The exam had to take place in person, so it would be the first time that he met Prof. Stark, his big crush, in person.

“You have to promise me,” Peter said, or well, repeated, unwilling to drop the topic of his upcoming birthday and the secrets and surprises Tony kept around the matter.

His boyfriend looked at him from over his cup of coffee, like not believing Peter could hold up the same conversation for more than ten minutes. Tony took his sweet time to take a sip from the liquid delicatessen from the café they had gone to have a date on that afternoon, one Peter had chosen himself. “I don’t have to—”

Peter looked at him fondly, something he knew very well was capable of making Tony stop ditching a conversation and actually consider what he was going to say about it.

“Okay, alright,” Tony left the cup on the table and held up his hands in a defensive position. “I promise you.”

“You promise what, exactly?” Peter questioned, playing with some fries and trying his best not to let his lips curl up as it has been easier to get Tony to say those words than he had hoped for at first.

Tony sighed, and then he chuckled. “I promise not to organize any surprise parties for your twenty-two birthday.”

Peter can't help it, no matter how often he sees it - there is nothing sexier than Tony in his Nano suit. Sometimes he gets so distracted with how perfectly it fits Tony, that he gets punched during a fight because he can't take his eyes off Tony. And Peter loves it especially when it's late at night and Tony takes it off in their bedroom, wearing nothing underneath it.

“There’s only one bed, Tony,” Steve choked awkwardly a moment later. It was an understatement, for Tony at least, that he meant to share the only bed with Steve, but it appeared that for his teammate, the thing was not that simple to understand.

“I know. JARVIS and I designed the place, remember?” Tony chuckled nervously, embracing himself expecting Steve to say he’d have the couch then, strongly doubting that he’d try again if that was the case.

“I do,” Steve chuckled too. “Well, so … you still want to stay? Sleep with me?”
