1/10 - Wand

Meet Magister Zero, a warlock that formally founded Zero Tarrot and Marine and was Zorran, Zebedee, Zak, Zug and Zip's former employer. A 2/5th wrath ring demon and wizard descendent, Zero Zero as his full name was born in France 1895 to a witch mother and warlock father, since demons even in mythic communities were seen as untrustworthy they moved to America in 1900 to have a fresh start.

Unfortunately, Zeros father was blackmailed into the Mafia, so Zero himself was involved in many unfortunate circumstances from an early age. Once Zero found his passion in marine machinery, the Mafia took advantage of it and he was run through schooling to become a qualified captain under the disguise of a human.

Once that was done, Zero became captain to the first member of the fleet Zorran in 1918 since Zorran owed a debt. Over the next few years that was how it was with a few other members added to the fleet overtime, at some point Zero did reveal to his fleet that he was a warlock, but the others didn't really care, after all, they were already a less than appealing bunch as it was.

Then 1939 came around and with it the announcement of another war. Zero by this time was free of his ties to the Mafia and his other debts, and for once wanted to do something he wanted to do. So with another war brewing, Zero decided to take up studies in hell of his magical inheritance. He sold his business for cheap to his business rival since he trusted the man with his gathering, and then left to take up residence in hell, where he's been until 1956. Where he returned to Bigg City, only to find his old rivals building gone, and his old work colleagues nowhere to be found. And a new law in place?

Im answering the next part here (mainly because I forgot on the original so PT. 2 :O) )

Zero has not nor ever will probably get over Xavier, Zander is a person with a lot of internalized homophobia and represses all of his emotions. This isn’t a pass to say that he is a good person nor a good father but he is broken and angry and very very traumatized by his own father (one of the main reasons they moved to Bigg City from their fishing community). Due to his actions and unstable relationship with Xavier he drove everyone he ever knew away, by cheating, by running from his problems, by being a horrible person. He has a leash around Zorran so he’ll never leave because if he does he’ll truly be alone, regardless if he has the other Zed-stacks. Everyone in his current life had been paid or forced to be there, another example being Zip, he figured he turned Zorran into a reputable solider, he could do it again.

Xavier meanwhile, never gave up.

A ghostly vessel brings to light a part of Captain Zero’s past he’d rather have left forgotten, and Zorran is forced to confront some uncomfortable truths about his captain.

Alright, about half a month late, but this fic is finally finished. I really meant for this to be done for traintober but it just grew way bigger than I had originally planned. This is pretty easily my longest fic at the current time of writing. Anyways, I hope you all like it.
