This porch has been a place of peace and paradise the past 16 years. It’s where I would bring my babies during that last hour of the day before @livebrightguy came home from work. Where they took their little walkers for a spin. Where Matt and I have our daily morning coffee date, uninterrupted before the kids awake. Where we have our quiet time with God, our Bible, and journal. Where we step out from the kitchen to gather herbs and salad for a family meal. Where we holler “hello” at our neighbors running by or walking their dog. Where the flowers greet or bid me “have a good day” as I leave and return to our home. Matt rebuilt it from scratch several years ago with his friend, Dennis Davis, to replace damaged and rotting wood and it has served us well the last 16 years. So grateful for this little haven and what it has meant to me. I will miss it so much. 8.05.22

Look at where the humongous lavender transferware punch bowl I showed you last week while I was in TN wound up!! It wound wound up coming hime with me after all...but only for a couple of days. A lovely local customer, and purple transferware collector, right here in #Tulsa said she had the perfect home for it....and so she does!!! Look at it in her beautiful dining room. It’s the centerpiece in her table. Isn’t it fabulous? Her accent colors are gold and green which happens to be what they are on the punch bowl. Couldn’t be a better match!
