Waterkeeper Alliance. (1999)
Tumblr media
The Waterkeeper Alliance is an international grassroots organization (and also a movement for water conservation) created by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. that has the objective of protecting and preserving water resources around the world.
Throughout 1999 there was a fundamental event with the water, it has been the Cochabamba Water War that happened in Bolivia. The problem was born thanks to the privatization of the Cochabamba water system and the water supply by tunari waters.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. founded the Waterkeeper Alliance in 1999 with a set of environmental activists to defend and conserve internationally water resources. It tracks its roots to the Hudson water flow in New York, where a set of fishermen formed the Riverkeeper organization in 1983.
The organization is a network of more than 350 Waterkeeper companies, which are independent teams that work to defend river roads in their respective zones and it was essential to advocate for clean water policies, make the laws of the environment and hold the pollutants of their activities.
The Waterkeeper Alliance have helped to preserve and protect water while they provide clean, healthy and abundant water for all people and the planet. Which demonstrates that this movement wants to conserve water but at the same time they want it to be accessible for all the people around the world.
The Waterkeeper Alliance is one very helpful tool that ensures water safety, conserves internationally water resources, the accessibility of it and fights to protect everyone’s right to clean water.

Da Vinci Web "March Lion" Volume 17 Released - Rude Talk
Tumblr media
A new article has been published on da Vinci Web.
Volume 17 of "March Lion" is now on sale! Review 4 interesting stories about the sub-characters including romance, sister-in-law, and Sangatsudo.
Volume 16 was apparently released in September 2021, so it's been almost two years since the latest edition. What, two years have already passed since then ……?
I had originally planned to publish this before the release date of volume 17, but due to my poor information processing skills, it took a long time, so I had to publish it after the release date. However, there is no particular change in the content.
I am writing about the sub-characters that have appeared in "March Lion" up to this point.
I am particularly concerned about Akari's love life, which I thought had started but has not progressed at all since then. When will it be settled? I thought it was more likely that Shimada-san would be chosen, but after reading it again, it looks like Dr. Hayashida has a slight edge. I think his heat level is higher.
But I can't read at all how Chika Umino-sensei will end this kind of love triangle, so I'm going to wait and see without any expectations.
Professional chess player, Mr. Ryoma Tohnari By the way, chess reminds me of a project I did a long time ago in a women's weekly magazine titled "Traditional Arts Ikemen". At that time, they decided to "look for good-looking men among professional chess players" and they chose Mr. Ryoma Tunari as the winner.
Incidentally, at that time, Mr. Tomonari was a member of the Encouragement Association and an aspiring professional Go player.
I know I am being rude, but at that time, I did not really understand what a professional Go player was and I thought lightly, "Mr. Tsunari is a soon-to-be professional Go player.
That was really rude.
I did not know that it is not that easy to become a professional Go player until I read "March Lion".
I interviewed Mr. Tomonari over the phone, and he was very humble, saying, "Why did you ask me to ……? However, Mr. Tomonari had won the Rookie of the Year Tournament sponsored by Shinbun Aka Hata (Red Flag). It was the first time in history that an incentive member won the championship, which was a big news in the Shogi world.
After that, he became a professional Shogi player and is still active. I am very happy for him.
I would like to continue to support him in a big way.

Cochabamba to Tunari Park to Cochabamba, Bolivia, 4 Aug. 2023, 150 km
