I used to have a ritual for every time I came back to TS2, where the very first session of my life sim binge would be just several hours of tutorial gameplay, culminating in a glorious exit without saving. Those were the days.

The HC will clean up messy memories, fix IDs incorrectly associated to other sims, and recover missing tombstones and urns. Always have no-unlink on deleted in your download folder for avoid unlinked character data and use the Urnstone Spawner for respawn manually the tombstones if the HC fail to recover them.

Paraiso En Las Rocas (If I can, I would also recommend to download the empty version (or populated, if you don't mind mixing up premades and OCs) of Paraiso En El Mar, because I think they complement each other. PEEM has so many gorgeous community lots! You can use PEEM as Main and PELR as subhood or do the opposite. Personally I would fill the empty version of PEEM with the DV, RVH and BC premades (or just choose some of them) since PELR has all the PV, ST and VV premades + one from BWV)

Sims 2 Uberhood Bodyshape Spreadsheet

Well, er, that's a bit of a mouthful.

A few days ago I posted a query about how simmers handle bodyshapes in TS2 so far as Uberhoods - and the consensus was to let a randomizer do it for me.

I figured I would share that randomizer here!

Included is a comprehensive list of each Sim included in a full Uberhood (plus Tutorial Joe and Tutorial Jane as I also have them!). Once you have the spreadsheet up and running, make sure to set calculation to random so that it doesn't update every time you adjust a body type - as I have added a column for if you decide you don't like the body type given or wanted to give them a specific body, you can just type the adjusted body type there! For example, I have not included Dummy Thicc within the randomizable bodytypes, but I wanted the Calientes to have that shape, therefore I typed 'Dummy Thicc' under the Adjusted BodyType column next to their names.

To stop the spreadsheet updating, go to Options, Calculation options, Workbook Calculation, and then click Manual. You can then press F9 to have it automatically reset to randomise!

You can adjust the bodytypes whenever you want by adjusting the formula. For the sake of my preferences, I have made the default Maxis shape show up most often.

and decided to completely overhaul their aspirations and use sophie the puffin's calculator on all the sims. for ease of use (and cause i'm so nice) here it is

i brought bella back and resurrected michael bachelor just to spice things up. i also added tutorial joe and jane just cause it would be cool. i might do a separate tab for the sim bin families but idk.

Childhood Dream Home

This lot isn't technically a Pleasantview lot, but in my PV makeover, I put Joe and Jane Sim Newbie in this house. I decorated it in the way I liked to decorate houses as a child, just a little more cohesive. It ended up being a fun house.

What can I say, I really liked bright colors and stupid patterns. I still do, this house is great. It also helps give Joe and Jane some personality since they're just the tutorial Sims.

some explanations! mostly headcanons

Everything is pretty standard.

Newbies have 2 kids, Tutorial Joe has been made a Newbie with the idea that he was Betty's kid from a previous relationship that Bob formally adopted as his own kid.

Almost the same case with Rainelle, except she is Nicolo's daughter from a previous relationship and periodically visits to bond with her younger half brother Don.

Katrina in this au is Nighat's sister, and lives with the Caliente family so Dina and Nina have a cool aunt.

I feel like I am 100% a Circe apologist and therefore I added her and her family in this hood in hopes she'd add to the drama.

Same with Buzz's family, I figured he would be best friends with Daniel.

This version of the Landgraab family is from Sims 3 Xbox 360, as it is implied in their bio that it's the Sunset Valley Malcolm Landgraab all grown up with his own family.

The Langeraks are Parker and River McIrish having two kids, a custom sim named Layla and sims 2 Kaylynn Langerak.

The Altos are just Holly and Bebe being "roommates"
